Bought the lifetime pass when they were new. Last night went in to use at 2am to find NOW they want annual subscription fee. Nice to learn at 2 am. PLUS i already paid. I came in early when nobody believed in you. You used me now pull this. Avoid. All this is free as part of Spotify w no games

I love the app but it’s expensive to unlock the good meditations.
More Free Things
The app as helped a lot with my insomnia and severe anxiety. However, some of my favourite things to listen to were Locked, and after awhile some became repetitive and I haven’t had the finance to afford it either. Please allow more free things to listen to. It would be greatly appreciated and drive more happy long term users.

Good Meditation App
I do wish it had more spiritual meditations with energy work, especially chakras, but the body scans are great and the AI meditation is kind of nice.
Disappointing for sleep
I can’t recommend this for sleep. Twice the tracks I chose sent me to sleep only to wake me abruptly when an instrument started playing too loudly. I found the meditation voices too harsh and lively, and the transitions from one track to the next are not well managed. Other minor niggles are not being able to find the play queue I made or build an AI track that’s more than 15 minutes (why not let me add background music that continues for longer). I’m going back to my favourite sleep podcast.

It does help me sleep and I really like the sleep stories but if you don’t buy the subscription then you can’t access almost everything
My favorite meditation app
I have had the opportunity to sample so many apps, and Breethe surpasses all of them. It has a great selection of so many different types of tracks, allowing me to explore meditations that I might not otherwise take the time to try, and the app itself is so easy to use and comprehensive without being complex. I can’t rate it highly enough!
Where are the twirling beads?!
This app shows twirling beads on the ad but only has audio on the app.
Love almost everything about this app
I absolutely love this app and it has helped improve my sleep and anxiety immensely. I just have one complaint - the vast difference in sound levels between various meditations and music. If played in the wrong order, a soothing meditation or song will shake me out of my sleep.
Initially Impressed
I was very impressed with this app initially and could easily see myself continuing with the subscription. I am now uncertain after I requested a sleep story take place in an empty theatre and was told that the ai could not respond on sensitive topics and that I should go see a therapist. I understand there have to be safeguards, but it was very off-putting to receive that message when I was trying to fall asleep, after an innocent request. If the sleep stories are meant to be custom, I think they should allow for creativity within reasonable bounds. I found it difficult to create a new sleep story after that as I felt like I was walking on eggshells with whatever filter the ai was using, and now I am uncertain about continuing my subscription.
Not working for me
Didn’t work for me, it felt like I was getting a long boring lecture from one of them but not boring enough to bore me to sleep and the next one had a really annoying voice.

Downgraded
They changed this app so much! I used to have about 4 hrs of the unlocked ones saved to fall asleep to and they played back to back. I only have ONE unlocked and there is no way to save more to play them one after the other anymore.

Lame motivational start but ok
The “well done” at the end of each meditation and the silly aphorisms that delay the start whenever you open the app (“your to do list can wait” - thanks for the tip, kinda patronising but ok) is kind of irritating, but as an app it’s one of the better ones on the market. Things to improve, Breethe!
Teaches patience by being incredibly slow and frequently crashing
I used to like using this app to help with sleep and relaxation, but it’s got increasingly slow and frequently freezes and fails to load. Since buying an iPhone 16, it is almost impossible to get the app to load.

Great app, but not free
It seems like a great app but you can only do the very limited free options without paying for a subscription. The AI feature seemed great but it cut off after about 5 minutes and I couldn’t go back in without paying for the subscription. Apps like this are great but should have free access especially if they have anxiety features, there’s not many free options.
Been using the app for what feels like years
I actually really enjoy the app but I’ve been using it for so long and it doesn’t seem like any new sleep meditations have been released at all? Will you ever be adding new content?

Not good
No option to change playback speed. I like to listen to things when I’m going to sleep between 75% and 95% speed but this isn’t an option on this app. Why? Surely that and a sleep timer are basics?

Constant Spam & 3am Notifications!
I downloaded this app to help with sleep. From the moment I’ve installed I’ve been bombarded with emails and notifications about subscribing rather than letting me finished the trial and then subscribe. To add insult to injury an app I download to assist with sleep stated sending mitigations at about 3am waking me up to tell me I should try a sleep story!!! (And there are no alarms/reminders set) It’s a shame as the app seems really good.
Loading issues
Honestly, I love this app and use it every night … but am considering cancelling my subscription. Every night takes forever to load, “you are entering a zen zone” … not so zen when all you want to do is go to sleep but the app takes 10 minutes to get going and stays stuck on the same screen. Tried with wifi, without, 4 bars of signal, same same

Warning - They billed me for a year subscription during my trial period
I don’t know how they managed to do it. After cancelling my subscription on the App Store, they billed me for a year subscription. This was during my trial period Beware of these people. They don’t play by the rules
Music shuts off when using the app
I’m on the free trial and so far a beautiful app that I think will really make a difference. I’m a coach and thought I would try the AI coaching tool and quite honestly I was amazed! Even if you’re not into meditation, it’s worth getting just for that. The reason I have dropped one star is because if you are listing to music from a playlist and want to click elsewhere in the app, you can only use the rest of the app by coming out of and stopping the music. Now it does continue to play if you look elsewhere on the phone but surely the playlist should carry on working while you navigate around the app? Maybe I’m doing something wrong?
Not what I hoped to find
So I did the steps, asi set up a subscription I took a screen shot of the instructions and it assumed I’d decided not to go ahead and offered it cheaper, with a 30 day trial. Tried to navigate around. Kept getting pop ups asking why I didn’t complete things. BECAUSE ITS A TRIAL!!! Why these apps don’t let you in for a day or two to see what’s there? Straight away it feels dodgy. Like being told to buy goods before you get to try them on. Anyway, I looked around as best I could. Didn’t find anything like the content in the instagram app, found the American voices difficult in tone and couldn’t work out where to turn them off. I only wanted sounds. Hey hi. Subscription cancelled. Then I get an email offering 30% off. So the moral is, if you’re committed from the get go you’ll pay a lot more. Ridiculous, cynical, and everything I experienced so far is the opposite of calming, tranquil or ethical. I’m out.
Love the app but
Sometimes when opening the app it doesn’t go past the loading screen. I love the app and this is probably my third year of using it to help me sleep, but the issues during start up are just so frustrating sometimes.
Excellent App - Life Changing
I’ve used this app for years and only until recently when I was accidentally logged out did I realize how much I’ve come to depend on it for reliable meditations, sleep stories and relaxing background music and neutral noise. When I say it’s been life changing it may seem extreme, but is better quality sleep night after night important to you? In reality though, this app has helped me find some of my favorite authors and thinkers through its sleep stories and lead me on an entirely different path. Not all parts of the app are for me, and not all parts will be for you. However there is so much content that you won’t get to nearly all of it as you explore what you do enjoy and as more is added. I highly recommend trying this app out even if it’s the free version for a few days - but the premium membership Is worth it, try it for a month! This app is far superior to the similar Calm app if you’ve ever tried that (you’ll cancel that membership and choose this one, trust me). I even would say you should try this out over the integrated Hatch app if you’ve ever tried that and have one of those - because this is just better.

I’m always careful with these kind of Apps, so read carefully at every step. When I saw the monthly charge, I came out of the App and deleted it. Hey bingo, a month later and I have a charge to my card 🤔. Scammed!! Contacted Breethe and they’re really not interested, they said contact Apple 🤣. Cowboys 🤠. Be careful people. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Still Crashing 😡
Crashing on iPhone! Starts and plays the free version of Deep Sleep +Brainwaves then after about 1 minute of play it just throws you out of the app and crashes, not a good way to help you relax and try to get off to sleep! There was an update 2 days ago so thought it would be fixed as the update said it was fixing bugs but I guess this isn’t one of them! Don’t bother downloading as it doesn’t do what it says it’ll do!

I am grateful to use Breethe — at first occasionally, now almost daily. Often, several times a day! Breethe sleep meditations & hypnotherapy for help me relax and fall into sleep: every single time….I delight in the morning with brief or longer meditations, depending on how much time I have…I find appreciation, satisfaction and inspiration in the talks and series that are offered in the extensive Breethe library…I have fun building my playlists and favorites…I learn new things like tapping and meditative motion….Breethe has added layers and depths to my life. Breethe has taught me how to breathe in, hold it, breathe out. And this has made a beautiful difference in how I feel, how I think, and how I see the world. Thank you Breethe!
Annoying
Probably a good app, but I wont be buying it. TEN emails within 20 hours of downloading, mostly talking about one time only discounts, and further emails saying my discount is "getting lonely" How pathetic. How about letting people make their own mind up before spamming them. App now deleted.

Breethe has helped me so much with my anxiety, sleeping issues, loneliness, everything. This has helped me so much throughout my days, and I can’t love it more. Only 1 star missing because I don’t really like how you have to pay for a few stuff. Except that, it’s the best app that helps you. I definitely recommend this app.
No longer works
Loves this app. Bought a 12 month subscription. After just over 3 months, it stopped working. Tried everything. Can’t contact the developer because the report-a-problem-page says I don’t have a subscription. Contacted Apple support, who confirmed I have a subscription. But because I’ve had it for one week more than 3 months, I can’t report it through them (3 months is the limit) and refunds are limited to about 6 weeks. So beware of buying a 12 month subscription. I’ve wasted a lot of money. Update: I’ve been contacted by the app developer, which I appreciate. And I’ve discovered the app seems to work without logging in…to be continued…
Really aggressive hypnotherapy!
I downloaded this app earlier today as I had been up all night, unable to sleep. I tried one of the hypnotherapy tracks. Honestly, I felt like Jason Statham was growling in my ear. Hard to relax to that! I ended up putting a rain track on and was asleep within minutes. I gave the app 3 stars as there is a lot of content and maybe some of the narrators have calm, soothing voices. I won’t be finding out though as I have deleted it.
