Hi! Can you guys add a filter for parking space? I see a lot of 2 bed 2 bath units in my town that only offer one parking spot and I’d like to not waste my time on those and keep my list relevant to myself

Cannot create account
I have tried multiple times over the last few months, but I cannot seem to create an account. I turned off adblockers, VPNs, used different browsers, different computers… I even used different emails. I never receive the invite email they claim to send. I will move on to a different website. Realtor.ca is terribly flawed.
Photo viewing
Since recent updates, photos, no longer rotate when I turn my phone horizontal. It makes it hard to have a good look since the photos are then very small. Hopefully this gets fixed, otherwise enjoying the app.
Updates
Shouldn’t have to be forced to update the app to use it. That’s how you lose user quickly.

Why not show historical sold prices??

1/5 Stars — Predatory monetization and malicious bloat
Severe feature bloat: App performance is degraded and practically unusable. Malicious ad networks: Intrusive ad units trigger unauthorized redirects to suspicious external URLs. Zero moderation: No in-app mechanism to report compromised or fraudulent ads. Aggressive monetization. Security liability: Unvetted ad third parties expose users to phishing and malware risks.
My go to home finder.
I enjoy the app, as everything else, it’s only as good as what get put into it. Realtor need to provide more accurate data, I search for certain criteria and non relevant listings show.
Privacy policy and Cookie usage is concerning.
Always loved this app. It seems that the privacy and cookie policy changed sometime recently. The third party that uses your personal data does not provide a straight forward way to opt out. The use of personal data is concerning also.

Now has banner ads!?
They added banner ads to the bottom of the app, so now you get scammy spammy ads such as ones with a red flashing mail like I got. If it’s the first time running the app since they put banner ads in you would get tricked into clicking that thinking it’s an in-app message. What greaseball suit goon thought ads was a good idea in an app designed to sell houses??
Great App to look at - before you go out
Love this app. I look at it a great deal. The pictures are great. If I could say one thing that I would like to see. For condos, for us pet owners, let’s see if it’s permitted. But other than that. Great!
No train rail road in the map
Be careful, they removed all train rail roads. Application crashes a lot.
Ok but input often freezes
The latest version on iOS often stops accepting input. The map won’t scroll or zoom, I can open the menu but tapping a menu item does nothing. Closing and restarting the app doesn’t fix it.

I like the ap. I do look forward to viewing just my favorites on the map at once. That would be an amazing feature!
Contains bugs
I can’t view the menu of choices for sorting so I have to move it down once and then see how it sorts. And I can only sort by price and not by newer versus older listings. Also, when creating my filters, same thing happened where I could not actually see the individual choices. So it was a lot of guess work to out my filter the way I wanted it to be. Not user friendly.

App needs updating
Every since this app was updated, I cannot see the values for buying or renting anymore. A lot of things are shaded a different colour and cannot be seen by the users.
Good tool but weak search
This Realtor tool should have a much more robust search options. There’s no way to look for square footage and other factors. In this day & age we shouldn’t be forced to waste time looking at properties that are of no interest. The US Realtor is much better (although still not ideal).

No Dark mode
This app doesn’t have a dark mode so its unusable at night. Its so white it hurts my eyes!!!!
Would love more search criteria
This app is easy to use and I love how you can zoom in for a more focused search. What would be GREAT is more search criteria, for example: available parking spots; year built; strata fee (min, max); days on market.
Not very intuitive
How can you adjust the search to look for 3 bedrooms or more?
Okay but needs improvement
It would be helpful if HOA fees were included and if the filters actually worked. You cannot successfully search for detached homes without the search results including townhomes and condos. In addition, the map function does not pinpoint where manufactured or mobile homes are located when the address includes lot numbers.

Works well and a great place to start
The app does everything we need it to do, is easy to use, and is great to find general information on properties and agents. It would be more helpful to have filters that allow to search for HOA due amounts and a car/transit commuter score.
Not user friendly at all
I try to use this app and always switch to the website. You must use it in portrait. It just is cumbersome to use

Misleading
Accurate location is a fundamental part of real estate. Mislabeling properties to give them the illusion of a luxury island location feels like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. It wastes buyers' time and severely compromises the credibility of this brokerage. Ensure you double-check mapped addresses before booking visits. I’d advise anyone searching on this site to independently verify addresses first.
Needs garage search filter
3.5 stars. Needs to add garage and parking info to the listings. Also needs to add garage as a filter in searches.
Water down version
In the app lack of info like property tax. Big pain in the butt you have to login with pw every time!
Needs Polish
A bit of an amateurish app that deserves treatment from true industry professionals. On the surface looks like an OK app, but lacks the polish of a truly competitive app like Zillow or RedFin.
