Pleasantly surprised!
Not much to say, but this app has been so easy and gives me the facts. I didn’t expect much, honestly, but I couldn’t be happier.
It’s a bank that doesn’t want to do business.
Management since Matt left has been miserable. Can’t offer any decent loan products.
Good, could be better
The BillPay function needs to be on the main screen or one click away, instead of moved into multiple sub-menus as it was in the recent version. Same with logging out

Too Hard to Schedule Bills!
It takes multiple steps and multiple confirmations to schedule a single bill.
Notifications
Seems like app notification are sent in big batch and cause app to not function. Everyone’s is clicking and causing app to not work. Smaller batch notifications over couple hours
An app that never works
I don’t find the app very user-friendly especially when it comes to travel alerts. Every time I log onto to put a travel alert in, I never can find where it is and you have to go through multiple menus to find it. It’s the same for credit card payments. The app also lists my credit card balance backwards from what credit available is. I’ve taken it to the local branch near me several times and nobody ever seems to have an explanation.

UKCU has gotten more member friendly schools once when I first joined.

Terrible
I have to turn my phone off and back on to get this app to work for a little bit. It seems to have gotten much worse in the last year.

I like the app, however it is often difficult to find things. In particular paying their credit card. It gets moved to a new location it seems like often. Then it is very hard to figure out where it is, and how to get into it. They even change what it is called. I don’t know why “pay card” is such a hard thing for them to call it. Oh well.

Honestly pathetic. Early pay is two days early. Didn’t get mine today and it’s almost 7pm. Two days from Monday would be today. Pending all day. Sad. Also I’ve seen my bank account negative again only to update three or four hours later. Seems technology is passing you by. Should update automatically when using your debit card. Again sad. The app may be ok but the credit union itself needs a major overhaul.
UKFCU APP EASE
This app has improved quite a bit since I have used their credit union. The only thing I do not like is the terminology of “share”. Does not make sense to me but overall pretty good.

Full of ads for Blue Vantage checking. I don’t want a $7 a month checking account and MULTIPLE ads in the app is obnoxious.
