Tab bar could really benifit from being cleaned up to 4, personal reccs would be: - Option to hide AI tab - Videos in Library tab - Home should be Categories, with the first category “View All,” Search bar at the bottom/top of page - Info renamed to “Settings” - Blog shows only most recent article, tapping shows more - Liquid Glass UI elements Really appreciate one time purchases > subscriptions. Otherwise stoked the app is back, content is phenomenal but I hope the UI continues to modernize in the future
Needs support for dark mode
Use the app pretty regularly but my iPhone is set to dark mode and the app doesn’t adjust to it.
It’s okay
I really loved the APP before they transitioned to EOLAS. They brought it back which is really good but the app is now glitchy and crashes on its own on IPHONE. Please fix the issues and I would be more than happy to buy it again. Has so much potential.

App won’t even let me login, just says session timed out and a temp password is emailed to me, yet nothing comes
Works great, except for the pictures/charts
Anytime you click on them, they enlarge and are super blurry and can’t be seen/read. Kind of defeats the purpose of having them as a resource.
Won't load initial database
Content is golden but the app won't load the initial database. Gets stuck loading and doesn't allow you to use the app.
Cannot start
I’ve been recommended this app but the login account creation interface is glitching and fails to send login info to establish an account and login Updated 4/2/2026 it works now but does quit randomly very frequently, like 5 times per trying to read a diverticulitis article
Best App for EM ever
This app is so helpful to brush up on important history, physical exam, and treatment considerations quickly without having to get bogged down in the tiny details.
Do not update, forces Eolas
Don’t update, it will force you to switch to Eolas which is terrible.
Amazing App-Small Downside
I love this app. I am a paramedic student & tend to have a lot of pharmacology questions. The only thing I would fix is that some of my drugs don’t go into the favorite section when I click the star. Would really appreciate a minor bug fix on this issue. It’s phenylephrine that I cannot get added to my favorites list which is a shame bc vasopressors are super cool.
Great content but very poor function on my iPad 2
Unfortunately I have had a number of problems with this application functioning on my iPad, even after an update for iPad function. The layout specifically. It seems discordant with the orientation of my iPad regardless of how I reposition or reload. But the content is concise and organized.

It’s pretty surprising that this won’t support landscape positioning, since that’s how most people use their iPads. Content seems good, but that doesn’t help if I can’t get to it because of display problems.

They decided to move the app to a new platform and let me tell you IT IS HORRENDOUS. NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL. THEY RUINED THIS APP. I’ll be deleting this

Great source of centralized and simplified information for use in the field, made for and by emergency physicians.
New platform awful
WikEM app decided to move to a different platform (Eolas) AFTER I just paid for the premium features. New app is not user friendly at all, and doesn’t allow me to input my WikEM account or link it, so my purchase was a complete waste, none of my favorites are saved. New platform looks like a joke, and old app does not allow use anymore, so I can’t even look up what favorites I had saved. Nice job WikEM, way to ruin a good thing. Deleting both apps and requesting a refund for my purchase.
Great app, need improved dark mode support

It’s a very nice application, and it’s so useful during the clinical practice in the field. I adviced all medical students, interns , residents, to appload it and enjoy its features. Thank you for the creators..
Drug reference broken
Used to be a great app. Now the entire critical care reference by weight is broken. Shows error codes when references weight based drugs.
Love the concept but App needs some love
Agree with all the love stated by others, but the app needs some work! Every time it gets an update, you have to keep your phone manually open while it downloads or else the update starts over. Could use some tweaking to make the UI more friendly!

Update! Works on my iPhone XS Max
I love this app and use it all the time on shift, but ever since upgrading my phone the app is unusable. It gets stuck on “loading initial database.” Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, resetting the phone, making a new account, but nothing works. I read the prior responses from the developer on here and have been on WiFi and used the blue update button, but it still gets stuck in the same spot. I emailed and haven’t heard back yet (it’s only been a few days though). Hopefully someone responds and we can get it working again. I appreciate all the work that’s gone into this amazing resource! UPDATE: I finally got it to work. I changed my screen lockout time to 5 min and that allowed the update to complete. Apparently the update process stops if your screen locks out or if you switch to another app (update process does not continue in the background.)
What happened?
Paid for this app years back and used it extensively while working the ED. Stopped for awhile and went back to it, now I continue to get an internal error message. Tried resetting my password several times and even created a new account but still no go.
Love it
Great app, use it on a daily basis. Wish list would be enabling portrait mode (especially for iPad) and changing font size
Essential resource
As an EM intern this app easily become my go to resource on shift. My only complaint is as a military provider now working in environments without internet or cellular service the login page of this app precludes me from using it.
Search stopped working.
The search function is not working well after the update. There Are many searches that don’t work now. If you type in rash for example it will not give you options for general rash if gives you other options. But if you go to pigmented rash after searching rash it has a link to “general rashes” that you can click on. Please fix it. I’ve been having to rely more on uptodate and ALIEM because of this. Its a shame because a good app was ruined with a “big fix” update.
