Won’t let me into my own accounts and tells me that my personal information is wrong. I think I know my own ssn
Love the intent, hate the execution
I tried to login as I usually do, was prompted there was an update, clicked on update and instead of overriding and updating the old app, an entirely new app downloaded. I now have two icons for the same app on my phone. I've been doing his long enough to know this rollout was not executed properly and will cause mass confusion.

Does not Update automatically
Old app would keep an up-to-date running balance at any time while this new version hasn’t updated in over 48 hours. I have no clue what the running balance is on my card through the app, the main use of the app.
How Did We Function Before App & Mobile Banking
Luv Luv online banking I can see all my transactions to verify easier to keep trac and not bother anybody & can do banking on my schedule because I am nt owl now if just had more time i coukd really keep track on my finances
