Analytics
The app is good, works well, listing is easy but analytics is poor with almost no good information. The only analytics available is total views and lead clicks. Surprisingly the information is different on app based and web based analytics which makes us wonder what is true. If they can make a better analytics for us to know audience demographics and unique views, It would become better.
Miserable Search and XXXL Logo
Search takes 3 taps to access, should be 1. The logo on pictures is way too distracting often hiding the finer details of properties. Will you fix, please?

Constantly getting App Update prompt whereas my app is updated.
Needs Improvement
Overall the app is good but it shows its logo in the pictures which makes difficult for users to see the picture clearly. The size of the app should be reduced and it should be dragged towards any corner.

Some things seem to be improving from user perspective so maybe teams are making some effort but still a lot could be made better from experience point of view. Anyways good app to get overview of market.

The last update had a bug or something, the app closes as soon as i open it
False listings
There is literally no way to report or punish agents who post blatantly false listings just to get some quick leads. Literally fake images and prices and they’ll spam them too. Other than this, the app is pretty good

Fake ads
Majority of ads are fake and are just to gain customer attention or to get clients. On ground house and pictures shared on app are totally different. Kindly get ads verified before posting.
Misleading ads
Most of th ads have not th actual picture of the property which is misleading and a waste of time for people who are really interested to rnt or buy. Property dealers are doing it so that they can get numbers of people and then they start sending ads in direct messages. Kindly do something about it.

They have charger me for advert my property and still is not on listing now I have trying to republish it again app is not working showing different error some time invalid phone number as I have vaild phone number or some time it’s show below marketing value which is not only thing is working in this app when they are taking your money ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️
The app is being faked by the consumers
The ones selling are trying to attract the buyers with fake prices and pictures of the residencies just to get them call and bring em to their company
Unable to sign up via email, gmail or fb
Can’t signup because unable to see error message, the popup only shows ok button but no error message, so how do i know what’s the api response? Also please add the sign in with apple,google,fb in the iOS app or remove it from the web also keep the onboarding flow same on all platforms
Ads expiry and report
The app must have a way to report an ad or mark as “sold” or “unavailable”. So many property ads lying there but when we contact them, they say not available.
Good app but please remove Sold properties
The app is generally ok but it seems they still advertise properties which are already sold or listed long time ago . This give wrong estimate of price to buyers.

The app is great but theor needs to be a review system for sellers , so International customers are happy to buy property.

please add feature to sort by distance from current location like olx second why there is only limitation of 7 location to exclude atleast 10 to 15 so to search can be more specific rest its very good app

Too many updates and complete mess of an app…
I’m having to update the app EVERY time I open the app. It’s incredibly frustrating and only serves to highlight a very amateur and haphazard nature of the team behind the app. I’m an overseas Pakistani who’s recently moved to Karachi and having often used Rightmove, Prime Location, Zoopla etc I can confidently say, this app and platform is well off the mark. Add to that, 80% of advertised properties are being marketed by complete cowboys who don’t have the agency for the property that’s being shown and simply try and flog you rubbish. Agents advertising through the platform need a level of accountability placed on them. Overall, the whole experience leaves a lot to be desired.

Unreal Picture
I’m using Zameen.com since last 2-3 years. I’ve few observations (1) It’s only domain of real estate dealers. No common man can post his ad. It’s very difficult (2) Dealers are using the platform to artificially increase or decrease the market rates. (3) People visit the site just to get overall idea of the market, which is also mostly fake. (4) Most of the ads are copy paste. No real data is provided. B-road idea type ads (5) Location is not given in clear. Once contacted, dealers say that the specific property has been sold. Now they have another option. False statement. That property remain in the page even months after their this statement (6) Dealers are interested in site visits. They have no knowledge of construction year, room sizes etc (7) Map of houses clearly showing room sizes must be included All I have added are views of a common user. Zameen.com must evaluate to make it a fruitful utility. Thanks

Very easy to use. I am looking from the UK. If I could improve one thing it would be where you can offer the option where you can see house prices in GB pounds or US dollars. Other than that it's a great app!
Show ads button Disappeared after selecting size
After I select the in kanal or yards it keep showing keyboard and doesn’t show the button to see ads. Very annoying I tried so many times it only give the option very few times

Very helpful app but since the update has come in around January 2020, they have reduced the option of areas to maximum 5 which isn’t helping at all. If this could be increased to 10 it’ll be more beneficial.

At least half the property advertisements on this site are fake. No such house is available.

Fantastic site I would also recommend that the management add a feature against each advert that a basic security check and or due diligence has been carried out thereby preventing fraud and causing repetitional damage to the the product and its customers throughout the world and locally in Pakistan Looking forward to an enhanced secure version

It's a very helpful and good information available and keeping always update sharing new rules regarding to the property. I like it.
Thousands of fake ads, secondly no one describes the facts related to property.
Thousands of fake ads that have misrepresentation No check and balance… unrealistic demands No body share the facts about property In fact things are clear after various hours of struggle if you already know the ground realities. Many fake agent and third party agents ruined this very useful platform where general public can get facilitated.

Disappointed
Being a non resident Pakistani i was delighted to have an app where i could compare house rents as i was moving my family to Pakistan. I thought it was like Right move but when i came to Pakistan i was very disappointed to find that properties mentioned on the app were actually not available and estate agents were instead showing poor properties and informed that the properties mentioned were no longer available so many of the properties for which i contacted agents were outdated so were the rents. It sounded like Right Move but its very different.

It's a good app especially to track to changing prices. Gets annoying when you have to keep on logging in every time. Also can't change password through App. Would be helpful if also had listings of installment schemes.
