Erreur IPad
Très bons systèmes intelligents, Seul détail depuis la mise à jour, l’historique des alarmes vidéo est impossible à voir sur la page de caméra, et la liste sur la page des messages d’alerte ne permet pas de jouer l’archive. On tombe directement sur la vision en direct avec le lien et non sur l’archive. Ça semble toutefois fonctionner sur téléphone.
Worse update I ever seen on iOS in 16 years!
You said: “iOS compatibility updates for improved stability.” “Redesigned main panel for quicker, more intuitive access.” And a few other supposed “improvements.” Unfortunately, besides destroying something that was simple and working perfectly fine before, this update has now made the app completely unreliable. I have around 20 Globe lights throughout my house, and since this update, they constantly go offline and come back online. I can’t even rely on the app anymore to simply turn my lights on and off. I have also lost HOURS of configuration, and apparently there is no proper way to preserve or restore those settings because you decided to block or remove that functionality. This is ridiculous. Even worse, if someone changes their Wi-Fi password, I basically have to redo the entire setup because the configuration cannot simply be retained and updated properly. How is that acceptable for a smart-home product in 2026? If this update had been properly tested before being pushed to customers, none of the problems I am dealing with right now should have happened. So thank you for all the extra work this update has created for me, the hours of configuration I have lost, and the lights I can no longer reliably enjoy through the app. Considering the price of Globe products (and Globe products certainly aren’t cheap here in Montreal) I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. Please fix this ASAP. I invested in roughly 20 of your lights because I expected the ecosystem to remain reliable, not to have a software update suddenly break a setup that was already working. If this is not fixed, I will simply replace them with products from another competitor that is completely unrelated to Globe. I am not going to keep investing money and time into an ecosystem where an app update can destroy my configuration and make basic functionality unreliable.

Fan
The fan in my room is great for when it's very hot, but it turns off the fan and turns on the light about every 6 hours for no reason. Would not recommend if you looking to buy a new fan.
App keeps crashing
Every time I am on the app changing my fan colors the app crashes after a few seconds and just turns to a white screen, is there a flex to this?
Feedback/suggestion
Hello I have had this app for over three years and I love it but I would just like to suggest adding a feature for a type bar that allows you to type in a colour code along side the colour wheel. My reason being is that while the colour wheel is good at a variety of colours I feel a place to type in a colour code would be very handy and provide someone with the colour they are looking for. I have had a consistent problem with finding the colour I desire and can never do so with the colour wheel. Thanks so much for your time.

don’t buy from this company unless you want the relentless tedium that is your devices constantly disconnecting from the wifi and being bombarded with flashing lights while trying to set them back up again, which usually takes hours because they can’t ever work properly. seriously, why does a LIGHT BULB need a wifi connecting, just give me a goddamn remote.
For the love let me delete
Works great. Except for the fact it won’t let me delete scheduled blind open/closed setups. I click the three dots next to whatever day I set up and it doesn’t have a delete option. I swipe to the left, it SHOWS delete like it’s gonna go away but doesn’t. So I have a bunch of old settings trapped on there. Obviously I’ve turned them off but it’s super annoying.

The fan app has the power button at the bottom of the screen. When you swipe UP you press the power button and OFF !!

Allow us to share and review peoples light choices! AND COPY IT! There’s barely any choices and has soo much capability in customization. But it is difficult to make what you want. What if I want a certain group of lights to follow one?! You can’t! You can’t copy and paste it. You can’t turn a group of lights off. Like just bedroom lights. Basically every light is guna be different. Why can’t we have the same custom color that we spent hours making be added to the others? It’s a billion precent chance you can NOT replicate its exact color and effect on another light. Due to colors and effects.. common

Does not retain colour temperature setting. Keeps reverting to a lower setting.
Took too long to get the widget
Over all the app is pretty good I have been using it for some of my lamp as well as for outside light to control through sun rise and sun set

Nice lighting fixtures. App tends to be questionable.
I like the lighting fixtures and they were mostly easy to install. I did have to hardwire the lights because the quick connects just wouldn’t work. The app is nice for the most part. Easy setup. However, I have my lights set to a mode and they are supposed to slow transition between colors, but every time the lights some on, they blink between one color and the next. So every time I have to go into the app and just enter into the mood settings, and the lights adjust back to the slow transition. App has room for improvement.

Routine setting does not function properly
I’ve set the outlet to run a simple off in the morning on in the evening, I’ve made sure that I’m connected to this specific outlet and I’ve set it to resume last input on power up or whatever the steering is supposed to be but it always stay in the state I left it ( off when it should be on or vise versa) and when I check what the setting it’s back to the default off when first powered up.
Bigger icons request
Reformat the icons and color selections to make it easier to select. I’m constantly pressing the same button several times to select. Make them bigger or space them further apart. Other than that great app. Fat finger guy

Once every year, I log back into my account and all my lights are gone, forcing me to manually reconnect them, one by one.

Manually Arrange
Will give 5 stars when the developer makes the app more user friendly. Need to be able to manually arrange devices on the main screen, and individual rooms. Other than that, I use the app multiple times a day, everyday.
Log out
For some reason when this app updated, it signed me out of my account. Now I don't know the info to get back in so my light it basically stuck because I can't control it from the app.

It Serves a Purpose But..
This app is not intuitive. It’s a great start and serves a basic purpose of turning lights on and off but you cannot easily customize it. You should be allowed to create different colour themes for your smart scenes. It is just overly complicated for nothing.

It’s slow with the 1-2 last updates but I tried iOS 26,5. It’s a little slower but it’s works

Mini plugs are practical when they work well, but they can’t be added back again when you delete they from the app because they are plugged in but showing offline.

bugs in the app need to be fixed
they have a “moods” category with preset options that cannot be deleted, and the whole left column of options do not respond when i try to use them. and then also the rainbow one in the middle column also isn’t working.
Almost perfect
I use the Globe app for all my smart plugs and bulbs since most other manufacturers devices will work with it. My only complaint is that it doesn’t have sunrise/sunset setting for scheduling so I need to use Alexa to set up many schedules which is a little tedious as I’d prefer to have all my ‘smart’ settings in a single app.

Can not use siri voice commands and widgets to execute scene, have to go to the app to do so

First day with it, was working fine until it’s time to actually put to use. Whenever I adjust the color of the light I get a solid white screen on the app and it becomes unresponsive and have to hard reset the app. Over and over.

Where’s portrait mode?
App won’t work in portrait mode. Support will never respond with a solution. Globe bot not working. Took 5 frustrating years of smart plug dropping connections and misery of trying to reconnect for last update to work and have a reliable connection. Customer support never responds to any requests for help. Why so difficult to make option for portrait mode? 2 stars because it finally works most of the time.
