Great app, free for one individual! Pay only if you want to add dependents and/or keep track your relatives medicaments, health, etc
App is broken
Still broken. The app reminds you every 10 minutes to take a schedules dose. There is no way to change the time interval. So if are busy and can’t acknowledge the reminder, you could have a dozen or more reminders in less than an hour. It wastes battery life. Still not fixed. Still broken.
Needs fix for Apple Watch
This application is great, however the last update created an issue with the complication functionality in Apple Watch, please fix it!!
Crashes
This app used to work fine. Now it crashes when I try to launch it on Apple Watch. That won’t work. Rumor has it the app is now requiring a subscription, so I probably won’t use it anyway. Fortunately, the stock Apple app seems to work fine.

FANTASTIC APP
I started using this app for medication but over the years I have used it for my vitamins, the supplement powders for my protein shakes and now I use it for my peptides. It is a very robust little app. I hope it lasts a long time.
Crashes on Watch and often takes multiple attempts to open
I just tried to open this app on my Watch and it crashed every time!! How is that helpful?!!!!! FIX IT!!!!😡👎🏻
This would be great if it worked.
I installed and registered this on my iPad and spent several hours entering medication information. Then I wanted to install a synched version on my phone. The server said it would send a code for two-part authentication. I ever received the code, but I got several messages from their tech support asking if I was trying to register a new account. Now I’m stuck.
No Longer Works on Apple Watch
After the most recent update, Medisafe will no longer open on my Apple Watch. It shows the app is still there and shows it’s still available in the watch app store, but every time I try to open it, it fails. Not sure what’s going on, but I have chronic illnesses and have used this app on my watch for years, so please fix this issue. I need this to work to be able to keep up with my medication schedule while on the go.

Great App
I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now and it is exactly what I needed in a med tracker. It is customizable, allows you to track easily and accurately, adjust schedules, add new or one-time meds to your routine. Simple to set up, ease to use. And, astonishingly, you don’t even have to create an account if you don’t want your data backed up. In a world of semi-useful apps that just seem bent on adding you as a user, this one is a gem. 100% recommend

Super-rad
Love this app. The only thing I would want to see is the ability to track taking half a pill. Otherwise, great app. New: What happened??? It is now so slow and draggy…and it is so frustrating. Did I not push the “Take All” button?? I did, but I push it again due to not showing, a brew screen showing I DID push it, it is the PREVIOUS screen now. Wait, did it accept the buttons pushed?? No idea, restart app to try again, same thing. I went a free months without the app, what happened between??? It is NOT the same.
Update issues
Update what on earth is going on with this app. The day keeps changing showing my taken pills n then all disappearing which is dangerous as I don’t know what I’ve took or haven’t. Pls fix immediately as this should never happen with this kind of app. Update:- the reminder is no longer working. There are no notifications. I have double checked and they are set. Please be aware that your recent update caused to app to no longer open. Had to reinstall, loosing my data from the past year.
Works…more than necessary
It works, but even after marking the dose as “taken” it still sends me reminders over and over like I missed it. That is the only reason I uninstalled it. It has nice features like being able to match the med icon to what the medication looks like, and I like the refill reminder and the alerts to possible drug interactions. So if you don’t mind hearing the notification go off for an hour, this is really a decent app.
Never forget again
It’s the best app ever! I don’t forget my pills anymore which gives me a piece of mind
Basic app but now want money
Used Medisafe for many years but then stopped using it. Added new meds last night and it locked me out this morning stating this is now a paid app. This is a very basic reminder app, so no need to pay for it. I will just use my iPhone diary for my reminders instead now as that is all medisafe used to do for me anyway. May be worth the money for some people but I can think of better uses for my $35 or so every year
Ok but.…
This is a great app. My medication is complex and this really helps. But why have you changed the little pill icon? The old one showed the whole pill, now it’s just colours. It’s quite confusing.

Newbie w Suggestion
Clever and useful. Thank you. Multiple suggestions: 1) Enlarge and/or increase contrast of the tiny, tiny little icons at top; 2) add Meal as a category and ask for Start and Finish time. Reason for this one? People who take Carbidopa-Levodopa 3-5 times a day as I do benefit medically from timing meals 30-60 minutes before or after finishing a meal. Most meals contain protein which defeats C-L effectiveness. 3) Provide for simultaneous use of 2 strengths of same medication. 4) Provide for history of medication changes. I.E. when a doctor is honing in on the best dose, I have been told to take 1 pill of one strength and 2 of a different strength; then three days later take 2 & 2. 5) Provide for recording symptom/side-effects/interactions.

Randomly changes dangerous dose and duration
Trying to taper off an prescription at 14 day intervals is too much for this app to handle. It will mix up the strength of the dose and change the dates you set to “as needed.” This is dangerous. Going back to paper, pen, and calendar. Too buggy to trust this app.
Great app
Wonderful app. Does the reminders very well and it has been extremely helpful. I had to switch to a new device and lost my paid subscription. But it happens. Otherwise it is wonderful even for the Free version of the app.
Disappointed
Downloaded because I thought the free version would let me track one medication. After the 14-day trial ended, the app completely locked me out unless I subscribed. This wasn’t clear when I signed up
Calculate the time
This app previously would auto calculate the next scheduled dosage, but now it only has the manual option which kinda sucks. For example I want to be able to tell it I’m taking a medication for 2 weeks everyday every 8 hours, starting on a Tuesday at 9am and have it adjust and auto tell me what time that is. I don’t like only having a manual input for each dose time.
Extremely helpful
I recently had multiple illnesses that required several different medications, all needing to be spaced out different ways. Some I took a couple times a day, some I took five times a day and some four times a day. It was very confusing. But this app helped keep everything set for me. All I had to do was enter how many times a day I wanted to take it and put in the first dose and it figured out the schedule for me. It was great. I am so glad I had it.
Was very useful but not now
I have used the app for years and now it crashes all the time. It takes up to 30 attempts to open it. Contacted them and zero fixes but they told me they would fix it. Then they told me to uninstall and reinstall it and lost years of data

I really wanted to like this app after my old tracker disappeared, but the glitches make it hard to trust. It keeps flipping my morning and night doses for a twice-a-day medication, ignoring my attempts to fix it. Swapping medication times is a pretty serious bug for a health app—needs a fix ASAP
It’s okay!
I like the app to remind me to take my meds but, I’ve noticed after I mark them as taken in the morning, by the afternoon meditation it says I didn’t take my morning meds. I make 100% sure I mark them as taken and it is still gone in the afternoon. It doesn’t do it every single day but it does most days. Other than that it is a good app.
Medisafe is life changing
I have been using Medisafe for 3 months. I have never been so consistent with my meds. The notification now brings me comfort because I know that I am actively taking care of myself. I have shared the app with my providers in hopes that they recommend it for their other patients. Download it nowww!!
No free features anymore
Out of the blue they hit users with a paywall for ALL FEATURES. At least allow 1-2 meds with basic reminders for users who had the app already… ridiculous.
Good but
Would be good if you could mark meds as being taken late, and see your percentage not just taken vs not, but also whether it was taken on time.
Unable to edit
Once a med is entered and saved it is not possible to change the times of dose. The drop down edit menu does not have many options. Cataract surgery eye drop reminders are not recommended with this app. The three ocular drop meds are combined into one bottle now. It is not offered in the selections of eye drop drugs. The drops for each eye overlap as they start within two weeks of each other. I’m looking at other apps for this reason as I often need to change medications dose times based on life schedules
Time zone Hell
Please PLEASE fix the time zone problem. The wording when it asks which time to keep is very confusing. I always end up answering wrong, forcing me to manually change the times of all my meds. Give us the option to NEVER CHANGE THE TIME. If I have a drug scheduled for 9:30, I don’t care what time zone I’m in. Keep it at 9:30!

Fix bugs please
Please fix the bug/glitch. The medicine icon shows half of the pill. It’s like it’s cut off. Will update to 5 star when it’s fixed.

Um aplicativo excelente. Fácil de usar, intuitivo, funções simples e diretas. Era excelente. Usei por 7 anos ininterruptamente. Mas agora é pago, e um valor de assinatura bastante alto. Se pelo menos a assinatura fosse menor, mas 30 contos é demais. Agradeço pelos anos de parceria.
Only saves 30 days history
I wish I’d known before I committed to this app that it only stores the last 30 days of history. I’ve been using it to track symptoms and medications for our cat. We showed up at the vet yesterday and found that I couldn’t see the history since the last time we brought him in. There were also a few minor glitches that I was willing to overlook because it had the features I wanted but now seeing that I don’t have all the history I’ve been diligently tracking, I’m really frustrated. What’s the point in allowing me to track symptoms and notes for each dose if the history isn’t saved.
Glitchy
I don’t know if is this version but right now the app is supper glitch. I try to scroll down to read the articles but it goes right up. Maybe because if the new iOS ? Please fix it.

Very glitchy and bugged
Pages often “bounce” glitch out several times and app is unresponsive a lot. Not worth the time or effort. This really is shoddy work by the devs as it’s always done this for me across different devices
Simple et pratique
Très pratique pour suivre ma prise de médicaments, c’est exactement ce que je recherchais. Je suis contente de pouvoir créer un journal pour suivre ma douleur. J’aimerais pouvoir saisir une prise de médicaments ponctuelle, mais je n’ai peut-être juste pas trouvé comment faire. Mon profil ne retient pas mon choix de couleur d’un jour à l’autre, mais c’est un détail. Très bonne application et vraiment pratique, merci beaucoup!
Love the app, issue with notifications
I’ve used Medisafe for years on Android, but now I have no control over the notifs. And it does this thing, where it notifies three times in 10 minute intervals, after med time. And this is driving me insane. It seems hard coded? How can I make it stop??
Black Screen once again
7/16/26 once again “black screen” seems to be an ongoing issue! Well you’re really pushing me to give up this app especially since you’re going to start charging. I’ve used this app for years and hardly ever have a problem yet this past year it’s been the same problem at least once every week where I only get a black screen. I’ve complained about this for the past year. Guess I’ll have to switch to Apples built in medical reminders but I prefer yours because it’s more sophisticated WHEN it works.
TRULY A LIFE SAVER
I had the hardest time remembering to take my medicine daily. It’s to keep cancer away and I know I need it but I struggle to remember. I then had to get on anxiety medication and was like ok now I need something to help me take these daily. I looked up options and tried this app and can truly say I absolutely love it!!!!!! It does this cute pill bottle sound when it’s time and I literally rely on it twice a day. Amazing. If you need reminders I guarantee you will love this app!!! It’s free too, I have never had to pay for anything in it. Amazing app I’m so grateful it exists!

I’m never paying
I’ve used this app since 2016 now and it’s been useful. However now it’s wanting £5 a month (!!) for just giving me a reminder. If it was £5 to buy the app sure, but no. Sorry to be deleting this
Not connecting to watch
Message on watch says connection not reachable. Was working. Checked everything on watch and phone, updates, etc. It’s a must have for me.
