Downloaded content is deleted once subscription expires
Once the subscription expires the downloaded content is deleted automatically. As for a purchased book, once the subscription expires, the last downloaded content should be still available on the iPhone (and should not be updated until the subscription is renewed). This is not a movie streaming service (even there usually you can also buy some titles and then they are yours and you can watch them even without subscription ) Otherwise we users keep paying but at the end we have nothing in our hands.

money grab
paid for subscription yet doesn’t work. All other paid subscriptions offer a code or link to unlock, not this one. Just keeps asking me to buy another subscription.
Just OK
Not as user-friendly as they keep adding functions. It was easier to use the paper book guides, but that does not keep up with resistance and changing protocols. Seems to get more difficult as the annual fee goes up.

The best resource for infectious disease with quick access containing needed info for clinicians and excellent for teaching.
Extremely slow and freezes frequently
The search function takes ages to search, and ever since I performed the most recent update, the app is essentially unusable. Freezes on the main screen and doesn’t allow me to click anything. My phone is updated to the latest iOS, and the app is updated to the latest version. Very disappointing, because it is very useful app if/when it works

Content great; accessibility poor
Love the content but the app is so slow it prohibits use most times. I can’t imagine renewing my subscription unless lag-time gets fixed.
Buggy program
I used to like this but recent updates logged me out and corrupted the password. Resetting password not only requires old password to be entered but freezes app so one needs to close it completely. In the end, you cannot use an app that you paid for.
Must have for clinicians
I am a clinical pharmacist and use Sanford guide every day. The antimicrobial spectra are very helpful.
Expensive for what?
Why am I paying so much per year when 97% of content does not change? Im happy to pay once. Not every year. Shove it Sanford and son

Search function absurdly slow
I’ve been using this app for years and it’s a great resource, but over the past month + have noticed a huge lag when attempting to search for anything. It takes about 15 seconds each time to result anything while using the search bar. Please fix this!

Ha un costo troppo elevato considerato che devi abbonarti ogni anno. Se infatti non rinnovi l’abbonamento non hai la possibilità di consultare neanche la versione che hai acquistato.

Immancabile, qualche dettaglio tecnico da sistemare
Immancabile nel telefono di un medico. Nulla da dire sui contenuti, ricchi, ma concisi, curati con fonti bibliografiche. L’app è ben fatta, ma necessita ancora di un po’ di lavoro. La tabella degli spettri d’azione non è ancora fluida. Il design in generale un po’ grezzo, poco rifinito. Sono solo aspetti estetici, in minima parte impattano sulla fruibilità.
Problema al recuperar contraseña
La aplicación es muy buena aunque a veces tiene discordancias entre las dosis descritas en un antimicrobiano particular y las mencionadas en una enfermedad específica. Tiene serios problemas en cuanto a su servicio al cliente a la hora de recuperar nombre de usuario y contraseña en caso de des configuración de la aplicación. No se puede hacer directo desde la app y la página web es lenta e ineficiente.

Punto di riferimento per ogni antibiotico terapia, l’app è stata fatta bene, anche se, data la cifra non irrisoria del prezzo del l’abbonamento annuale, potrebbe essere fatta meglio includendo quelle informazioni aggiuntive che bene si prestano ad una fruizione interattiva e dinamica quale quella di un’app. Spesso infatti si limita alla semplice trasposizione in digitale dei contenuti cartacei.

La guida ricalca la versione cartacea. Non sempre l’uso è semplice. Dato il costo non capisco come non possa avere accesso alla versione acquistata qualora non voglia ricevere gli aggiornamenti. Almeno la versione cartacea rimane a disposizione...
