Schlimm von A-Z
Ich würde nie wieder Geld aufladen. Man kann das Geld nicht mehr abziehen und das hinterlegen der Debit Card in der SBB App funktioniert zwar, aber alle Zahlungen werden geblockt. Zahlung des Streckenabos oder GAs ist auch nicht möglich. Wie grössere Firmen auf solche Startups setzen ist mir fraglich. Einmal und nie wieder meine 800.- kann ich wohl abschreiben.
toller Service
Urban Connect funktioniert mit Reservation und Support wunderbar. Vielleicht gehen einige Kunden nicht sehr sorgsam mit den Autos um. Jedefalls hatte ich letztes Mal beim Losfahren zuwenig Luftdruck in einem Reifen. Heute musste ich feststellen, dass bei 35Grad noch die Winterreifen montiert sind, zwei übel abgefahren, nicht mehr konform.

Diese App funktioniert jedes zweite Mal nicht. Foto wird nicht geladen, man kann das Fahrrad nicht schliessen etc.

Vélos fantômes
Cette application est géniale quand ça fonctionne. Mais trop souvent il y a des vélos présents sur l’application qui ne le sont pas en réalité. Et il y a toujours des vélos présents physiquement mais invisibles sur l’application.

Riesenrückschritt
Seit dem Upgrade der Bikes (neues Schloss) und Upgrade der App ist es sehr mühsam geworden. Bike Rückgabe geht nur noch mit Foto und positiver Bewertung. Automatische Rückgabe nach 5 min funzt mal, mal nicht, dafür wird man auch Tage später noch mit Emails bombardiert. Weiss nicht warum man immer neue Updates machen muss, die schlechter funktionieren als Vorgängerversion

Mostly working well but bugs on the super bad in built charger finding map (no location service?) and it’s not at all clear that you had to “finish” the trip with a photo, meaning I had to walk back
Neue App Version
Generell wirklich tolles App und super Anbieter. Jedoch gefällt mir das letzte App Update überhaupt nicht und ich hätte gerne wieder die letzte Version zurück. Gefühlt ist alles weniger benutzerfreundlich geworden und selebst das Entsperren des E-Bikes funktioniert jetzt weniger gut.

Der bikes sind wirklich super. Nur eine Grössenangabe in der App fehlt, und die neuen Schlösser sind schwierig zu bedienen.
Volos nicht da
Mir ist schon mehrmals passiert, dass die Velos, die als verfügbar angezeigt sind, sind gar nicht da. Dafür stehen da andere Velos, die man nicht nehmen kann…

App is not reliable, even after email confirmation it kept sending me to the registration page. Tried to contact the app support several times with no response.
War ok
2,5h Verzögerung, weil Kreditkarte erst unmittelbar bei Mietbeginn angefordert wird. Karte wurde nicht akzeptiert- nach langem hin und her Freigabe ohne Kreditkarte. Auch beim Download langwierige Probleme mit der zu hinterlegenden HandyNr. Zuletzt 10-15 min Krampferei, bis die Ladesäule im Parkhaus ohne erkennbare Anzeigen endlich das Auto läd und die Spp mich frei gibt. Fazit: App hat Potential besser zu werden. Die Servicekollegen im Chat sind top.
Doesn’t work, no customer support
Couldn’t register, didn’t receive the verification code over email. Tried calling customer support, they were busy, never got through to a human. They didn’t call me back.
Opening Tesla charging port door
It was not known to me, how to open the charging port door. Youtube helped a lot. Otherwise it was fun to ride this Tesla car. Our childrens liked it very well.

I recently needed to meet with a client off-site and decided to book a Tesla for this trip. Booking the car was really simple as well as marking the ride as a business trip. The ride was automatically expensed on my behalf -what more can I ask for. Thanks for the service.
