The graphics are a huge lie. The last three pictures are the only pictures that have the games genuine graphics. Don’t spend your time on this game.
It a cool game but…
I just got this game and I really like it but there one particular part where go on your second call and it keeps glitching when I click the gurney button glitches the screen to the car and I’m all the way still at the scene, but it won’t let me drive the car. But other than that I think it’s a good game.
Used to be great
This game was one of my favorites, but I played it one day and there were some weird things that were starting to happen. The Graphics started to change “Not Looking as Real as they used to” Police Cars started looking sort of blocky, & the Flashing Lights need to look more realistic & On some of the Vehicles Like the Police trucks need more Flasher’s plus maybe adding more things that you actually would find on a real Police Vehicle

Here is what I recommend, all vehicles need a first person Here is what I recommend for EMs Fire and police. You should spawn at either a police or a fire station. Or the hospital EMS: you should be able to examine and transport the patient to the hospital and bring them in the hospital. Fire: make the fire trucks free or watch adds. You should be able to save citizens from burning buildings or cars or etc. Police: you should transfer the suspect to a court house or the station when you arrest them. You should add new missions and be able to pull cars over. Thank you for a good game
To much adds
there is way to much adds. Everything I do requires an add, And the graphics are not great either. The vehicles have absolutely zero traction. I would not recommend this game.

This game is so horrible what this game made in the 1780s this game has horrible graphics. I can’t remember but I think there was a couple ads in it whoever created this game why did you even think of making this? i really enjoy this game but the only bad thing about it is you get ads every 2 seconds which is very annoying. as soon as i entire the game i get an ad , as soon as i finish a mission , i get an ad and as soon as i click next mission i get an ad thats 3 ads in 10 minutes and the ads are extremely long and annoying too. im hoping they removes ads from this game soon because this game is very fun but the ads just get on my nerves.

The game needs a little fixing because whenever I tried to be the cop one day, it said mission failed, and it made me wreck and so I got mad at it and I try I calm down and then I tried to do with it to play again, but then it said mission failed again, so please fix it. Not very fun..
You use extinguisher on one car and you win when the other car is still on fire.. jobs not done, just wants you to be done the level to show adds. Even if you buy no adds you still have to watch long add to fill up with fuel.. game needs a lot of work.

I can’t even function the game without it kicking me out or freezing for a couple minutes. Also, give the game more vehicles and make the game more realistic. It’s nothing what the pictures show and the pictures are why I got it. Fix some of these problems and then it will be good. Add more effects

First of all what is the point of having lights on the ambulances when they are just gonna be still. Second THIS IS NOT AUSTRALIA! Third when you respond to a call it is multiple missions instead of one! Lastly every mission of one call you are in the vehicle to get out what do you think paramedics do in real life they don’t go back in the ambulance while they are taking car for a patient. Also it’s not pacient it patient. So everything is wrong with the game.
