I’ve used this app off and on over the years. It’s a great way to remind yourself of simple or complicated medication dosage and schedules.
Notifications settings don’t work
When you set notification tone and change the reminder frequency, it doesn’t actually change. The default reminder is so annoying and no matter what it goes off every 10 mins!! Most annoying app I’ve paid for.

Reminders disappearing
It was working fine, then all of a sudden on Sunday, reminders began disappearing from the reminder page, but they're still in the calendar page. What the heck?! So I add the one that keeps disappearing and now I have an extra one! Why is this happening?! It's time for an update for the iPhone version, because it's not happening on my iPad version.
Poor handling of international time changes
Overall the app is decent and the reminders and tracking are simple to setup and use. The app reminders don’t work right if you change time zones which I do a lot. 2 or 3 medications with the exact same reminder times (not duration between) show different times to take when changing time zone. For example, I have 3 medications to take at same time at night. When international each shows a different time to take in app. When I go back to home time zone all seems okay. Would think they could get this right.
Perfect for my needs
I have ADHD, so taking daily meds can be challenging. This little app is very simple to use and does exactly what I need it to. Reminds me when to take my meds, when to refill them, and the settings are easy to adjust. I definitely recommend it.

no matter how many times I set the quantity for the time of day it displays the reminder with the wrong amount.
Needs additional options
Everything was looking good. Entered meds. Would have liked specific item line for why taking med, ie blood pressure, nausia, etc. Set up Reminder and found I was limited to daily reminders. I need an every 3 day or 72 hour reminder, an every 1 week and an every 2 week reminder. App is useless to me if I can't put all my med reminders in. App has potential tho.
Report is Unusable
If any form of report is important, then do not choose this Pill Reminder. I’ve been using it for many years and they’ve never fixed it. If you need to change your reminder, all data is wiped. I’m not sure who would ever think that dosage schedules never change.

My app stopped working and I am at a loss without it. Please help me.
I like but
I’ve been using the app a few years now and like it but I don’t like that with most changes it erases the complete history of that one product. Pls change and keep history.

I use the app as a reminder and tracker. However if I try and adjust the time (as when I travel) it erases the history.
great, but my new phone is an android
I found myself scrambling to find an app to track meds after surgery. I tried them all. This works best for me. Sadly I am transferring to an android phone and have found nothing as good there.
“Free” version is 100% useless
You can only add 2 reminders for medication in “free” at which you are notified you have to pay 1.99 to add more/unlimited. This was a waste of time - 9/10 if you only have 2 meds to take you likely done need a reminder. I have 10 pills , an ointment & an injection to take - what use it 2 reminders for only- none. I like that they had the names and dosage in the app but it’s useless if you can’t even set reminders
Apple Watch support
It would be amazing to have Apple Watch support for notifications!!
WHAT HAPPENED???
I have used this app for meds for more than TEN years, without any issues, until today… Everything in the App except for my name, in is now ALL in SPANISH! I took Spanish in Junior High in 1964, and now 62 years later, I don’t recall SQUAT in Spanish. And I can NOT find any place, anywhere, in the App, where I can change it back to English! I thrilled that Apps like this are available for those who speak other languages, but I’m not thrilled that mine is in a language that I neither speak, nor understand. SO, PLEASE tell me how to change back it to English, and then I can give it a 5 star rating again. Thank you.

UPDATE 2026.07.27 Thanks for the option to export to excel (csv) this helps, I really appreciate it. Any chance of adding the User to that export?? ———————————————- This app (paid version) is very helpful and it would be difficult to manage my wife’s meds without it. With that said please improve reporting. The following improvements would be very helpful: 1) Add option for csv export 2) Add Medication Strength to data extract as sometimes different Strengths (milligrams) may be administered for the same medications. 3) Add YYYY to “Scheduled” and “Taken” data reported for current year. As of this review only Mmm DD, HH:MM:SS AM/PM is reported, without the year. 4) Report all individual Medications administered data in one Medication section. Currently multiple sections may be reported for the same Medication. This appears to be related to multiple reminders for the same medication. 5) When multiple sections are reported (see 4 above) “As Needed” Medication Administered times are duplicated in each section. Reporting in one section should eliminate duplication. And one app specific change. When changing a medication’s reminder schedule don’t delete prior data. Maintaining historical data is why multiple reminders are created for some medications apparently leading to multiple reporting sections for these medications. Thanks
Locked Up My Phone
I downloaded this app and when I opened it, there was a pop up that asked me to allow urgent notifications or something like that and no matter what I pressed nothing would happen. I lock my phone screen and open it and the pop up is still there. I had to force shut down my brand new phone to get it working again.
Lost history
If you change/adjust schedule of one pills to a different hour , all past history get affected and show the medication as not taken. Changes should affect the future only.
It was great before this terrible update
Why do I make the mistake of updating apps??? Now I have to click through to “more” and scroll a menu every time I take an “as-needed” medication? What an irritating extra step! If you are going to hide half the capabilities, why don’t you at least allow a setting so that people can choose what they want to see when they open the app? I have zero need for a calendar on my home screen. I have a calendar. I don’t need the Medications list there; I am not adding new medications more than occasionally. Wouldn’t that be true of most users? I don’t need to look at Reminders once I have created them, and I don’t need to create them any more often than I add new medications. But you have suddenly decided for me those are all I need easy access to, while you hide the heavily used “as needed” entries. Why deliberately make the most common kind of entries more cumbersome? Sheesh, when I already have a headache and want to record that I took something for it, I don’t need the app forcing me to tap “more” and hunt through a menu for it. :(

Seems ok.
Very customizable and intuitive
I like iOS Health but just wanted a better way without iOS intrusion. This works nicely for multiple users. I learned this immediately. Just a good 5 star experience app. I don’t get many. One flaw based on using it for us is to have the history deleted when changing the reminder. Why would you even want to do that ?? It ruins the history and renders it useless.
Lifesaver
If you are like me and can’t remember taking your medication, this is the best way to insure you don’t miss your medication or take more than you should! It does everything to make sure you are set! Absolutely recommend it to anyone who needs help!

Deletes history
I like everything about this app, except for one critical thing. Whenever you delete a medication, change a medication, or even edit a medication reminder it deletes all the history for that medication. Because of this, you do not have the ability to go back to see what you have taken, and when you have taken it. This definitely needs to be addressed.

Disappointed with alarm notification sound
Regardless of the volume settings on your phone the alarm sound is so faint you dont hear it.

Some suggestions 1. Can the grey line between prescriptions be darkened, or even adjusted in colour please. I need readers and would appreciate a more solid line. 2. A suggestion to search drugs based on DIN number ? 3. A tip. I also use this to set up my physio exercises as a "Pill". Thank you.

Simple and effective
Still works. I never forget to take my meds.
Hard to use
When it comes to medication’s, they have reminders and a log. These two data files do not seem to know each other exist. When you get a reminder to take a medication and you mark that you’ve taken it. It does not get entered into the log if you market into the log, you still get a reminder to take it. If you stop taking a medication and archive for your records, it doesn’t show up as a log. But it does show up in the reminders, totally nuts.
Feature request
Add a calendar report that indicates how often medication was missed or taken late. Thx

I am especially satisfied with the quick response I got from the developers. I was proposed an easy workaround to sync my devices and I’m very satisfied with the result. The app is user-friendly and well-made. Thank you. I definitely recommend.
Great Med Tracker
I use this app to track medication for my Australian Shepherd. She’s 14 years old and going strong. Remembering seizure Medication every 8 hours was a challenge. I have medication coming from 3 sources. This app helps me stay on top of when the next shipment is due. Thanks!
Update glitchy
Ever since latest update, the red notification on the app icon does not clear when you’ve marked you’ve taken your medication. Very frustrating because I take many meds and sometimes later on I panic thinking I might have forgotten to taken certain pills even though I already have and checked it off in app.
