too many scam ads, app lags most of the time. whoever put these annoying ads should use their brain once in a while. yes of course i want to watch an unskippable ad when i hear strange noise outside and need to check the cameras! what the hell

Now has persistent app download ads
The current version keeps jumping to an app download screen during use. I don’t recommend that you upgrade to this version. For the developers… your current ad strategy will drive customers away from your products. Personally, I will look for another brand when upgrading my surveillance system.

Make this app all horizontal and vertical. Because right now in app only in camera we have horizontal. Make the app horizontal

Ads prevented me from seeing video real time
You shouldn't launch ads before the app launches. Do them in a banner or something like that. Also don't do ads with sound.

Annoying ads
Used to be just fine but ads are excessive and non-skippable at this point. It takes an entire minute of waiting just to be able to access the app itself.

Anyone struggling with ads follow this- select My in bottom right corner, settings, advanced settings, advertisements switch to off mode. I always forget where this is after updates turn them back on. App works well once turned off so it’s loses a star for the inconvenience

Would love this ap, except for the ads when I open it up to view my pond. Is an ad free version available?

So , when I installed it and started to working it was normal more or less, but after 5-6 days it started showing advertising . Horrible to watch ! 3 star is maximum

Its best app but now its have serious issues. Its go from cctv to App Store directly with out touching it.

Have been using this app for years as it works well. But a recent surge of adverts made this app totally impossible to use. However after research I found it’s easy to turn the adds off via settings.

App is decent
Yes ads are annoying but you can disable by going to : My (bottom left) > Settings > Advanced Setting > Advertisement. I think it turns back on after every update? Anyways, app works fine but may take a few moments to figure out. Decent app and allows you to view and download recordings.

Updated review how to remove adverts
I have used this app for a few years and it is basic but works great. The recent update added adverts that lasted over 60 seconds so I couldn’t quickly check the CCTV. Emailed support and simple fix: profile (my) - settings - advanced - turn off advertising Thanks
Need a better app
I don’t need adds popping up while I’m checking the motion notifications
I wish they’d stop loading ads before you can look at your cameras!
The sole purpose of having an app is to give us ease and convenience to use pull up our cameras in an instant. However I’m finding that I have to watch ads before I can move on.

Hi, I am a pc user of your app but I can’t see more than 8 cams at a time, in respect of that I want to watch atleast 20 cameras at a time to monitor my complete premises in my pc. Kindly help

Отвлекает очень сильно видеонаблюдение от просмотра рекламы. Буквально каждые 5 секунд выскакивают какие-то камеры. Ничего не понимаю, я скачивал приложение для просмотра рекламы!
Time difference
The actual time and the camera display time is 30 minutes behind, every time I update the time after few minutes it will be 30 minutes behind. So please fix this.

Crazy!
Whoever heard of a security system that shows an advert before accessing the camera? We’ve had this for a few years now and the night cam is not the best but now to have to watch an advert first? It’s absolutely ridiculous. Afraid we will be changing to a different make. Shame!
