Very good services from Broughty Ferry….. As nearly an 80 year I struggle to get over the bridge path to Queen Street…. Would be great to have a bus service to come along King Street.😁
Now useless
Used to be a really great app but it’s now rendered useless by the fact that there’s no real-time info regarding bus ETAs. Yes I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app but it made absolutely no difference. Please fix it.
Ads too long
I have used this app for a long time but recently I’m finding the popup ads causing issues with checking bus times etc. they seem to be on too long and detracting from the use of app. I thought that a subscription model was being worked on so those of us who didn’t want ads to pay for the bus checker service could opt in to it I do like the Sign in with Apple or Google ID so unlike other apps it preserves our saved locations.
Ads, incorrect tracking
App is ok with a simple UI, but the constant adverts that pop up when you tap a stop are too much now, just what everyone wants to see when they might be in a hurry as well. For months the tracking has been incorrect for all buses in my area regardless of operator too: the route map doesn’t display correct times (I’m trying to catch a bus at 07:25 but the route map tells me it’s the 22:25, to give an example).
The app is alright
The app is good for bus times but every morning when I try to go to school it says the wrong time for the bus every morning as it says it takes longer for the bus to arrive at the stop then it actually does
Great app
Great app - but it’s stopped working. Please fix!
Dreadful
A truly dreadful app that should not exist, unless as an awful example of how not to do it. Ghastly user interface. Intrusive, app stopping, adverts make it worse. I persevered for months but have finally given up, in despair.
Would just love it without the ads 💕💐💕
A bit of a cheek
I paid to go ‘ad free’ on the London bus checker app now to find it’s been replaced by this bus checker - complete with ads of course. This means I’ll need to pay again to make the thing usable. Most disappointing.
Ads annoying
I’ve been using this for years, so much better for London buses, you can see where they are, that is until the ads popup. Not very helpful when you are rushing to the stop and want to know if you’ve already missed the bus. I agree with the other user who said they wouldn’t mind paying a subscription if it got rid of the ads. Would’ve been 5 stars otherwise.
I’m 66 and live this app
It’s easy to use and I really like it as it gives you the name of all buses that are due not like other Apps that just give you their company buses and when they are due
Used to be good, fraudulent ads now fill the whole screen
I have found this app useful in the past for finding real time information on bus arrival times in different parts of the country. Now I find full screen ads, one being to tell me to update my PDF app. The most recent was a scam message falsely claiming to be from Apple telling me that my iPad’s security has been compromised! I am unwilling to use this app further because of security concerns and have deleted the app.
Great App hate the adverts
I find this very useful but struggle to see it sometimes because of the adverts. I would welcome the option of paying.
Doesn’t give accurate times
The app only goes on timetable times and not realtime. Therefore it’s unreliable.
No bad
It not a bad app, easy to use, adds are a pain, the only thing is when my bus has been cancelled and I’m stood there waiting for a bus that won’t turn up and the times haven’t changed to the Christmas and new year time table so I don’t even know if the bus is going to turn up.
Bus stands
BEST APP EVER
Not so good
Used it for years but the lack of realtime bus info and the annoying adverts mean I’ll be moving on to something else.
Mrs
A very helpful app in UK
Mr G
When I’m in a location, it puts me somewhere else
Unreliable at times
Not a bad app but live times can be unreliable
Mr
Easiest bus and transport app to use easier than move it always seem to be able to get the correct times
Possible malware ads
Ordinarily I would give the app 5 star since it does exactly what it says on the tin, checks where the bus is and a generalised time on its arrival. However, recently they has been a disturbing amount of “Your phone has X amount of virus’, download our app to get rid of them” ads that have been appearing. I can understand needing ads to make money, almost nothing is truly free. But the least you can do is to review what ads your allowing to advertise onto your app since it only takes one inattentive person to click and download that app for it to then be your problem.
Use to be great!
Use to be great. Now it doesn’t pick up the correct bus from my area!!
Really good app but…
Really good app and very useful. Unfortunately not all bus lines are covered with live updates and sometimes there is only a timetable with no indication whether the bus is on time / early / late. I understand the need for advertising to make it free, but some adverts are very long and as a woman travelling at night alone it can feel unsafe to have to wait with phone in hand for an advert to play. Would be good to have a work around.
Great
Very useful information
What’s going on ?
Something wrong with this! Wasn’t until my daughter missed her school bus twice that I realised. Time is just not updating. Says bus is 10 mins away… then 11.. then seems to get stuck. It’s now saying 8 mins when the bus has long gone. Checked against another local app. Really frustrating. Been like it for A week.
Keeps suggesting connecting stops a distance away from the actual bus interchange
Not sure what's going on here. Instead of suggesting connecting buses at the city interchange (Paragon station in Hull), suggests I walk 14 minutes from a stop in town to a connecting stop on another street which is already part of the way to my destination . We have a bus interchange here for a reason, eg saving time. Very confusing and would confuse non locals. Another suggestion did include the interchange but instead of suggesting a connecting bus WITHIN the interchange, the app suggested i walk to a street. This ads time to the journey and i have heavy bags and sometimes carry a cat so no thanks. Please sort the app out. I couldn't give feedback since I was unable to add titles and reply details.
Useless for Northern England
All these bus apps are London-centric. If you are anywhere else they will be fairly useless.
Feedback
Used to be the best thing since sliced bread. Now gives rubbish times anything from three to ten minute minute intervals, all for a forty minute service.
Fraudulent adverts
The ads on this app are now fraudulent faking system messages saying the iPhone is damaged.
Lost bus stops
Somehow the app managed to delete all the buss stops in my area. It was really good before then

Really useful app
Just thought I would show you some appreciation for this app, which I use daily. Seeing where buses are in real time is particularly useful, as I’m a couple of stops from the start of 2 bus routes, which is when the destination board trackers can be unreliable - they promise me a bus in 2 mins, when there is no bus there to fulfil that promise. Have name-checked your app to quite a lot of other travellers, when they get just how useful it is
Countdown stopped
This app has been the best since I started using it but recently it stopped having countdowns which is not nice unfortunately
How many ads?
Used to be an amazing app, then I passed my driving test and stopped using buses. 3 years on - now I need this for work and every time I go to check a bus stand I have to watch an ad, it’s totally ridiculous.
Helpful app
Drops out now and then but I’m pretty sure that its more to do with the infrastructure locally.
Totally wrong!
Awful. Inaccurate. Now have to wait 1.5 hours for next bus.
Great App
Found this app and works wonders. It’s helped me out when I have been in a difficult situations a few times. Very good Customer Service by Alex
Suspected Spam Advertising
Logged in this morning and got a spammy message about viruses and offering to clean them. I DONT THINK SO. You need to police the website good and proper because of this I’m less inclined to use the app!
