What people like
- Very easy to get loads
- Really helpful for users
What they complain about
- App freezes and shuts down too much
- Copying addresses is annoyingly difficult
- Loads take forever to appear
- Login issues waste your time
Great app
Very helpful
Slow app, Freezing Up
Keep freezing up, slow app, can’t copy any address. Needs to be updated to better experience. One of the worst app in the industry. Please fix this garbage app, it’s shameful that you can do any better.
Search complications
Before you can search by state to state now you have type in exact cities. Not great when you want to see what you can pick up on the way.
No way to copy address
Please add a button to the application to copy the address because I have to make a screenshot of the screen to go to the photo film and then there to copy the address. Or click on the address and then the map opens in this map to turn off the address that I opened click on the place itself to open detailed information about this place for example dealership and there already copy the address. There are too many unnecessary movements to just copy the address.
Transporter
Love it easy to get loads
Garbage
Reset password, and keep telling me it’s wrong than there is no refresh page or saying that I’m not at location when it’s clear always on the app to find my location, over and over again, security is overrated and not carrier friendly, garbage instructions
Driver
It freezes up and shuts off way too much
Owner
Thins app work super slow
So dumb.
It has stopped working across multiple devices. Now my colleagues and I have to log back in a hundred times a day just to do our jobs and earn a living. Thanks for completely ruining the app.
Freezes
Fix this app it freezes all the time and slows us down
App
Terribly buggy app, impossible to work with.
Poor updates
Why does every update make this app worse, like now I literally have to wait 30 min for the loads to load on the search bar. Nobody has time for that. Why not stick with what was working already
User interface isn’t great
As a user. The loads and docs need to be fully updated for example gate pass is the key to get cars if you guys don’t have gate pass in your system don’t release the car on the system. It’s really important to us get everything done before. Safe travels and time Thank you for understanding
The worst app
We keep completing the loads on the app then the inspection disappear, this app sucks
Junk
Spend more time trying to login or the app shutting down are freezing then you can do your job cars arrive should pay us to have their app for so much time that we waste
Transport user
Has anyone from corporate actually tried to use the app? The latest update makes it very painful to take photos/upload and now search for loads using the app. It loads a couple before the wheel start spinning to refresh to load two more.
