I enjoyed playing, it was challenging but not to hard. I have not played for a while, did the update but now it won’t play, can’t get past the first loading screen that shows the white developer logo, would be a 4 or 5 star, hope this gets fixed soon.

Great game, crashes make it unplayable
Was my favorite game until an update a few months ago that just makes the game crash. Dev keep saying it’s an issue with older devices, but this iPad is only a year old and still sucks to have a game I spent money on stop working with no fixes and seemingly no attempts to fix it. I’m glad they’re expanding the game but sucks I’d need to buy a new device just to play it, especially when I’ve spent money on it already, hoping for a fix but losing faith it’ll happen.
Wont open
I can’t open it because it crashes after freezing for a second on teh company logo hopefully I’ll be able to ox that and actully play the game

I’m 13 right now, and i’ve been a huge fan of Ralph Stock’s emergency series for YEARS. I’ve been playing EMHQ specifically for 4 years, since I was 9. I love this game and i love emergency vehicles! my dad was a SWAT officer and detective aswell, so i guess it’s in my blood as my dream is to be SWAT. I live breath and dream rescue, i always want to help people, and i even have an emergency vehicle diecast collection! I always love these types of games, and this one has a very special place in my heart. I hope that everybody who works for sixteen tons entertainment is successful and happy and I hope i’ll be able to work there one day. -best regards, Alex.

So I just opened it right now and and it crashes every time I reinstalled it and it’s happened again please fix this
Good game but video issue
This is a good game that I’ve been playing for a years but the last week or so I tried watching videos to get rewards and i get a message saying that there are no videos available and to try again in a few minutes which i do and still get the same message
Game has downgraded
so i've tried to play this game like a week ago and for the past while i've had problems with this game. i tried to play it an it won't even load me into the game. ya'll need to stop adding new areas to the game and start working on the performance issues.
Barely Did Anything and Have to Wait
I downloaded this game and got into the tutorial and loved it. Once the tutorial was over, I did maybe five missions or quest. Now I have to wait while everything upgrades and get to a certain point? To earn coins are super slow. I watch ads to double them and do the little side missions as well. Not sure what I am doing wrong. ***UPDATE*** After stop playing for several months and giving the game another chance. I find the joy in it. The upgrades are slow and the first handful of missions you do, you’ll only get a silver or a bronze medal. But don’t give up just yet. Give the game another chance. The only thing that is annoying and hope the developers can fix. Some of the ads that are shown to help earn rewards in the game are so long. Some ads are over two minutes long and I had one ad that hides the close button. So I had to reset the game.
Best Emergency Response Game Ever!
This Game is actually pretty Good!👍 Doesn’t Require Internet, Very Easy, Great Physics, And best of all… No Ads! I hope I won’t regret this game forever!

Dice game waste
The dice game with its unattainable prizes is a big waste of time and money. You could spend $60 or more buying extra dice rolls and you’ll never even get close to the top prize.
Fun game but constantly crashes
This game is fun and I enjoy the longer missions that require more strategy. However, it constantly crashes and when it does, you cannot pick up the mission from where you were. I’ve asked for help from the developer and they say that this is due to my device not having enough RAM and the updates use more. When I tried to play, it is the only thing open on my device and this did not become a problem until a few months ago. I suspect I am far from the only person having this issue. Like I said it is a fun game, but not one crash. It makes it unplayable. UPDATE: I received a developers reply. I was told to contact customer support. I did that a few months ago and was told the problem was probably due to a an update on my iPad and there is essentially nothing they can do about it. To be honest, the tone was a bit unpleasant. And that’s a shame because this could be a fun game and I have good progress in it. I feel that would have spent as a waste of money. UPDATE 2: the developer reached out, again, and said the update has caused problems in older iPads and iPhones. Mine is less than a year old. Again, it is a fun game but be prepared to be frustrated and have it repeatedly crash.

I would have given this game a 5 star review. However since the last IOS update I can’t play the game, can’t log into my game on other platforms cause it does not recognize my user ID, password, or email address. I don’t want to start over after a few years of playing.

Disappointed with continual crashing of the game
I like this game and have started a new game twice. Lately, however, I have been experiencing the game continually crashing. I’ll do a task and, as the task is finishes and summarises the outcome, the game crashes and the progress with the task is lost. Becoming tedious and I’m on the verge of giving it up for the second time.

Need changes . Why can’t we zoom out more and it would be nice to be able to Rotate the action screen view . With all the vehicles on sene sometimes one becomes so involved in the action it would be nice to zoom out to include all the vehicles on call in view all at once

Great game the only thing is it’s too high quality So I’m in the middle of a game and it kicks me out thats the only thing that makes the game a four star (my opinion maybe it’s better for you guys but just for me for now 4 star)
Great game but issue.
The game itself is great it’s challenging without completely being impossible, you get frequent new missions but the problem is everytime you level up, you have to train each one of your troops 5 more times to be able to do the new level missions to a high standard. If you attempt to do a 350 mission with 300 trained troops you’ll find everything is slow and you can potentially lose because of it. That in itself is okay. The major thing is their events. Now I think the events are a great concept—when they work. I’ve completed many levels of a previous event unlocked equipment for my troops and just never received the equipment? I’ve tried to resolve this with their support team but I’ve been getting confusing replies, some in English, some in German and both are wrong. They just say I’m either ‘not looking in the right place’ or ‘I need to go to the equipment tab’ which the screenshot I provided shows is exactly where I am! Except I have no equipment! I tried to reply back saying ‘Where exactly am I supposed to be looking and what unit is this equipment for’ but never got a clear reply. In summary: The game is great but the support lets it down. Would love to receive my equipment but I doubt that’s happening. Would definitely be 5 stars from me IF I hadn’t had these issues.

I love the game but after latest update most missions crash the game in progress losing coins spent on mission and any progress. Almost unplayable after update.
Ate my money
Purchased new units, riot police and airport fire tender, plus the New York skins, the full pass bundle and the mega vault and got none of them. Please help.

Haven’t been able to play since the last update. Every time I tap the icon the play, it immediately goes back to the Home Screen. Any help? No more updates available.
Fun game but restarts too frequently
Compared to other games, this one has a much lower threshold for restarting the app if you leave it. It feels like if I go out for 30 seconds to text someone it stops me from getting the pending ad reward or will restart.

The gameplay is awesome to me and the updates provide a relaxing but challenging. This game I stumbled upon in 2020 have me playing every chance I get. The con for me is how long it take to train your personnel but Overall it is a great game.💯💯💯👍🏿
Loveeeeeee this game but
I gave you guys five stars when I first started a few years back, idk what’s going on now but the game is crashing way to much for my liking, I bought the event pass and I cannot play the event because as soon as I start it crashes. So I bought the pass for no reason, I feel cheated. You guys need to fix this it’s super frustrating. Fix it so I can give my 5 stars back, or I’m leaving this rating and forever be done with this game.!!

Game still will not launch
Just did the latest Update on May 11, app still will not launch, crashes immediately. When I saw the Update I thought I would be able to play again after more than a week. But sadly not. When will this finally be fixed?? I’ve been playing for years and it is a fun and challenging game. But for months now the challenge has been that I could not even do Missions because the app does not work right. Now it won’t work at all.
Absolutely Great Game
I’ve been playing this game for quite awhile, and leveling up has been very easy and very rewarding. Saving the blue emeralds for items in the shop is also great, i saved up 1,999 for the service center, and was amazed at how well it works. i plan on purchasing other items in the shop, to enhance my game and make it even better. thank you so much everyone who developed this game, i look forward to all the future updates.

The game is addictive but in a good way. I’ve been playing it now for over a year now and still finds it more and more fun to play but there’s only 2 down sides that I’m having at the minute which is 1. Nothing to spend the coins on so it stops me from gaining anymore. 2. Are we getting any more depots otherwise some of us won’t have the space if we are. If you can sort those 2 out I don’t see the game being a problem.
