Great option to find trusted help
We have found multiple Cleaners/mother’s helpers on this app that have helped us with everything from organizing our house, weekly, Cleaning, cooking to looking after our children. Would highly recommend!

Не могу использовать приложение из-за бага
Вижу много подходящих вакансий, но откликнуться не могу, так как не получается подтвердить номер. Ввожу, а кнопка скрыта за плашкой. Помогите разобраться
Бесполезное
Планировала найти няню через данное приложение, но здесь размещают анкеты, видимо, на всякий случай. Потому что 5/5 ответили, что работу не ищут, хотя анкеты есть, остальные просто не ответили. И, к сожалению, это никак не указывается на сайте. Нет смысла оплачивать подписку, пустая трата денег.

As soon as registered on the app I got a good job and 48hs and then some many others came along! I highly recommend it, it’s definitely worth the initial investment
No support, functions don't work.
Look elsewhere, this is an awful app! I did have success in finding candidates for my elderly mother through them a few years ago but no effort has been put into creating a functional app or website.

Наша няня оказалась с судимостью
Пострадали от действий няни, она выносила ценные вещи из дома, клептоманила, сдавала ценные вещи в ломбард. Отзыв на ее странице или нанимателям оставить невозможно. Было бы неплохо для персонала добавить раздел со справкой из МВД об отсутствии судимости. Нам уже няня с судимостью и условным сроком досталась, сейчас уже по факту отбывает наказание в тюрьме.

Если у меня обновление меньше чем iOS 17.0
Последнее обновление системы к меня на айфоне iOS 16.7. Из за этого приложение не открывается. Просит обновление 17.0 и выше. ((( Хотя пользовалась приложением до этого обновления часто. Теперь никак.

Я сначала приложение и мне вылазит уведомление на то, что мне нужно обновить приложение. Я только что его скачала, что за глюк?
Not Bad
The app isn’t bad, you have to just be consistent, I got three jobs from the app and I have one right now which is a long term contract I’m really happy with the job. You just have to be careful of scammers I have never been scammed on the app but if someone or a parent is offering to pay you upfront or something like that it’s a scam. A real parent would call you for an interview before anything else.
Bug
I installed the app nannyservices.ca, and for some reason it was fully in Russian and set to a Russian location! It did detect my actual location, but it still required a Russian phone number for confirmation, which is really weird. It added the correct address automatically, but I still had to enter it manually — and since I live in CANADA, I can’t add my CANADIAN address because, HELLO, it still thinks I’m somewhere in MOSCOW??

Мало активных анкет и откликов. Нужно было срочно связаться с исполнителем, для этого надо через смс подтвердить свой номер, смс не приходило. Написала в чат службы поддержки, параллельно звонила по номеру в их рабочее время, на протяжении 2-х часов никто так и не ответил. Если сравнивать с аналогичным сервисом Помогатель, то там служба поддержки живая и отвечает быстро, да и сам сервис лучше.
Зависает сильно
Очень странно, показывает количество вакансий, сами вакансии не видны. Зависает страница, сначала показала, потом пустое окно. И так весь день. А приложение рабочее или уже закрывается?

Добрый день! К сложению, я не могу поставить себе на телефон новое обновление, так как на мой телефон нельзя установить iOS 17. Можете как-то урегулировать данную проблему? Пока ставлю 3.

This app may as well charge you to download it to begin with. You can't accomplish anything without paying for the service, which is a whopping $70 CAD 30 days. Literally everything other than browsing profiles is behind a paywall.
Как пользоваться, непонятно. Нерабочее.
Старые вакансии, могут висеть годами. Новых почти нет. Такое чувство, будто данные о работе не обновляются. Зарплата низкая, в основном 100-200р в час.
Обновление/Отзывы о работодателях
Не могу обновить приложение! Зачем сделали обновления только для iOS 17 или новее??? Теперь Невозможно попасть в приложение из-за обновления! Так же, невозможно оставить отзыв о работодателе, после закрытия им вакансии! Отзывы должны быть доступны и после закрытия вакансии работодателем, что бы им неповадно было за их безответственность.

For someone genuinely looking for a job, I can’t help but wonder if this is a scam app. You’re only allowed to message potential employers twice then it asks you to pay $69 monthly subscription to see the employer’s response😔

Great potential, terrible customer service
I don’t usually write reviews, but this app is great for finding care providers than most sites. However I have to give it one star because the customer service is just terrible! I paid for one month of the app - I am trying to contact more potential hires but the app won’t let me because it won’t confirm my number due to some glitch. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times which is apparently open M-F 9-5 but I get a short response every 3-5 days without a helpful response. So disappointing and a waste of my time and money waiting for customer support :(

This is a first time I write review in Appstore. The reason is because I love this company! I found 2 amazing jobs on this platform and I'm so happy. Thank you Nannyservices!
Full of creeps, bots, scams, and completely taking advantage of the working class.
I spent a while building my profile on this app, I was looking for work and was happy to do almost anything just to get by. I start receiving messages and get excited, only to discover that I cannot continue a chat without paying $60 A MONTH just to be able to send a message. That to me and to any sane person is insane. This app is dangerous, especially for women. I got no real job offer and just harassment and fear that someone might find me. Do not intrust in this app, it is not worth it or safe and definitely not effective.
Very limited active supply
No filter for last active, so results always full on inactive members.
The distances are all wrong
My neighbour was showing as 12km away when she lived one street down.

I feel cheated
I wanted to do a one time monthly subscription and instead was charged 48$ weekly. The customer service stopped responding once I expressed why I’d like a refund. I also had to jump through hoops trying to figure out where to cancel the subscription. I just wish they were more open and straightforward.
Don’t waste your time
Almost 40$ a month to talk to someone you want to hire seems extremely overpriced. App doesn’t work well . Only positive would be the idea and layout of app. Seems like a cash grab. Deleting this app.
