Tried signing up for an account and they told be that it takes 24hrs for your account to be approved and it’s a week and it’s still “pending”

Awesome app but my problem is you log in but there is no log out on the menu.Logging out by switching the phone is not safe pls add log out from your menu.
Login issue
Everything was going well in the app at the beginning, but after resetting my PIN at the store, the app keeps asking me to log in every time, as I am being logged out repeatedly.

Forever Pending!
I regret ever downloading the Shoprite Money Market app. What looked like a convenient way to manage my money has turned into a constant headache. Account Activation that should take less than a day sit pending for weeks, even after verifying my identity multiple times in multiple ways. When I contacted support, I got canned replies that solved nothing, I’ve sent from pillar to post. I called, emailed, WhatsApp’d. I’ve wasted time I can’t get back and trusted them with funds I can’t even now move elsewhere. If you value your sanity your cash, stay far away—this service isn’t ready.

The app is awesome I like it. Just one challenge with it. I downloaded it because I’m dodging the long lines at the store money markets but still when I want to top up I still go to the store 🥺 can’t you guys make it possible to top up using my bank account instead of going to the store.

Hoping for more
The app seems to have great features that make ones life convenient but I downloaded it with the sole purpose of ordering groceries and having them delivered to my house.. unfortunately it doesn’t have that option.

Useless app
This is the worst app, it locked me out of my own account since the 10th of Jan and l still have funds in it and nobody is doing anything to help me reclaim my funds or log back into the app

INCORRECT PIN AND MONEY MARKET STAFF
The inconvenience of this App is rediculous and annoying been trying to login for the past 3 weeks now and reaching for help but couldn’t be assisted. 1 Your agent are to busy when they get to reach to me they keep saying the same thing of incorrect details while on the other side it says am not registered. Seek help from your Money Market Shoprite Store here in East London couldn’t be assisted the staff aren’t trained even their supervisor isn’t well informed about all the procedures of the app and. I don’t know how much I spent to call and send emails to your agents with the same response it’s insane expensive meanwhile my vourcher and money is locked in there unable to spend. Least I ask is for them to cancel or deactive my account into their system or reset the pin but they still failed to do so too. They even respond after ages and the second message would be the agent closing the chat after so much time waiting for them to respond. Your service is poor and incompetent for us. Do fix it and try to do better with the customer services and fulfilling the duties you promised too. Am a very disappointed customer

Can’t log in my account because they say they have a different number and I asked them to change that number to a number that I am currently using been waiting since then from the customer care I’ve emailed all my necessary details but till now nothing

The best ever Update 2020
Well Done to the Developers & Shoprite I’m so excited to use this app. If Checkers app can also have the same update I will be so excited for Spring 2020. It will also be nice to see shopping history in detail in app & also your eBucks you earn in the app & at store.

It was doing well for the past 2 years and then I had to update the app , having the worst experience ever , my account is not locked or blocked or anything but every time I try to login it just crashes , the new updates are a no no for me will be be switching banks at the earliest convenience, wouldn’t recommend you update the app , the new upgraded version is not recommended
