Habe den Ausschaltepreis bezahlt 5.- , es funktionierte nicht ich musste 2-mal (insgesamt 15.- ohne Fahrtpreis) erneut zahlen. Bei der Anfrage auf eine Rückerstattung wurde ich komplett ignoriert

Muste mich anstrengen damit ich überhaupt das fahrzeug bewegen konnte. Musste dann ein neues fahrzeug mieten und das geld bekommt man nicht zurück.

Ich hatte 2 mal ein Fahrzeug gemietet und beidesmal war die Batterie schwach und das Fahrzeug bewegte sich mit max 10km/h. Vielleicht hatte ich nur Pech.

Bitte Parkzonen bis an die Waldgrenze vergrössern und miteinander verbinden bringt nichts das der obereteil von Schwammendingen und Oberstrsss nicht vor ihren Häusern parkieren kannist als man Anwohner ärgelich 800m bis zu Parkzone zu laufen…

Meine Erfahrung mit GoGreen ist absolut enttäuschend und in keiner Weise akzeptabel. Mir wurde wiederholt Geld abgezogen, obwohl mein Budget nachweislich nicht überschritten wurde. Die Abrechnung ist rechnerisch nicht nachvollziehbar – selbst bei mehrmaligem Durchgehen der Zahlen ergibt sich keinerlei Grundlage für die zusätzlichen Abbuchungen. Trotzdem wird stur an der falschen Forderung festgehalten. Noch frustrierender ist der Umgang mit meinen Beschwerden. Auf mehrere E-Mails folgen entweder standardisierte Copy-Paste-Antworten oder es wird komplett an der eigentlichen Problematik vorbeigeschrieben. Es gibt keinerlei inhaltliche Auseinandersetzung mit den konkreten Punkten. Statt individueller Prüfung erhält man immer wieder dieselbe nichtssagende Antwort – ohne Lösungsansatz, ohne Transparenz, ohne Entgegenkommen. Das Personal wirkt im E-Mail-Verkehr extrem uneinsichtig und desinteressiert. Man bekommt den Eindruck, dass hier bewusst auf Zeit gespielt oder darauf spekuliert wird, dass Kunden irgendwann aufgeben. Eine ernsthafte Klärung oder Rückerstattung scheint offenbar keine Priorität zu haben. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um. Fehlende Transparenz, keinerlei Einsicht und ein Kundenservice, der seinen Namen nicht verdient. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

we tried to use it in Zurich with the scooter blocking outside of restricted area (we had 2), spent long time trying to end the ride, finished by paying a fortune. dont use !
Locks the scooter in no parking zone then keeps billing me
With no way to end the ride. I contacted support but they did not respond on multiple requests. This is a disaster.
Don’t waste your money
If you want to throw away your money, use this app. It works great to get your scooter started but as soon as you put your money in the app it won’t allow you to end your ride and it just drains all the money you put in. It also automatically takes money out of your bank or card unless you go into settings and turn it off in the app. If you still want to risk it that’s your choice, but I wouldn’t recommend.

Tried to set up an account and the verification never send, might be because I’m from the US. Prob should fix this, feels a bit selective and racist.
