Hoarding Storage Bug
The app grows over time from it’s original size, with the offline content downloaded of about ~4GB, to an enormous 30+ GBs. I have seen this happen on 3 of my devices. They need to fix this.

Dynamed not clearly recommend treatment pathways and abx like utd does and most certainly not with bold face, easy to reach tables, indenting and paragraph spacing. Where are the pictures, diagrams, illustrations, information for patients? Dynamed absolutely pales in comparison to UTD in any medical setting. It’s a cheap excuse of anything else available to a practicing clinician and barely suits a medical student. I would never pay a nickel for it to use, yet forced to use it since our institution chose the 4th rate option to save money. As a result, most of the attendings and housestaff across multiple services signed up independently to UTD, effectively wasting any potential economic savings with Dynamed.

Unstable
I keep having to log in every week. Support responds but don’t fix the problem. Just use the website. Even that requires to be logged in frequently, therefore being inconvenient to the provider during acute situations.
Crashing
Very useful app but the app is crashed recently whenever I click on the menu.
PSA for those experiencing user interface bugs like in-topic word search or absent topic outlines
Fully uninstalling the app then reinstalling fixes said bugs and restores all mobile app features. After that, everything works fine. Couple with a database that's often updated, this is a valuable point-of-care tool.
Never able to use it since it’s stuck downloading all the time
Badly made app. Tries to download every time I try to use it and gets stuck on 99%.
Good but buggy app
This is a great point of care app, but as a few months ago, it forces me to sign in again every time I use the app. I am a CMA Joule user, and the need to re-sign in again really slows you down when you are trying to look up something on the fly. It also keeps telling to free up space on my phone to install 320MB of updates, even though I have several GB available
Overheating when using
Overheating soon after opening the app.
Great program
I have used DynaMed, Epocrates and UpToDate. Dynamed gives you more bang to your buck than UpToDate which is $300 + for nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Epocrates CME are not as easy to claim like Epocrates.

Not Working Anymore
Was greatly enjoying this app, very useful in my medical studies/clerkship. However, since the last update any page I try to open comes up as an error message and saying the file doesn’t exist. I am eager for them to fix this.
Buggy
02-04–20: categories missing. Already emailed support. Previous review: My past complaints about not having split screen has been corrected. This is a killer app now. Everything from the website is available even sub-categories. Thank you.
Much better than UpToDate
I am a resident physician. I use DynaMed all the time for concise information regarding guideline based evaluation and management of patients. Why is it better than UpToDate? Because in UpToDate you get lost with so many links driving you to different pages and having to scroll back and forth between resources. In Dynamed everything is neat and organized, concise and summarized with updated ACP based guidelines. You can also finish reading the summary which is also expanded enough and go down to more detailed, specific recommendations. Keep up the good work. You already have lots of clinicians following you.
Crashes on opening. Unusable.
Just got the app in the last few weeks. On both my iPad (2018 iPad Pro) and my iPhone 11 Pro, the app crashes as soon as I open. Presumably the developer is seeing the crash reports. Please update.
Clunky UI
Clunky UI and not optimized for larger screen sized iPhones, wastes a lot of space, and it looks terrible on the iPad

The app does not open on my iPhone
For at least a MONTH now, the app is impossible to open on my iPhone. It closes itself within one second of opening it. Support is nonexistent.
Problem downloading content storage
It keeps stuck and repeated downloading contents pop up. Now I can’t use and open it .. just see download window !! Please kindly fix it !! Thank you

Incredible App
MD here and general medical officer for the Navy. For those who don’t know, that means I’m expected to be a primary care doc with only an internship. This app is absolutely incredible and gets me through the day. User interface is so smooth and well organized. More concise and up to date than “UpToDate” which is notoriously behind on new research. Highly recommend for anyone in the medical field.
App clashes in iOS 14
App won’t open at all on iOS 14. It just crashes and closes.
Problems with the user interface
It’s glitchy, can’t scroll without it accessing links I do not intend to to access, making navigation frustrating, slow, and error prone.
App update
The most recent app update is a huge step backwards in its user friendliness. Please bring back the side toolbar that allows us to directly jump to the subtopic we would like to read rather than having to bring up the toolbar that then takes up the entire page.

The content is designed well, topics are to the point without additional unnecessary information. Please keep it up, keep it simple but comprehensive for real practice.
Unable to download content
I used Dynamed a lot when I worked in rural Honduras where I didn't have internet access. The ability to download content ahead of time is a huge plus, and I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to do it again since moving to Nepal last week to work in a rural hospital. Every time the download progress bar hits 100%, it just resets to 0% and never finishes. I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app multiple times, to no avail.

Bugs, bugs, bugs
The app used to work great for me. Now it has turned completely unusable. It crashes constantly. Whenever I search for a topic it goes into a “fetching...” bug loop and finds no results, crashing after it does. Was expecting at least a usable app from the developers. A total deal-breaker.
Data Hog!
Great medical content at the cost of significant data use! It will update database regardless whether you are on cellular or wifi. I opened to look for one drug and ended up using 200MB. I only realize after it already used 4GB in 10 days. Beware!
