Not user friendly
This is more confusing to use. Have to navigate to multiple pages to find what used to be on one page before the update. Very disappointing

Limited Options
I cannot find a way to re-enable my face-Id. The app is very limited about reporting strange charges or completing transactions. I’m also having trouble submitting checks on the app even though I have it enabled.

I have several suggestions and it would be easier to explain it to somebody in person.

You can’t transfer to other banks and people easily. And know where does it tell me my mobile deposit limit. On another note, I think your staff is extremely rude - especially the Bloomfield, NM branch. If it wasn’t such a pain in the A, I would change banks.
Need Option To Print
Citizens Bank mobile app is great, but you need to have the option to print from the app!
Stupid notification format
The huge red boxes are a waste of space and always in the way and have to be removed to access my account. They are bad enough on the splash screen but then to be repeated when you go to an account is really a waste of your space and my time! How many hundred times do I need to know that I can click on an item to get additional details. Somebody needs to have a chat with your web designer. Everybody knows that if you see something more than 7 times it becomes irrelevant and after that either unseen or annoying. In addition, the red on blue is ugly!
Better than the web browser and nothing, but incomplete
It is certainly better to have this than nothing and it’s a little easier than the web browser but account numbers and information are missing or too difficult to find to be all that useful

This app works very well and is easy to use
Log in method is insecure and inconvenient.
The two factor authentication method of a phone call with PIN is both inconvenient and insecure. Individuals do not own their phone numbers, carriers do, and therefore it should not be considered a second factor. A method such as U2F or TOTP should be used instead. These methods are also simpler and more convenient.
It could be better in Comparison
It would be nice if you were allowed to submit electronic or visual checks like many other banks do. It would be nice if you could move money between accounts easily. It would also be nice if you could address charges by clicking on something indicating that this is a questionable charge without waiting on a phone or trying to get a hold of somebody or discussing the issue although the staff are wonderful when you do.
Banking made easy!
I love this app. I’m able to transfer money between accounts and check balances instantly. This comes in handy when I need to transfer money to my daughter’s account.

I dislike the updated version of this app. I don’t like the bill pay portion at all. Considering changing banks!
