Hallo, leider lässt sich die App seit dem letzten Update nicht mehr öffnen. Iphone12 auf dem aktuellen Stand. Können sie bitte das Problem beheben?

App Verbesserung
Leider musste ich vor kurzem die App löschen und es erneut herunterladen, da es sich nicht mehr öffnen ließ, jetzt klappt alles wieder und ich hoffe dass es auch so bleibt. Die App ist gut, mir ist nur aufgefallen dass im Kalender an den Donnerstagen „Di“ statt „Do“ steht. Vielleicht könnt ihr das noch ändern.
Probleme mit Abo und Support
Ich habe das monatliche Abo abgeschlossen, das Geld wurde nachweislich abgebucht und ich habe eine Rechnung von Apple erhalten. In der App ist das Abo abgelaufen. Eine Meldung über die „Report-Funktion“ ist nicht möglich. Es wird nichts abgesandt. Die Nutzung des App-Support über den App-Store nicht möglich. Die Support-Seite wird nicht gefunden. Es gibt keine weiteren Möglichkeiten über die App Kontakt aufzunehmen und das Problem zu lösen.
Once set up - can’t change anything
I have set up reminder at 7:55pm and can’t change that. It allows me to adjust the time, but it doesn’t stay. Also, for past few weeks I am not able to open the app. I have tried to delete it and download again, but it doesn’t help

Not the prettiest or most fancy, but is super effective to keep track, and nice for when you just want to double check you have taken...
Pack doch noch mehr Werbung in die App
Also wie kann man in so eine App, die eigentlich recht simpel bleiben soll so unfassbar viel Werbung packen? Man kann nicht mal eine Kleinigkeit wie Uhrzeit oder Ähnliches anpassen, ohne dass nach jedem Klick ein langes Werbevideo kommt. Direkt wieder gelöscht den Mist - jede Pillenapp ist besser als diese.
Kleiner Verbesserungswunsch, Uhrzeitangabe
Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der App. Sie erinnert mich regelmäßig jeden Abend an die Einnahme. Was ich mir wünschen würde, wäre: dass man, nachdem man auf Pille eingenommen geklickt hat, sieht um wie viel Uhr das Ganze stattgefunden hat. Das wäre für mich sehr wichtig und ist auch aktuell ein Grund warum ich überlege mir eine andere App runterzuladen, die diese Funktion bereits besitzt.
Keine Erinnerung mehr ???
Ich habe die App dass sie mich daran erinnert meine Pille zu nehmen. Seit zwei Monaten, stimmt der Rhythmus nicht mehr. Statt 7 Tage Pause, macht die App daraus eine 8tägige und ich bekomme keine Nachricht wenn ich wieder starten soll. Außerdem habe k J diese Woche bisher keine einzige Erinnerung erhalten meine Pille zu nehmen. Wird das nicht bald behoben muss ich mir eine neue App holen.
Nach Update funktioniert nichts mehr
Nach dem Fehler Behebungs Update komme ich nicht mehr in die App rein. Das ist etwas dumm gelaufen . War sonst immer sehr zufrieden

Funktioniert nicht mit iPhone 17 Pro
Viele Fehler, habe die Vollversion gekauft, viele Funktionen lassen sich nicht auswählen oder es fehlt ein Teil der Auswahloptionen - keine vertrauenswürdige App, ich hätte gerne mein Geld zurück.

Die App gefällt mir sehr gut. Jedoch frage ich mich, wo man die Eingabe, wenn man die Pille durchnimmt.

Pro Version funktioniert nach Kauf nicht
Ich habe vorgestern die Pro Version gekauft - die App hat sich seitdem nicht verändert. Ich sehe weiterhin Werbung und keine Zeiten meiner pilleneinnahme. Sämtliche Pro Features sind nicht existent. Und das Geld ist wohl weg. Wenn ich in der App auf die Entwicklerhomepage gehe - kommt 404 Not found.
Zufrieden
Wirklich gute App kann ich definitiv weiterempfehlen. Ich werde erinnert meine Pille zu nehmen. Jedoch stört mich die Werbung die ab und zu kommt nicht immer jedoch stört es. Aber ansonsten sehr zu Frieden!

Die App ist super um regelmäßig für die Pille erinnert zu werden. Die Werbung zwischendurch ist schon sehr nervig und seid der neuen Software lässt sich die App bei mir nicht mehr öffnen!!!

This app is good except for the calendar bit. If you try to delete "pill taken" it won't actually delete it from the calendar on that day or at all. Also you cannot change the metrics or statistics for weight :(

Vor 2 Tagen kam ein Update. Seitdem bricht die App beim Start immer ab und lässt sich nicht öffnen. Erinnerungen werden trotzdem eingespielt. Vorher hat die App mir sehr gut gefallen.

I have purchased the pro version of the app yet I still cannot get any of the benefits from it and I can’t even contact them because that claim won’t submit. Every time I try to fix it It only says I’ve already purchased it.

Ich war wirklich zufrieden mit der App sie hat ihren Zweck erfüllt. Das Problem ist nur das ich jetzt seit 2 tagen die App nicht mehr öffnen kann es gibt auch kein update im Moment ich weiß wirklich nicht was ich noch tun kann dass, sie sich wieder öffnet. Die Pillen Erinnerungen laufen weiter ich bekomm jeden Abend eine Benachrichtigung. Was kann ich tun ?

Die Werbung is echt unglaublich nervig
Also an sich mag ich die App. Simpel und tut was die tun soll, aber jedes Mal und ich meine jedes Mal , wenn ich eine Pille hinzufüge kommt eine 5 Sekunden Werbung. Ich zahle schon für premium, da sollte es doch wenigsten weniger oder keine Werbung geben. Vor allem wenn man Pillen nachtragen will ist das richtig lästig. So in itself I like the app. Simple and does what it's supposed to do, but every time and I mean every time I add a pill there is a 5 second advertisement. I already pay for premium, there should be at least less or no advertising. This is particularly annoying when you want to add a pill for several forgotten days.
Unusable
An unskippable ad pops up everytime you try and log that you took a pill. Really? Ads on a tracker app? There are much better apps that don’t shove 45 second ads down your throat everytime you use them, get the Stardust app instead of this
Far from being my fav
Ads take over this app and every time you want to log in your pill takes 2-3 ads to do so, very annoying. So unless you plan on paying for the premium version, wouldn’t recommend
Zuverlässig aber unübersichtlich
An sich finde ich die App ziemlich gut, aber leider hat sie hier und da noch ein paar Macken. Heute ist mir das aufgefallen, als ich meine Pillenpause überspringen wollte und die Pille weiter nehmen wollte. Ich finde, trotz Premiumaccount, nicht die Möglichkeit anzugeben, dass ich die Pause überspringe und die Pille weiterhin nehme. Das ist sehr ärgerlich, da mit dir App dann im nächsten Zyklus leider nichts mehr bringt, weil alles vollkommen durcheinander ist.. kann mir hier jemand helfen und erklären, wie ich das einstelle?

Awful app, it won’t let me get out of the setup pill screens
Worked fine for 1st packet afterwards not anymore
It worked for the first packet but the end of the second it didn’t show me blisters to check off I think it wanted me to buy a certain version. It automatically went to what it thinks my menstruation days are (which were wrong) and it wouldn’t allow me to edit So I deleted it

It was great, but since I updated it now doesn’t mark that you have taken your pill until AFTER you watch the ad. So I go back and it says I’ve missed all these days because I didn’t bother to watch the ad. Super frustrating and I’m not going to pay money for an ad free reminder. Really heartbreaking that it does that, I could see that easily causing problems and babies because of not knowing if you actually missed your dose or if it was just because you didn’t watch the ad. I don’t have any glitches or problems with the app working. Just really frustrated it keeps saying I missed my pills after I mark it at taken because I didn’t watch an ad.

I just downloaded the app and for some reason it’s all in German? The description and name is all in English so I’m confused and can’t use it, there’s no option to change the language
