Bast aap
Very nice
Horribly loud Ads
It is 2:30am, everyone sleeping, I just wanted to peek the camera installed remotely at cross the ocean. The moment I logged in, a horribly loud ad started, before logging-in to camera preview. My wife shocked and got up, thought something serious happened. It is insane, when we paid for camera, the App is supposedly a part of camera, which we procured after paying for a package, a camera with App. Suggestion: If ad is must, then it should be a static with no sound.
Problem
Very very bad app .
Good app minor improvement needed.
This app is very good and easy to use Has got many feature and easy to track. One major improvement suggest in cloud or recording provide bulk deleting option …also observed cloud recording found few second skip the recording in some cases . Also cloud access is slow.

Make Basic Connectivity Working!
Unfortunately, this is Very Low quality equipment & Software too. Even basic Connectivity cannot be established that should take 5-10 mins, after hours of struggling I gave up & moved to other competitors like Septekon that works fine with minimal efforts. Software is the issue & hardware may still work but I’m dumping anyways. I’m in IT & cannot configure this easily, forget abt non-IT users or elders, definite NOooooo!🫥

Cannot open camera
This app used to work fine for me but for a while now, I can open app but it will not open the camera on my iPhone XR. I have tried deleting app and reinstalling but no success. My husband is able to open the app and access camera. He has an older model iPhone, maybe there is something in this? Anyway, it’s really frustrating. Can you please address this issue. Thanks.
Hope this reaches the developers
It be nice if you were Abel to have a way to retrace deleted files if someone try’s to go behind you and delete parts of the recording through out the hole day and they go in an deleat certain parts of the recording that they may of not wonted to to maybe see when you went to review it and also nothing at all could be deleted with out someone putting in a pass code
V380
Work great I get all motion events very good clearly
The camera can stop working
The camera or app can just stop processing information, the so hard to fix problem on them
Other payment method
It’s a nice app, just hope that there’s another payment method to subscribe
Developer needs to rethink!
This App was working fine for up to 2 years. Then they started twitching and upgrading some stupid stuffs that we don’t need! Now everytime I need to delete and re-download the App just to use it. Please re-update and resolve this App before I move on.
Recording speed
While viewing the recording there should be an option to fast forward it 1.25x, 1.5x, 2x and etc.

Buena calidad
This is not working at all now
since you start ads its not working at all one of the worst app i ever seen
Not bad app
Compared to some of the camera viewer apps on the market, this one is actually better than most. Replay clock is 1 hour behind, but apart from that it’s a pretty stable app.
Need help
Will not start up properly Anyone got any idea what to do about it
Corrupting SD card memory
When SD card filled instead of over writing it corrupts memory. SD card becomes useless. Boot sectors are corrupted. Careful safe writing needed by app

Feel bad
The developers needs to work on this application so more than one person’s can view at same time, it’s so annoying that only one person can view per time.

GARBAGE
Absolute JUNK. App SUCKS! Camera is cheap GARBAGE! Don’t waste your time or money here. This is JUNK!

Bad update that’s ruined the app.
This camera worked perfectly for us for 2 years, we had no issues or complaints with it. Then they updated it and now the app won’t even open, it just keeps crashing upon opening. You can solve this by deleting the app and redownloading but it then will decide to start crashing again a day or two later. Really annoying as was great before. Please fix the app crashing!
Update
Please add plyback video skip option

Can’t delete account
It doesn’t work it gathers your information then when you try and use it, you get bombarded with sexually explicit advertisements. And nowhere in the app does it provide instructions on how to delete your account. The app was extremely misleading
The update!!!
Works!! Finally!! We’ll now it alerts all the time... ugh
Keeps crashing
It’s been great for the past year , but recently I’ve had to keep reinstalling this app , it just keeps crashing now ! Can’t this be fixed properly?
Latest update causes it to crash on iOs
Urgent fix required. Unable to monitor as app crashes. No other option renders camera useless.

Junk
Complete junk. I actually throw 4 cameras of this company into the trash can. Feel great to remove the junks from my life. And I am going to remove this stupid app from my iPhone after posting this review. Seriously, don’t buy anything from this company. Another note, keep in mind; don’t buy anything from Laview either: otherwise, you will go crazy with their lousy apps and services. This is my sincere advice to anyone who wants to get some surveillance cameras. I wish that I could upload the photos of the smashed cameras to prove what I am saying.
Bungled update
Downloaded and installed update. Now my cams are shown as offline. Have to drive 850 miles to reset. Poorly written update!
Doesn’t start
There is a huge glitch in this updated app I am using iOS 13.4.1 Everytime I have to login, I need to delete and reinstall this app and logi. Again else this app just shuts. No idea what’s going on. Can someone help?
Good but not
Every day I have to delete it and reinstall it, which is not good, 😣😣 but not a bad camera
