I can honestly say I have been looking for an app that has all these features included in one. Not only does this app have everything you would need but it is straight forward and easy to learn how to use. I find the medication tracker useful and I like that you can link accounts to have someone to help you with staying on top of things. I can see myself using this everyday.
Premium membership still gets you ads and limited functionality
Has potential to be so much better, but app was glitchy, and even after buying premium membership, kept getting ad popups and couldn’t use all features paid for. Tried to contact support 3 different ways over several days and no response. Don’t bother with this app if you want to avoid wasting money and being frustrated.
Free trial that didn’t happen, charged twice and impossible to cancel.
I clicked on this app to get a promised 7 day trial, with an email supposedly advising me at day 5 that I would need to cancel. Not only was I charged for a free trial ($90.93) but also a second time, same amount. It took a few days for them to realize the double charge and a refund appeared on my credit card. On my Apple Store purchase it clearly shows “Free trial” but if I cancel, I will still have access until next September 27,2026. I can NOT cancel the FREE trial and there is no way to contact this company to explain my case, leaving me with no option but to contest the charge through my credit card company. Consider this if you decide to go with this,what looks like a great APP.
CareClinic is a game changer
CareClinic is a game changer. Setting it up was easy, and I loved how easily I could tailor it to my needs. The reminder feature is my favorite. It's been a lifesaver for keeping track of my meds and appointments. Since using CareClinic, I have been more consistent with my health routine and it's made a huge difference in my daily life. The app is super intuitive and I love how I can adjust it on the fly to fit my changing schedule.
Email spam
Tired of trying an app where you have to give your details first BEFORE you realise it’s not for you or it’s not free as promoted. This is another one. And now I’m bombarded with spam emails from CareClinic even though I’ve unsubscribed.
Issue was fixed
I’m happy to say my issues has been resolved. Both my refund and data has been recovered. Thanks Krissy for your ongoing support. I love the app!! Lots of capabilities. Still figuring it out. How to I link side effects to the medication? I’ve emailed the company multiple times about my data being gone and the issue with payment. My payment was taken, my data is gone from trial. And now I have to sign up again for the free 7 day trial, but they have already taken my payment. It’s a great app and would love to use it since I paid for it. But nobody is helping me solve this issue. I would love to give more stars but not until this issue is rectified.
Limited Reminders Settings & Data Loss
Unable to use basic calendar recurring settings by HOURS (only Days & Weeks) and repeat N times (eg meds 4x daily, 8a 1p 6p 11p). Can’t rename Reminders (Meds Morning, Midday, Evening, Night). Created 2 reminders .. then app deleted 1, then other on restart. Edited 2 default Reminders (meds, time changes) and saved… but app reset to original setting… DATA LOSS. Not good.. how do I trust app to store data if can’t define parameters of app?! Much work needed.
Love it but slow
Hi! I love the app’s design, but as a chronically ill person taking over 20 medications a day, the slow and buggy check-in feature is really hard to manage. I also don’t receive any reminders even though notifications are enabled. Could you please fix these issues? I really want to keep using the app, but I need it to be reliable.

It was very easy to install and setup. Very good layout and looks like a very useful app. Would definitely recommend.
Frustrating
Very frustrating to use as it constantly pops up asking you to upgrade to the premium subscription. The developer amusingly replied to a review 2 years ago saying they’re aware of this and are trying to fix it, which is clearly not the case and is intended behaviour.
Great
Great app, helps me keep track of my daily life as well as people I care for. Only fault is if you add new factors it may change all of the factors names and icons to be the same as the one you just created. Other than that it is an awesome app!!
Terrible food database
Most other food tracking apps have a much better database. Example doesn't even have peanut butter sandwiches, protein shakes, orange juice etc etc. so you have to type in all the info manually.

In no way free
I have ME/CFS and am looking for a way to easily track my activity etc. for pacing purposes, I also experience brain fog…but honestly I still can’t see where it says that you only get the first month (or is it week?) free. Again - brain fog and forgetfulness! These offers rely on a number of people forgetting to cancel - I can’t afford to. Addendum - just received my first unwanted email, clicked on ‘unsubscribe’ - I had to do that annoying thing where I had to individually remove all the vendors I didn’t want involved in my activities (instead of decline all cookies) only to find the link took me to ‘page not found’ - so THAT’S going to be fun going forward!.

Being in my 40s now, this app is a great tool to keep myself aware of certain changes to my body.
Cannot use the trial
I cannot use the trial at all. First of all it says 7 days trial. In the App Store it shows I am subscribed already to the trial but only for a day. In the app no matter what I select (start trial or restore purchase) the app does nothing. Keeps asking to subscribe.
Promising But Not There Yet
I took out a one year subscription for this app because it’s so promising, I love the potential depth and insights but I requested a refund because it’s not there yet. The app is not user friendly, even for a digital native and the bugs make it even worse. The check-in system needs work because so many people with chronic illness do not just have a symptom for a short period of time. I've had a migraine all day every day for over ten years and every day I check in with this app I have to take so long to drag the little time box from whatever time it is back to 12am then to 11:59pm because otherwise the insights are wacky. Just have a check box to make it a full day. The UI and functionality for the check-in system is clunky and confusing which is so disappointing because that's the whole selling point of the app. And the bugs make it worse. The point when I decided to refund it was when I was trying to check-in and it kept exiting out of the symptom screen back to the main check-in screen. I couldn't even update the time period to the whole day because it wouldn't stay in the screen for long enough. Then I discarded the check-in and tried to open the insights and the whole app crashed. I'm sorry but if I'm paying $40AUD a year I want to be able to use the core features of the app without pulling my hair out everytime I use it. I hope it gets easier to use in the future because it seems to offer the best insights of all apps but right now it's just more trouble than it's worth.
Good for tracking blood pressure
Very useful app to track blood pressure daily as recommended by my doctor. Also good that it reminds me to take medication every day so I never forget to

Suggestions
Just started today. Loving the details I can place in. Sistine: 1) When starting, it would be great if in the symptom deep down menu search bar I could could place a letter and the menu would go to the first entry of that letter. Ex. I would place ‘h’ and the list would automatically drop to the beginning of symptoms starting with the letter ‘h’. 2) It would be nice to organize the chosen symptoms according to needs. Ex ptsd symptoms, physical pain, women’s health, etc 3) Be able to select zero in symptom tracker and have it shown as verified. Thanks so much for this app. I’m truly looking forward to using it.
Constant Upgrade interruptions
I tried to use this as a free app but every time I click 1 thing on this app it pops up with the upgrade button, very frustrating when trying to monitor my pregnancy. Will be deleting the app.
Version of PCC
Works well, but can’t link or lock notes. Unable to load charts after a certain amount of data and logs will crash once I try to open it. Overall unhappy with the results and looking for something else.

Very helpful in helping manage health issues, I didn't even know I needed a health diary. My outcomes although haven't improved, but this helps me keep everything in order. I do wish it was a bit more customizable, for example, not all of us need mood tracking functionality, not all of us care ot measure total calories a day or sleep, some of us only need to track pills, symptoms, and keep notes.
Very buggy
Nice first impression but incredibly buggy. Symptoms that have been logged in my report suddenly appear in a different language (I suppose?) , I’d report on 4 different symptoms and it will logg them four times under the same name, sometimes the points are a random number. Completely useless unfortunately

It’s not clear that this app requires a subscription. Would have appreciated trying it out for a while, before deciding. But it won’t allow you to enter any diary entries, just refers you back to the subscription page.

Pretty good app
CareClinic is helpful most of the time. Honesty I haven’t used it that much, but when I have, it usually gives me the diagnosis I’m expecting, like the common cold, which is relieving.

Good app, but a little complicated to navigate and only US (not metric) options for measurements, walking pace, etc.
Disappointed
The app’s purpose seems positive and feature list is fine but app itself is 2010 standard and the nags to upgrade are top priority (with inconsistent and subtle UI to exit nag screens). I have another app that also nags this way but it’s actually good enough to still be worth it. This app was a struggle. 2 stars because devs at some point wanted this to be good, good luck with that goal devs.
Too buggy to be helpful
Dear developers. So I paid for a 6 month subscription to give it a good go, but sadly I’ve had to give up. Appointments: despite setting the date as 1 week out they appear in the dashboard 1 week early and often are duplicated. The check in process is confusing which leads to checking in multiple times by mistake. The graphs when showing factors are confusing and show the latest too far to the right to be readable. Plus what are they actually showing? This is especially true of medications (I take 7 pills each day) and the graph is going up when I would have thought it would be flat. I notice that you’ve recently updated the journey / flow to be easier. Appreciate Ui design is never easy on an iPhone, for me it’s just too complicated to go back and forth and find what your looking for. Care plans: it took me a week to realise I’d created 5 care plans by mistake with partial meds in each. I eventually realised when the dashboard kept showing only a few med reminders. I then had to start again to do it properly which meant I lost a weeks worth of diary data. Maybe you could update the onboarding journey to make it clearer. Once you’re in the app for the first time you don’t expect to be creating more than one care plan and it’s not clear that you actually are when you do. I do think it’s a great idea to have more than one care plan for some people, but perhaps this could be indicated by selecting by person when you open the app so you know where you are. It is important to be able to delete care plans I think. This is especially true as they appear to corrupt reminders and appointments across plans. Given I had to delete every entry in each to get the app to work correctly, you might just as well give us the option. Anyway, I’ve paid a 6 months subscription till July 2022, but have deleted the app as it’s too frustrating for me. It was worth the subscription to give it a good go, but sadly not for me. I wish you well
Varied and great quality offerings
I’m very pleased with this app. The variety of different types of activity (meditation, music, story, inspiration) is good and their narrators and artists are great quality with some famous names in there too. In the month I’ve been using it I haven’t become bored or uninspired yet.
Ads are too much
The ads in the free version are excessive to the point I deleted the app. You get 1 ad when you loas the app, then 20 seconds later when I log a symptom. You have to click twice on full screen ads, each time, just to close them. One to say close and another to confirm. Needless to say, when you are logging things all the time, it becomes annoying, I cut down use due to the amount, then deleted it after having enough. Cut down the ads. I get you need an income, but stop spamming ads. Pointless having free if you just spam constantly. Put other ads or do something else.

Lots of options. Great you can choose what sections to hide. Automatic sleep tracking keeps turning off though..
Please be cautious
The monthly cost only allows one to record 5 symptoms. If you have more conditions or symptoms you need to monitor, you must upgrade to a premium subscription and pay 12mths upfront or pay extra per month, which you then cannot opt out of.
Women’s Health Invisibility
This helps track many aspects of my health and I enjoy the diary function. Very disappointed that there is no way to track the days of your menstrual cycle and the associated symptoms. The impact of hormones on women’s bodies and brains can present in ways that only become apparent once tracked over a period of time. Hormones impact on mental health and can have complex interactions with many medications. To omit these vital pieces of information from a ‘health care’ app seems absurd to me.
Awesome allergy tracker
Easy to use, great design, the option of taking photos is very helpful. The idea of having a food diary with pictures is brilliant and adds fun to health tracking!
The app just sent me here
I’ve had the app less than 2 minutes and it’s already demanded and email address from me then tried to make me pay twice before I even got a chance to see it actually operating (is it even what I need?) and now it has thrown me out of the app to this review screen. Enjoy my 1 star and bad review! Your app will now be deleted from my device. Also I was smart enough to give it a dud disposable email address when I asked, I’d suggest you do not give it your email address or even waste your time with it.
Not bad, but could use some improvements
The apps okay but I would like somewhere to track bowel movements (other than notes), and if the app could somehow show what foods/stressors agrivate symptoms. Other than that, it’s very good.
Good, but lacking features
At £60 per year, I'd expect this app to be pretty polished. Unfortunately it doesn't seem possible to rename or delete care plans, to rename meds, or to clear data. Having deactivated my account, it's not possible to create a new login with the same email. Finally a pet hate - the use of the American flag to represent English. If Argentinians and Mexicans can use the Spanish flag when choosing Spanish, then I'm sure Americans can use the British flag when choosing English.
