# Get going in four steps
▶ Step 1: BECOME A CUSTOMER

Download the Mobility app
▶ Step 2: MAKE A RESERVATION
Open the app or the customer portal and proceed as follows:
Enter the Mobility station
Enter the desired duration
Select the vehicle category, reserve
▶ Step 3: DRIVE OFF
Go to your reserved vehicle.
Inspect the vehicle for damage. Report any damage to the vehicle via the Mobility app before you start your journey.
Unlock the vehicle using the app (via Bluetooth), the Mobility Card or your SwissPass card.
Off you go!
▶ Step 4: DROP OFF
Return the vehicle to the original Mobility station on time. If the fuel level is under 1/3, refuel the vehicle before returning it.
Lock the vehicle using the app (via Bluetooth), the Mobility Card or your SwissPass card.
