What the hell?
I downloaded and paid for this app for my son’s medication half the days. It says that I’ve already missed the medication before. It’s even come up for time to be given or it’s now showing that I’ve missed the medication for the next entire week. The days haven’t even come up yet so it’s not showing in my medication list that I need to give because it’s already saying that I missed them. Coming back to review again about how awful this app is … it says I’ve already missed days that haven’t even happened yet. If you change the time it cancels it for the day you are on … some things stay in the list for the whole day even if you haven’t checked it off and others move to misses the minute after the time it’s set for. Nothing makes any sense

Seems good. Very simple. Easy to add notes in the description fields. Reminders right on time.
App doesn’t change with Daylight Savings time
The app was working OK before The time change of Daylight Savings Time. Then I got a message the app was going to adjust to the time change, but it didn’t. Then it started to send me 2 messages a day and wouldn’t let me answer if I took my medications or not. I had a number of messages I couldn’t click off. Frustrating and not helpful for keeping track of medications. It caused more confusion instead of solving a problem.
If only alerts worked 100% of the time
Great in theory, but I only get audible alerts for med reminders about 50% of the time. This leads to me taking meds late, getting off schedule and increased post surgical pain. You are also not able to send a message to ask for help or notify of an issue. Use at your own risk.

Hard to live without
Pill Minder has made a positive difference in my life. It is now a rarity to miss taking meds — even OTC pills like baby aspirin, which can be used as a blood thinner to prevent clots. The app helps the user find the right version of a newly prescribed drug to enable easier loading into the app. It has more than one way to set up a schedule though it cannot easily change that schedule for eye drops pre-cataract surgery for example while maintaining a consistent data history. But on the whole it is an easy to use app that solves a big problem and it enables consistency in timing your medications as well. I would have given the app five stars if only it made archiving medications when resumption may be likely more obvious. The bottom line is that it is incredibly helpful and I use it daily.
It doesn’t save anything
I have this app for my dogs post op meds and every time I open it, it says meds are late and I input them and they don’t stay and it says all of them are late. One of them won’t let me adjust that it was taken an hour late and will only let me input it as taken now. Useless for tracking meds and history.

Not a good app
They give you the first week free and there are no ads on the first week. As soon as your week is up, they start bombarding you with ads and you can’t get to your medication list without fumbling through this stupid ads. You can’t adjust the dosage and it’s not user-friendly do not buy.

Use less app
Excessive false alarms. Example: medicine is prescribed for two or three time during a day. Typically no medication is required during the nights. This program alarms during the nights too; when no medication is required. Worst of all; if a dose is delayed, this program goes crazy. I’ve canceled my subscription!
good app but needs some updates
suggestions: multiple schedules for pills with different weekday and weekend dose times & option to see all medications for the day, not just 12 hours.
Remember your Meds
This is an excellent app for ensuring that your all your medications are take throughout the day at the correct times. It’s easy to forget to take your meds while rushing around completing errands. So this app is the answer.
The app does not recognize the daylight saving time!
The app is supposed to help track meds and time. It does not automatically switch to daylight savings time making everything an hour late. Not acceptable!
Like the layout, but needs more features!
Please add the option to have medication history stored so you can go back and see which dosages were taken and which were skipped. A calendar view for this would be helpful to view medication adherence for the month at a glance.

Too many ads, its difficult to close them to get back to the app.
Let me mark my meds off sooner
This app really is great but my one complaint is that I wish I could mark that I took my meds an hour in advance. I take Levothyroxine which doesn't need a specific time, just at least 30 mins before breakfast. Sometimes I wake up early to use the restroom and take the pill, but can't cancel the reminder because it's "too early". Please allow people to mark as complete an hour in advance.
Frequency in hours
I have post op meds that need to be taken every 4hrs, 6hrs and 12hrs, and some once o ceca week. This is the only one i found that has hours. Works great!

No time zone changes
I'm not sure why no reminder apps can handle time zone changes but so far I've tried literally dozens of apps and only two so far support time zone changes. Not sure why there seems to be some assumption that I only want notifications in one time zone ever but apparently no one that uses these apps ever travels outside of their home time zone.

Stops sending notifs after 3-5 days
The whole point of this app is to remind you, since you forget to take the pills. So after 3 to 5 days of it reminding you, it completely stops sending any notifications and you have to go into the app, actively looking for it, and then it starts sending notifications again. After two weeks it got extremely annoying
Does the job but got confused by the clock change
Just needed something to remind me to take my daily vitamin supplement. It works fine - but for some reason it couldn’t understand the UK clock change and moved my reminders back an hour. Makes me wonder whether it might have issues if you go on holiday abroad too. As I say, it does the job. Just expect mild annoyance twice a year and when you go on holiday!
Timer
Your app does not automatically update to daylight savings time or the end of daylight savings time. I have to go back and adjust the time on each medication. Why are you unable to correct the issue like all of my other apps did?

It wasn’t for me. If you need only certain days, you have to pay. No button to check off that you have taken your medication. It didn’t even ding, or send me a notification when it was time.
Wonderful design, pricing not right for me
Can’t fault the app design and functionality. For an app of this type (eg not a hosted service) I would much prefer to pay upfront than by monthly subscription. If I were to pay a subscription, it would need to work out less than half the fee charged here.
EYE DROPS
Amazing App! Has been an “eye” saver for my little girl. Had to administer multiple drops every hour for 48 hours. GREAT JOB GUYS! Think about targeting pet owners!
Used to be Great
This app used to be great when I purchased it in 2019. Then, a couple of years ago it would intermittently stop sending reminders. I can’t even tell you the last time I remember the app sending a reminder notification. When I open the app today after a LONG time of not opening it, it shows all of my historical data as medication missed, daily.

I think it would would work for a lot of people, but it only lets you have the option of taking it every ___ hours. You can get reminders at a fixed time...with the premium. Overall I like it a lot, I just think the fixed time should be essential, not a premium item.

I've downgraded my rating.
When I rated this app with a one star, the developer immediately contacted me and promised that anyone can now edit annoying alarm alerts without having to buy the paid version or alternatively having to completely delete the app and all data you enter just to edit the alarms. I then raised my review to four stars. However, I discovered upon further attempts that the developer's promise was NOT true. I contacted the developer for a chance to provide an explanation, but my inquiry has been IGNORED. I've therefore lowered my rating back to one star.

Can’t reset notifications
I’d give this app 5 stars if I could reset notifications. I get the notification to take my medication and then no option more then half the time to say I took it. Might be because there’s issues with the watch to phone interface as I use it on both.

Great app for my post-surgery meds reminders but would like more options in times. For example, I couldn’t get a 5 hour reminder, either 4 or 6.
Pill taking reminder
Once you build your initial time reminder it’s hard to impossible to change. It wants me to buy a fancier version and try’s to sell me other software. Taking it out of my iPhone. Disgusted.
Handy but needs more
I like the way meds are entered especially the every so many hours option that is missing from other apps. It needs a log of what was taken and if something was taken late then the option should exist to shift the schedule. Otherwise much easier to use than other apps.
