Wäre toll wenn ich beim entwerten automatisch den richtigen Abfahrtsort angeboten bekommen würde- nicht nur den letzten. Der nutzt mir nichts

Einmal mehr lassen sich keine Tickets kaufen über diese App V. 6.6.2. Egal welches Zahlungsmittel. Erbärmlich.

Warum muss seit kurzer Zeit zuerst der Abfahrtsort eingegeben werden? Wenn man spät dran ist hat man Mühe mit dem Ticket lösen.

Seit ich auf das iPhone 15 gewechselt habe, sind alle Zahlungsmittel weg und neue kann ich auch nicht hinzufügen.
Verbund-Tickets
Unter „weitere Tickets“ können Verbund-Tickets zum Beispiel nach Gersbach Post mit U-Abo noch immer nicht gelöst werden (Fehlermeldung „Service nicht verfügbar“). Ich habe dies vor etwa zwei Monaten an der „Heuwaage“ bereits einmal gemeldet. Ansonsten ist die App toll! Mit freundlichen Grüssen Walter Boesch

Funktioniert seit paar Tagen nicht
Man kann seit ein paar tagen das tcket nicht mehr kaufen - es lädt nicht fertig
"Kaufquittung zusenden" lässt sich nicht aktivieren!!
"Kaufquittung zusenden" lässt sich nicht aktivieren!! Auch mit gültiger Mail-Adresse stellt sich der Schalter immer wieder auf AUS…. Wo liegt wohl das Problem?
UX needs improvement
Core functionality is there but it could be more obvious. Would benefit from fewer features.
Eingeblendete Infos nerven!
Neuerdings kann ich nicht mehr direkt stempeln. Beim Starten der App kommt immer dieselbe nervige Info Einblendung. Man muss weiter drücken- das nervt gewaltig und ist absolut unnötig.

Leider ist es immer wieder / noch unmöglich, aus Deutschland neue Karten zu kaufen. Entwerten ist kein Problem. Bin ich in der Schweiz, gibt es das Problem nicht.
Stellt den nervigen Hinweis ab
Eine an sich tolle App, aber seit dem letzten Update werde ich jedes mal beim Öffnen darauf hingewiesen, dass ich 20% spare wenn ich Mehrfahrtentickets kaufe. DANKE! ICH HATTE ES SCHON VORHER VERSTANDEN. Die Nachricht nervt! Bitte stellt das ab. Von daher nur noch 2 Sterne bis das beseitigt wird.

U-Abo und RVL funktioniert nicht
Zur Zeit ist es nicht möglich, ein Anschlussticket mit der App zu lösen, wenn man ein U-Abo hat. Funktionierte früher einwandfrei!
Apple Wallet
Nach dem Entwerten einer Mehrfartenkarte funktioniert das Zuweisen an die Apple Wallet nicht (mehr).
Abfahrtsort stimmt nicht
Die App hat einen schwerwiegenden Fehler: Der Abfahrtsort ist der aktuelle Standort. Es gibt aber die Möglichkeit, den Abfahrtsort selber zu wählen. Wenn man aber danach eine Fahrt entwertet, springt der Abfahrtsort wieder auf den aktuellen Standort zurück. Das kann in speziellen Fällen dazu führen, dass man ein ungültiges Billett erhält. Bitte korrigieren!
Zahlungsmittel
Immer wieder wird die REKA als abgelaufen bezeichnet. Dann hilft nur, sie zu löschen und erneut als Zahlungsmittel zu registrieren. Das nervt.

Conveniemt to buy tickets. Realtime information. Easy to use. Multitrip tickets. Con: user service. payment did not work and i never got a reply.

Man kann hintereinander 2xentwerten aus Versehen. Eine Funktion einschalten können, so dass das zweite mal nur mit zeitlicher Verzögerung möglich ist, wäre hilfreich. FG

Misleading terms - 40chf lost when installed on new phone
Not clear at time of purchase that all your purchased tickets become permanently deleted with no option to restore purchases!!! This resulted in my list of nearly 40chf when I installed the app on my new iPhone and deleted from old phone. Seriously don't understand why purchases are not stored on a server and simply restored - any other ticket app does this!!!
Unreliable
Occasionally the app requires you to reregister your payment method without warning and for no reason. Happen to be getting on a tram? Tough! Reregister your credit card before you can buy your ticket! This app flaw has led to difficulties for me.

Impossible d’acheter un billet pour la ligne 3 au départ des stations situées en France.
Almost perfect
Now needs to add cross-border tickets, both to and from France/Germany. Next would need to come support for Passbook app and the ability to send the ticket to another person (ie. Import into their Passbook app). Then it can be 5 stars.
