Review
Fantastic app!
Remove That FSHA or Questrade Immediately!
The user interface is bad now due to that top part having that annoying “That list price doesn’t have to be out of reach” with the link to open up the Questrade. Unfortunately the user clicks on accidentally and then there is no way to go back to the Zolo listings at all. You only can exit the app and then open it up to remove the terrible redirection from the link up top. My suggestion is to remove that immediately. Or have a way that if the user clicks the link on accidentally that they can be redirect back to Zolo with a back button provided.
Near perfect
Best real estate app by far. But when you get randomly signed out it's a hassle to sign back in. There should always be an option to sign in but sometimes only sign up shows other times it asks for email and then you can sign in. Kinda strange. Other than that would be 5 star!
Apps changed
Use to be great , now you have to sign in each time just to browse . Was way better before
Nice BUT…
It works fairly well, but it has a major problem. If you have this app on two different devices, it will not sync so if you save a favourite on one device it will not show up on the other
Informative
Simply but user friendly design, timely info updates
Too much spam
Nowadays you need to provide your email in order to view details of the estate where you get spammed with realtors. So I pretty much stop using this app
Simply good
Need to get it up to date a little quicker as some home are sold but not updated on ZOLO. But overall I like the app
What Happened
This used to be a great app but not anymore. Signing in and out constantly and it still doesn’t show you sold details like it did before.
Good
Good app but desperately needs dark mode
Highly recommended
Complete information
Log in options are annoying and inconvenient - marketing annoying and outdated
For some reason Zolo tries to be different by forcing people to use a log in pin number instead of standard password. So you are expected to remember this stupid pin number or get a new one everytime you log in. Then you also have to jump through hoops to bypass their email sign up page in order to log in. As this pop up will try to force to to sign up for emails before it lets you log in. Developers need to take a useable security course. Marketing methods are boomer core from early 2000s, probably chasing more users away due to how annoying and difficult it is to use. Wouldn’t be surprised if sales are way down. Hopefully they modernize and revamp log ins and marketing.

Excellent App
Email address
I can’t believe you must now give your email address just to look at the photos. Very disappointing.
Basic
Search does work but is limited by the following: 1- Does not have a ‘sort by price’ function. You can put in a price range but they are not sorted. 2- Descriptions of the properties are very basic. Doesn’t have room sizes and the list of actual rooms is rarely filled out. 3- Does not have ‘acreage’, ‘farm’, ‘bare land’, or, ‘recreational’ as choices when looking for specific properties. You can select ’house’ but that’s it. 3- When ‘house’ is selected as type of building, it does not identify as detached or duplex or… 4- When ‘parking’ is a number (eg-4) there is no explanation if this is inside the property, or if there are 4 spaces in the garage, or 2 inside and 2 outside, or 4 outside. Often the pictures are not conclusive to figure this out.
Great application with lot of visibility
Great application with lot of visibility
SLOW ALL THE TIME
The whole app is soo slow. IDK what your developers are doing. 0 stars.
App stoped opening
From the last 2 days app has not opening
Would be nice to stay logged in…
Makes you sign in to see photos every time, even though you’re looking at them through the app after you’ve registered your email. Fix your UX.
Search never works
My wife sends me links to listings but to open the listing you have to log in on the website to even see the photos. Can't open the link in the app. And even I search for the address or MLS # in the app, I get a blank screen. Useless. Have reported it months ago and still not fixed. Frustrating.
Great app
You can literally find everything you need on this app , if you are looking for any house in any area in GTA this is app is very easy to use .
Can’t find recently sold
I cannot find recently sold listings nor pricing. Customers need this information. Please update your app or inform us how to find this information. House sigma has this feature.
Great app with lots of potential.
This is a great app to use when looking for real estate in Canada. I love the fact that it shows school ratings and other metrics that someone looking for a house would like to know. There are some bugs that need to be addressed and not having access to rental info is also an issue but the app is still good.
Issues
The app would be fantastic, but it continuously signs me out. The only way I can get it to allow me to sign in is to select “Save this search” which prompts me to login in. However, most of the time I press “sign in” the button becomes highlighted then nothing happens. Now every time I need to log in I have to delete and re-download the app.
Great listings the app is just buggy
I enjoy the app, it looks nice and it’s easy to find listings, when it works. The filtering is buggy, at least on an M4 iPad Pro, when you hit apply, only the pricing gets applied everything else gets reset, especially sqft. Searching for a location sometimes works and allows you to select it, other times you search and press the location, only for it to do nothing and the search stops working. Sometimes when you select a listing, it’s impossible to get back to your search or the map view and you have to start all over as the listing goes full screen with no back button. If these things were resolved it would be one of the better real estate apps.
Great and easy to use
Great app extremely useful
Email issues
When you try to login it takes 20 minutes to receive a email and most of the time your don’t even get one.
Very good to have. Needs some updates.
This offers the Canadian equivalent of Zillow. As such it is an excellent tool. But there are some frustrating shortcomings, especially where notifications and filtering are concerned. I hope The company updates and improves the app. This could be a very popular app. Even as it is now, I find it irreplaceable.
use to be good
use to be a great app now it’s terrible…whatever changes were made weren’t for the better…now hard to find previously saved items and history..even when inputting street name…
Good app but lacks some key features
First of all, when you click stats or other sub pages within the app, there is no back button to return back to previous page. So you have to close the app and then re open. Secondly, why is there no list view based on selected area from a map?

👌🏼👌🏼
Always confirming my email
This has always been My go-to realtor app to search for home, now after a few months I’m deleting the app because I can’t look at at house without have to “confirm your email”. Everytime I look at a home I have to confirm my email. Why? What does confirming it so often accomplish? App deleted.
User interface
I can’t figure out how to use the filters. My goal is to find the sold price of a house. When I found this app, it was through an online search for the dole piece of a house.
Decent
Can do more on adding filters
Zolo
I find the app very useful.
Only Toronto
I don’t live in Toronto & all I get are Toronto listings. I was able to get my area for a few months, but then Zolo defaults back to the Toronto area. I have typed in my location & it won’t let me view listings in my area. Poorly designed app with LOTS of issues!
Issues with verification
Great app when things work. Email verification process is broken. I am not receiving verification emails. (I checked junk and trash. Resend does not work either)
Good but…
Works mostly really well but keeps trying to promote map apps that when one mistakenly clicks onto , one has to delete the Zolo app to get rid of the advertising. Really annoying and the “app controller “ should know better!
Thank you
Good application very much informative
Depressingly bad
Got this app in hopes that it would show sold data for homes, and it doesn’t. So stupid that sold data is hidden to keep buyers uninformed. May aswell go back to realtor.ca for the better app
Horrible
Freezes , can’t search with filters. If you’re used to using Zillow this will frustrate the crap out of you
Works fine but needs more features and bug fixes
Bug - Filters don’t work when i click on map. When i click on map, it shows all the homes in that area. Feature - I wish it could have x-out feature as they have favorite, so that i know which homes i rejected. Feature - I wish there is an option to connect/see all favorite open houses in app map. It’s a pain first to look for addresses in zolo app and then enter it one by one in phone maps.
Great to use from the US
This app is great and very easy to navigate, and wonderful for looking at homes. I was struggling to be able to get my Zillow app to stay in Canada, it was only working on my computer but I prefer using my phone. Zolo was listed in Google as the best app to use for looking at homes in Canada which I needed since I am moving back soon. I have never used a better app. The only thing I would suggest is adding a mètres option so people can select a city they want to live in or around by being able to set a within range.
I used to like it.
Then you have to sign up to see pictures of the properties. App is now deleted.
So buggy.
I really want to like this app, but it is not user friendly and freezes all. The. Time. It always says I have an alert no matter how often I clear them. And I get so many alerts from houses in areas I don’t want or at prices I can’t afford. If I put more than 2 parameters into the filter it freezes. You can’t search an address, only areas. You can’t remove saved homes from your list, they stay there until they’re sold, and even then, they just shift to another list. So if you want to look up a house you like, it is a lot of freezing, or a lot of scrolling. And if you want to share a property you found with someone else...they have to open a Zolo account. This app has potential, but right now it is all kinds of frustrating.
Lots of potential, just as many bugs.
This is one of the few iOS apps that lets you search for homes in Canada. It all worked well until I started trying to search for homes via the map. The search locks to whatever you searched for last, or your location and only shows homes in that area, no matter where you scroll on the map. For instance, when using Trulia, even if I search for homes in LA via the search bar, if I scroll to Miami on he map it will still show homes in Miami. There’s a plethora of other bugs, mostly minor, such as a banding effect when scrolling through images and when I first downloaded the app, all of my filters would reset when I pressed done. It took closing the app a few times to fix this. The bug mentioned paragraph 1, however, is the most crippling in my experience. Nevertheless, this app is one of a kind as I can’t find any other like it unless I use Safari, so it gets a 3rd star. You guys have something good going here. I look forward to seeing what this app turns into in the future. Keep it up!
