Really loved this game, but…
This game is absolutely fun until you run into glitches and cannot continue. I wrote to them about the first gems disappearing glitch, but there doesn’t seem to be a way for them to respond. I keep checking in my settings area where I sent my message to support, but no response. Now I have run into issues with not being able to access the screen to collect my rewards and all other jobs are saying cannot access area. I have reloaded game as well as tried their suggestion to deal with this glitch, but nothing seems to help. I am at a point where I cannot continue. But I absolutely loved this game up until this point. Ok. So waiting one day seemed to let me access my finished rewards. I am upgrading from a one star bummer, to four. I know the developers are working hard, i do wish there was better communication. Updated april 11, 2024. Looks like they fixed the last issue although no communication. But now the glitches are I have to reinstall each time I want to go to the Suez Canal, otherwise it says cannot go at this time. Very bummed. Game is pretty cool except for this current problem right now. Did I just receive a response yesterday? One year later?

This game is very fun, but if you’re looking for realistic gameplay this is not it. The boats do not actually doc and kind of just Rome around the map. Also there are so many things that take 1 hour to complete.

I really enjoyed the game and spent a lot of time and a moderate amount of money for a few extras. My only complaint is that the game pretty much ended when I hit Level 699. Hope they add more levels soon!
Just Another Pay 2 Progress Mobile Game
This game is basically Train Station 2, but with boats. Which isn’t a bad thing. It’s cool. But just like Train Station 2, after the first few hours, you quickly get to a point where it’s basically watch ads or spend real money to not have to wait a long time to progress, or you guessed it - wait a long time to progress. You get to a point where to complete jobs, you need a LOT of X, Y, Z product but to get said product will take you hours and hours. BUT, hey, spend a couple bucks here and you don’t have to! It’s the basic formula for pay to “win” or progress mobile games. It’s how they get you. Along with the FOMO (fear of missing out) “deals” you get, on the good stuff to help you progress. It’s mobile game development 101. Doesn’t take a hot shot to figure that out. But hey, you can spend real money on a loot crate with literally only a 5% chance to get a gold tier boat. And it’s sad too, bc the game is visually very nice and appealing. Actually doing jobs is cool and interesting. The maps are beautifully designed. You just need to either spend a lot of time waiting to get supplies, a lot of time waiting for jobs to complete, or spend real money to do neither of those. I find Pixel Federation has talented devs, but is a greedy company overall. I also wanna say, I find the community manager’s responses to some reviews to be very condescending with some responses basically overlooking a reviewer’s whole point, and just types up a pre written response they have already laid out for any given review topic. You don’t even address most people’s concerns. You just use your copy/pasted CM responses. It’s like you guys have no souls as community managers. Just, whatever pays the bills huh? People have genuine things to say and you just write them off basically.
Fun but
The game is fun, it keeps me entertained but the balancing issues are significantly higher than they should be. In other words, common ship parts are almost impossible to come by in enough quantities to upgrade ships, but I have over a thousand rare parts, couple dozen epic parts, and like 10 legendary parts. I wish we could buy ship parts with coins we earn through jobs and I wish ships weren’t region locked. The game has potential to be 5 stars, but I’m stuck with ships needing upgrades and no parts and I refuse to spend real world money on a game that has so many opportunities to watch ads.

This game is awesome I can’t get my eyes of it but there is one problem it can be slow to get materials but other wise it’s an awesome game I recommend downloading it NOTE TO OWNER: keep making games like this 😀😀😀😀😀
Game constantly crashes
The game is quite erratic for me now where switching between cities is way more hit or miss than it used to be so that part is becoming more and more unreliable as the days go on, however, the even bigger issue comes when trying watch ads where the game crashes at least 50% of the time and the past few days that number is likely in the 70% or more area. Also, some ads are almost impossible to close out where clicking on the X auto opens websites sometimes or it is a constant battle trying to hit the exact right spot with the exact right amount of force to close out the ad. Why are some ads so difficult to close? It seems like tricky & deceptive marketing efforts which should be frowned upon. If these issues are addressed, I would happily raise my rating and if not, the game is becoming close to unplayable.
Boring as all get out!
This is the most boring “tap-tap” game on the planet, IMO. It takes weeks to get to level ten and then when you do it takes double that just to make level 11. Way, WAY too slow. Unless of course you spend A LOT of $$$$$$$$

So, I have to deliver things to a place so I can advance? Ok. Wait it only accepts the purple boats? I have 20 boats! And only four dispatchers. It a nice looking game. But that resource mgmt is quite silly when you get surprised by the color of ships. The San Fran segment is fun, but no on other levels. Only purple boats, my ash! Please accept this criticism in the manner it was intended. This game is a homework assignment and it stinks.

Developers abandoned game
This was a good game for a while, but there haven’t been any new regions added in at least a year. The events just keep repeating. How many times do we need to update the Suez Canal? I stopped doing the prestige points tasks because you need to spend real, big bucks to get decent parts. There’s only so long that you can upgrade ships and expand the warehouse before wondering why you bother. Add some developers and improve the game.

Hello, I’ve been playing the game for a few days now and it’s quite enjoyable but, I would love for the RMS Queen Mary to be added and possibly an England location otherwise I’m having fun playing this, Also if you do intend on adding it just note the 1936 version of the ship is what I’d like to be added since the current day version is much different
Will Not Load
Been playing game for a few weeks now and was up to level 18. Now every time I try to get into the game it freezes upon finishing loading and can’t do nothing have to restart. After restarting the game the same thing freezes upon finishing loading and has been that way for a week now
Good but no way to get ships from a previous region
One problem I have with the game is there is no way to get ships from a previous region once you move on from that region. I’m really upset about this because I just moved to region 2 missing 3 legendary ships from region 1 and now I have no way to get them other than to reset my progress.

Since the last update, the game is loading, but once loaded it tells me to not forgot to claim my award. When i click on the claim button it is not registering. I have cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled game and still having same issue.

It seems that whenever there is a new challenge in the game the section continues to be unavailable throughout most of the day until the evening or night.

Hi guys, big fan of this and TS2 (I play both daily) and I would love to see you guys really work to eliminate grinding. I love the game, but I love the story and building towards a goal even more. I’ll keep playing, but please find a way to eliminate the 40+ levels of grinding needed to get to a new world and keep building. Thank you!

Was enjoying the app right up to the last update. After that the app has continuously locked up on start up. Can’t get past the title screen. Delete and reinstalled 3 times without any success.. Bummer.

Game frozen February 2024
Not only does it take forever to get anything done, but it freezes randomly. Can’t play it at all today. It loads, then freezes. Tried all the usual ways to get it to work. No dice. This is exactly why I refuse to spend a dime on this game. It’s too unreliable. Also, the ads are getting longer & longer. You watch for 30 seconds & it still takes 15 extra seconds to X out. Too annoying. Beware spending real money on this.
Fun but can be tedious and bears no resemblance the adverts
It’s a fun game for free (though there are options for in game purchases as always) that helps me pass the time but it consists of sending ships to collect materials, producing goods with those materials and then sending ships to deliver those hoods, so can get a bit tedious. There are regular events in the game, some lasting 3 days, some lasting weeks which add to the variety, though as you compete with other players it’s difficult to get the top prizes, unless you want to spend real money on things like extra factories, special ships or materials to make it easier. But, the advert you see bears absolutely no resemblance to the game play or graphics, so is very misleading (something that unfortunately is very prevalent these days) - but as it’s free you can always delete it if you try it and it’s not your thing.

Fun, but confusing and expensive
I loved this at first. But it’s a little confusing, and the question marks that lead to answes that are supposed to help you don’t really help much as they’re too basic. It’s really easy to spend a lot of money in this game. But! Progress happens, and you get to see a lot of ships. I probably won’t play very long because the temptation to buy ships and stuff is too strong for me. This is why I’ve quit a lot of otherwise fun games.

I spend more time reloading the game then playing it when are you going to fix the bugs every time I have to watch an ad I get kicked out of the game ! Fix it ! I am getting very close to just deleting the game and moving on to a game that works!
Amazing game but…
Like in the title it is a amazing game but once you get to Rotterdam it gets kinda annoying because your basically just waiting an hour for every job to get done. It is one of the best games I’ve even played and would definitely recommend to anyone.
Developers getting greedy
Nice enough game, but the recent update clearly pushes players to in game purchases. Where the drop chances previously were close to the stated numbers in the game, they clearly no longer are. E.g. now drowning in grey parts, while the 3 better categories rarely ever drop anymore. At least be honest and say it’s no longer 60, but 90% chance for the weakest parts now.
Some suggestions
As someone who is quite willing to help pay the bills by watching the ads, but utterly unwilling to pay directly for pretend merchandise (like in game money, keys, and other credits) that advances play, I suggest that some of the bottlenecks be opened a bit so that the game doesn’t get bogged down and boring. Accumulating game money is too slow compared to other features. Either provide some means other than getting it from each port every four hours (like making it possible to make a choice of selling ships or products) or increase the payout from each city or decrease the refresh rate. I would also suggest that “improvements” to ships or a higher level of a ship might increase their speed by lowering the transit times for any run.
