Fish oil pills for triglycerides not there and had to be custom if you want it. Really ? Basic stuff and vitamins and supplements missing ?
Apple Watch support
Is there any plan to add back support on Apple Watch? I am a cancer patient and had been using the app for years. This is something I love most.

Alarms are inconsistent
Great when it works but there are times when the alarms do not go off.
Finally Remembering All Meds!
This app is a lifesaver! I take quite a few meds and vitamins throughout the day, and I always seem to forget or skip something. The app holds me accountable for everything and has a brief alarm/notification that alerts me. I love it!
Reminders?
The whole point of this app is to receive reminders but reminders don’t arrive for several days at a time.
Not bad.
The latest build 3.278.0 fixed the hanging. The app is ok. No frills but does pretty much exactly what I’m looking for. So I’ll give it a go. —- Just spins at blank launch page … deleted.
Für mich nicht mehr der Renner
Auf der Suche nach einer App, die mich an die Medikamenteneinnahme erinnert hatte ich MyTherapie entdeckt, die damals ohne viel Schnickschnack die Erinnerungen ermöglichte. Darüber hinaus ermöglichte die App die Erfassung selbst gemessener Werte (z.B.Körpergewicht). Toll fand ich, dass nach meiner Eingabe auch die Erfassung vom selbst gemessenen INR-Wert möglich gemacht wurde. Die Erinnerungen an Medikamente wurden inzwischen im Betriebssystem integriert, so dass ich lediglich nur noch die Werte protokolliert habe. Die Monetarisierung der App führte zur vermehrten Zusammenarbeit mit Dritten, die erreichten „Ziele“ führen zu einer Ansammlung von Redpoints, an deren Verbrauch regelmäßig erinnert wird. Solche Erinnerungen und die Hinweise auf die Partnerprogramme mag ich nicht und fand sie zunehmend immer nerviger. Darum habe ich die App inzwischen gelöscht.
Misses reminders
I take different medications 5 times a day and this one says it alerts when you set the reminder. Today it has missed 3 reminders and I was not on my phone and it did not alert my watch either. I cannot remember to take my meds and this app doesn’t remind me every time. Oh well time to look for an app that alerts my watch and my phone.
A Great Medication Reminder
I have been using this app for a number of years. I can’t live without it. I am bad at keeping track of my meds, time to take and important info on each. This takes care of all. I even take it with me to my doctor’s office. My list is right there. Great app.

I like the app very much it does what I need well. However it could be improved by including activity. I know the app can be linked to the apple health app but I am unsure about doing this.
Funktioniert nicht mehr richtig
Seit Tagen kann ich den Medikamentenplan nicht mehr ändern. Bitte sofort korrigieren. Hängt sich ständig auf. War mal eine sehr schöne App. Aber irgendetwas ist wohl schief gegangen beim letzten Update.
All was well until latest update
Now I cannot change the schedule if my medication I just get taken back to Home Screen. If I delete app I lose 2 years of data

Med schedule changes shuts down app
Can no longer edit dose times via Treatment > Medication schedule. Any attempt to change the time shuts down the app.

Convenient way to track multiple drugs. If you have a need to be reminded of several medications during the day this is the way to do it. It can be very powerful helping to remind you of your inventory. It is free

Ich nutze diese App schon eine ganze Weile und fand sie, zusätzlich zu meinem Apple Health, total super. Doch seit ca. 2 Wochen findet er keine Medikamente mehr, die ich schon vor langer Zeit hinzugefügt habe. Selbst Medikamente die ich täglich einnehme, findet er nicht - so als ich diese protokollieren will. Unter den Reiter „Therapie“ sind zwar alle weiterhin zu finden aber nicht mehr bei „Einmaliger Eintrag“. Das nervt sehr und darum, weil vieles einfach GAR NICHT nutzbar ist, bekommt die Bewertung ein downgrade!!!

Frustrating.
Why does this app keep nuking my current medications? It changes them so when I go to add a dose after an update, that medicine is nowhere to be found. I’m young and in IT, I know my way around an app but this is frustrating.
Effective app
For some reason this is the one app that gets me to do my medication logs, mood/symptom checks, etc. The biggest problem I have with it is that it’s ugly but that’s personal preference. It would also be nice to be able to do custom activity names, which seems like it would be pretty easy to implement. Or maybe it just needs to be more apparent if it’s there already.

Probably the best pill reminder, ever. Does so much more than timed alerts! I love how you can set the dosage and inventory. But most of all I find the monthly reports to be useful ❤️ really gives insight into how your treatment is going!
Constant Error
I switch phones and have tried logging into the app numerous times, I’ve even tried making a new account. Deleted the app. Don’t recommend
Amazing med reminder app
I started using MyTherapy at the beginning of the year, and I haven’t missed a dose of my seizure medications since then. Before my adherence was very good, but I’d still occasionally miss a dose. My epilepsy is pretty severe so any missed dose drastically increases my risk of having a seizure. I’ve only had one mild breakthrough seizure since starting using the app which my doctor said may still rarely occur, even if I take my medications consistently. I highly recommend this app, especially for anyone taking medications for severe or chronic health issues.
Somewhat works
Many hiccups I came across. If the developer(s) are serious, I will mention the one that needs urgent attention. That is the reminder (alerting) setup is pretty straight forward but does not work. It worked the first two days and then I stopped getting them.
Unannounced ads added
UPDATE: Telling your loyal users it was happening is the issue here. As mentioned would have happily paid but poor communication in this instance. Now using Apple Health. PREVIOUS: Used the app for several years and was beta tester for a while. Went to record my meds this evening and an ad popped up. Would have happily paid but no announcement poor customer service. Apple Health it is for me then. Shame.

Record missed entries
This app worked fine on my iPhone 6s - not a typo. But now on my iPhone 17 I can’t go back and record times I forgot to enter. Can this be fixed please. Also is there a way to charge alarm tone? Thanks
App forgets
I’ve been using this for a year and a half. Now it’s forgetting the pills I take in the morning. At night I have to enter the morning dose every single day. I don’t know why it forgets. I remember to post. But it forgets. Maybe I don’t need the app since it’s not tracking
Ok but confusing
Doesn’t show what you have taken, just upcoming, so you don’t know whether you should take a catch up dose. Can’t see whole day on a page. eg. I use Waterlogged for tracking the water I need and it’s far more visually helpful.
Perfect for every other day meds
I tried to keep track of my medication intake with calendar invites and that was not sustainable and I missed a couple days. Finding this app has been a game changer! I’m able to set the frequency of when I take it, I’m able to set a time and a reminder notification (so I don’t keep forgetting), and I’m able to track my medication inventory so I know when to call the pharmacist for a refill. Another cool feature is being able to export my monthly data so I can see other OTC meds I’ve taken in the month and help track that data for my doctors.
Will not open
Tried 3 times to open and use app. “No server”. Deleted and reinstalled… No luck. On to the next app.
Very happy with this App
due to extortionate pricing of a previous app I’d used I eventually found this one. I take a lot of medication at different times of the day and I’m very happy with it and it’s kept me on track. There are a couple of annoying quirks but overall it’s great
Missing medication
I NEED something like this. And I know I would love it. But the app doesn’t have the med I take. Or at least it doesn’t have the form. It forces me to say I take it weekly but I take it daily. It is a new med that’s only been out for a bit, so I can’t really be upset. I just want someone to see this to maybe update the app to include the new Wegovy tablets
Random Reminder
I like the app but my reminders constantly randomly stop working. It’s not consistent, so I can’t rely on it.
Very helpful
I was originally looking for a way to easily track mood shifts as well as the meds I take. In my search I found this. It’s been super helpful just for the meds part. Easy to configure and provides excellent reminders.
Didn’t work for me
After installing and entering my meds and schedule the alarm didn’t sound and no notification appeared on my phone. So I tried restarting my phone. It worked the next day but then stopped working again. Apparently to use this app you need to restart your phone every day.
Sleek, useful, satisfactory.
My experience with this app in the month I've used it has been overly positive. I was directed to it by a GoodRX article. But, there are two things I would change. Please make the baseline mood "Okay" instead of "Very bad." Please set the medication recording time to the current time, instead of the reminder time. I have a reminder set for 6am, but if I try to record the medication at 9:37am, I would like that to be the time that it suggests. Ir at least make changing this baseline an option. I typically record my medication immediately after taking it, but I do not always take it when my reminder goes off. I'm tired of scrolling every time. This was something the Apple Health app did that I really appreciated. I stopped using Apple health because I plan to switch to an android device soon. I prefer apps that work for both interfaces. The user interface is clean and easy to understand, I love the wide variety of symptoms that i can track, and the ability to track appointments. I also like that this app for unnecessary personal information when I downloaded the app. It didn't hit me with a paywall or an ad for its upgraded version either. And I never see ads on this free version! (Maybe that's because of an adblocker I have? But I don't think so) The fact that they let me know when my phone is on silent mode is a neat bonus as well. The app is sleek in appearance. It works smoothly, I like its animations and color palette. I've encountered no bugs in the month I've begun to use it, and it's done exactly what I needed it to do. I use MyTherapy, Routinery, and Finch to help me complete my mourning routines and maintain my mental health. The reminders are never annoying, wonderful at standing out amongst my other notifs, and i didn't even have to set them up like that myself.
Adverts suck
I clicked on an option and got some rubbish advert with ai-slop voice over trying to sell me something. Now looking for a better app as a result
Paid subscription still get occasional ads
I pay $25 a year for no ads. But yet occasionally will get an ad. Kinda defeats the purpose of paying.
I’m a goofball
Simply put, I forget medications before and now I have improved with this app. If you have a silly brain that requires silly medications for said silly brain but can’t take silly medications because silly brain forgets. This app is for you!
Not what is advertised
I downloaded this app to be able to have my caregiver be able to see if I’ve taken my meds. The pictures on here are not what the app is. I can’t find those features and the app looks different. It’s very confusing and frustrating
