Customizable Symptoms FTW
Have weird symptoms you need to track? You can add things as specific as "right ear ringing" or "left hip pain" or "woke up with stuffy nose" - seriously, track any symptom in the words that mean something to you. (Or in terms suggested by your medical professional.) My family has been using the app for well over a year, and it's helped pinpoint *when* things happen so we can figure out *why*. It's fantastic for tracking normal things, of course. But the ease of customization for the less-usual things is a HUGE plus!!

Helpful app
This app is super helpful unlike a lot of other symptom trackers it doesn’t have everything locked behind a paywall. What it does ask you to pay for is reasonable. but you can just as easily use it without paying and have enough features to make it worth having the app. Although I have 2 suggestions. I’ve noticed that the insights don’t quite make sense because they don’t start at the beginning of a month they sort of just start with whatever the last 30 days or whatever the last 90 days are and typically it’s more helpful for people tracking their symptoms to have actual dates. Like for 30 days to be the beginning of the month to the end of the month. The other thing I would suggest is allowing the user to choose colors for those insights, right now it’s all purple blue green… but they’re all sort of similar shades which can make it hard to tell what’s what. So, I think it would be easier for the user to be able to choose the different colors especially since this is a symptom tracking app I feel like it should be more accessible in that way.

Manage your data easily
Easy to add symptoms and to change their order as they come and go. Also simple to rate symptoms. Can add notes to each day. Useful to make a note of symptoms in this way ahead of GP appointments or when trying to link with lifestyle to determine cause and effect.

you literally have to have "premium" in order to track your symptoms anything else but the severity of it. the whole point is to track.your.symptoms. why am i having to pay on a free app to do that? at that point just make the whole app its self cost money.
It’s fine
I have not used a Symptom Tracker app before so I don’t know what to compare it to, but it seems to do the job. Sometimes it’s hard to figure out how to do things on the app, but it’s fine.

No default list of symptoms and quite basic UI, but still functional
Flexible
I really like that I can make my own categories, with three choices of how I assess each category. Then I can include my medications as well and supplements so that I can see a pattern between what I’m taking and what I’m experiencing. It’s so hard to know if what I’m perceiving overtime is actually what’s happening day-to-day. This gives me a way to get some objective reality around my daily energy and fatigue, etc..

The tracker works, but it’s not great. If you have several issues, this app becomes cumbersome, fast.
Ausbaufähig
Übersichtliches Design, gut auch, dass man sich Notizen zu den Einträgen machen kann. Was wirklich sehr fehlt ist die Möglichkeit, mehrere Einträge pro Tag zu machen, dadurch hilft die App leider überhaupt nicht dabei, Triggerfaktoren zu identifizieren. So lange diese Funktion nicht vorhanden ist, bin ich auch nicht bereit, für die App zu bezahlen.
Very helpful
It’s easy to track my symptoms. Thank you and I like the report that it generates for my dr to see. I would like to say also when you change your phone, it does not allow you to transfer your information. I had to buy my Symptom Tracker over again. I think that’s a good bug to fix.

Lacking many core features and everything requires update including your own health history. Not enjoyable.

Man wird sofort gezwungen, ein sich selbst verlängerndes Abo abzuschliessen. Keine kostenlose Version vorhanden. Es gibt ausschliesslich 7 Tage kostenlos und dann eine automatisches Abo.

I like this app to try to keep track of all my symptoms. I do wish I could go back and change my symptom trackers to numbers though. There just isn’t an option to do that I don’t think.

Better than a diary
I suffered from depression, chronic pain, ADHD, anxiety, and many other comments problems. I’ve tried everything to help me manage all of that, and while this doesn’t manage anything, it does help me track trends.
Easy to use but…
This is an easy to use app but the generating report fonction doesn’t work.

I love that I get to put the symptoms I want to track into this and see patterns that happen over the week or month.
disappointed
I’m was looking for a simple app free or one time payment but this monthly payment crap is ridiculous!!! I mean I am simply looking for a more visually helpful way to track symptoms. I will not pay monthly fee or overpriced annual fee for this. i’ll use my calendar 🙄 🙄

A flexible system
A reasonably flexible system of recording symptoms and treatments, so for example you can make daytime temperature a ‘treatment’ and track its effects on symptoms. Haven’t quite worked out the charts, but like the range of output formats.

Best symptoms tracker
Very customisable and adaptable and straightforward and easy to use. Deducted a star because probs a bit too expensive per month for what it is, as it doesn’t provide and specific condition knowledge or resource, although that can complicate a product unnecessarily.
