Hard to use
Not an an easy way to setup your monthly payment, too many steps to do so instead of one icon to press and setup your account and date like any other app.

When I transfer funds I would like to transfer cents, not just whole dollars.
App changes
I wrote this originally when changes were new but today 9/3 I still feel the same. You have gone from making a very simple app to a very complicated one with many more steps than necessary. Very disappointed.
App needs updates in 2 sections
This mobile app is better than the previous mobile app. However, when doing mobile transactions the memo field is only 20 characters long. That’s a big problem. I can only write 2-3 words when limited to 20 characters (including white space). The second problem is that the mortgage section of the mobile app. It links you to an external site with more mortgage detail. The detail is nice but I should be able to quickly see what I’ve paid against the principal and interest without going to an external site and doing the math.
Customer service
I use the Abound at Walmart in Bardstown . Ashley & ALL the tellers go above & beyond each time I go in . Ashley’s helped my granddaughter & myself with all our banking needs . She takes the time to talk to you like a friend , to figure out the banking you need to fit your needs . The tellers treat us like family . Always being quick and efficient. In this face paced world it’s so nice to have old fashioned customer service. Thank all you ladies for all you do !
New app
Horrible new app that doesn’t show the balance after each transaction. Awful awful.

Huge Downgrade
The accounts don’t update for days. Refreshing does nothing. I have to use the computer for everything now. Switch back to the old app or fix it. Absolutely horrible.

For some reason when managing credit card information for statements and payments it goes to a website inside the app. There I can’t open the statements. One star.
Wonderful Experience
Update. The initial rollout was challenging. Spoke to several bank officials; discussed a possible rolling introduction of the new app to minimize any disruption or lag involving latency. Since then the new app has been phenomenal to say the least. Definitely some growing pains were felt for sure. The staff and administrators at AFCU have been rockstars. Professional. Patient. Transfer no show
I transferred money twice because the balance didn’t update instantly like before.
Love It
Love that member to member is back so I can easily transfer to my family members accounts! Everything is clean and simple to understand! Can’t wait to see what updates come later when it comes to easy money transfers!
Bad transfers
Won’t transfer money from one account to another having to split it up into small amounts in order to transfer it. Old app never had this issue.
New App!
Loving the new app! It’s modern, user-friendly, and makes managing accounts easier than ever.
New version Hot Garbage
Not sure what they were trying to accomplish with the swap, it appears just the opportunity to push extra services. It’s harder to see your accounts and distinguish between them in the GUI. The deposit check feature is clunkier. And transfers between accounts (LINKED AND OWNED BY ME) don’t show as pending once completed. And don’t show the funds available until the next day. Do better Abound
