I spend hours playing it, great game to play also before bed, I just wish it was more fire/ems based I’m not really big on the L.E. Missions and stuff, and I wish it Limited missions and types to what you actually have unlocked/purchased/trained, but other than that it’s an amazing game and I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone who likes dispatch style games
Fahrzeuggrafiken in der Wachenübersicht schlecht geworden
Manchmal können Updates Dinge verschlimmbessern. Nach dem Update vor wenigen Minuten sind in der Übersicht auf der Wache die Fahrzeuggrafiken um einiges kleiner als vorher. Da ist die Mühe an Detailliebe die ich mir gegenen habe hinfällig. Zudem kann man die Fahrzeuge in der Übersicht nicht mehr anglicken um sie zu bearbeiten/verschieben.
Add auto‑release failsafe for stuck patient transport, same as prisoner transport
Prisoner transport has a helpful automatic countdown if no one acts, but patient transport has no equivalent — it just stays locked for hours with no payout if the player goes offline. This is unfair, especially in alliance play where other players' units get stuck idle with no way to finish or get rewards. Please add the same timed auto‑release or failsafe for patient transport.

Overcharged and Didn’t Receive Coins
I was overcharged multiple times. I bought a $19.99 pack and got it, but was charged $53.47 ten minutes later for nothing. Then I tried another $19.99 purchase and got charged $58.87 with no coins. I also bought a $14.99 pack but was charged $53.47. This is unacceptable. I want the products I paid for or a full refund immediately.
Have to buy coins to get anywhere.
I absolutely love this game and it tops every other game out there. However, you basically have to buy coins to get anywhere and there not cheep either. Once you get going tho, it’s very fun and satisfying.

Investissement dans un sdis
Le jeu est très bien, on peut progresser facilement avec beaucoup de choix d’engins.. Cependant après quelques jours la police devient obligatoire notamment pour des feux de maisons. Or après la construction du première commissariat, les 6 interventions pompiers quasi simultané sont réparties avec la police. Résultat les 6 centres de secours quasiment sollicité h24 ne le sont que rarement ce qui perd de son intérêt pour les joueurs voulant s’investir davantage dans les sdis. Je pense ainsi qu’un réglage permettant de gérer le quota d’intervention en fonction des services serait interresant à mettre en place.

The game is great overall, however there is one severe incident that caused this 1 star rating.I have spent well over 30$ on this game to boost my status hopefully unlocking more sooner. I was looking at one of my stations and editing one of my patrol cars and out of literally nowhere I’m kicked out of my account and I tried logging back into my account did not work so I tried resetting my password that definitely did not help this game was great when it worked but until that’s fixed I do not recommend you download this game.
Stop making me type my email and password to relog in 10x a day
Growing and building is hard to achieve without paying. Construction times are long and pricey for a very basic looking game. It’s good for idle pop ins though

Absolutely pi**ed off with this game and daily, event, new update, summer etc tasks. One was build so & so buildings (time limit 5 day so many hours) yet the building takes 6 days to build. I was close to completing 25 daily tasks. That’s now been taken away so working towards that was a waste of my credits & coins. So now I av no credits or coins to use for these new I will call em projects. So what the heck is going on. I absolutely love this game, but it’s really hard to make any headway with all this swapping & changing. Oh also I’m 1 task away from completing 25 summer task, yet there aren’t any tasks on today for me to claim that either. So again a waste of my credits & coins to earn that. I’m seriously invested in this game & idm purchasing coins, but it’s getting less viable to do so. Also I av fibro & all the stress & upset isn’t good for me, that is ow invested I am. But if it doesn’t change I’m unfortunately going to av to delete it for the sake of my health. N I really don’t want to do so. So please do something about this in the next update. Thank you P.s: sorry if it’s tmi at the end, but it’s the truth.
kein Spielfluss mehr möglich…
Ist ein wirklich unfassbar tolles Spiel, in dem man viel Zeit verbringen kann (spiele es selbst seit 2022). Allerdings wird seit dem letzten Update leider nach jeder Alarmierung das Spiel neu geladen und somit ist kein flüssiger Spielfluss mehr möglich. Das nimmt leider jeglichen Spaß an diesem eigentlichen tollen Spiel. Möglicherweise kann dieser Fehler ja wieder behoben werden

Dieses Spiel macht an sich Spaß, allerdings ist es seit Jahren voller Fehler welche nicht behoben werden! Das schränkt den Spielspaß reichlich ein. Ich habe das Gefühl dass das Entwicklerteam die Motivation verloren hat. Zudem ist dieses Spiel sehr darauf ausgelegt Coins für Echtgeld zu kaufen!

Really fun
It would be amazing if it worked offline, I love playing this when I’m bored but the account recovery could definitely be better, I’ve had to restart 2 times because it just randomly signed me out and I couldn’t get back in. Otherwise, it’s a pretty fun game that doesn’t get super boring that easily

Gut, aber ständig Probleme. Jedes Mal wenn ich auf einen Einsatz klicke und Personal rausschicken wird diese nicht angezeigt und rückt auch somit nicht aus. Bedeutet dass der einsatzanzeige weiterhin rot bleibt was extrem nervig ist. Denn so muss man alle Kräfte alarmieren dann wieder zurück alarmieren um sie dann wieder zualmieren

Good (Small bugs/little slow at times)
At first I seen an ad for this game and I’ve tried many games before and thought what would it hurt to try this one. Well so far I’ve actually enjoyed this game. There are a few cons to this game but it also has its pros. The cons would be that this is not a fast paced game it takes forever to build things and hire people for your different agencies. Another thing is some slight laggy loading with slower internet, this game will drain your internet. The pros throughout the time with this game is the small things, like real world map which vehicles travel actual roads, no matter if they are apart of the community you live in or wherever your agencies are built. It takes real time into hand of how long it takes for vehicles to get to calls. There is so many good things with this game but it’s too much to say in a review so download it and find out yourself if you like it or not.

Das Spiel ist total unübersichtlich und blöd. Das „Tutorial“ wirkt wie abgehaspelt. Man rafft nicht wirklich was man machen soll. Fahrzeuge rücken aus und kommen nicht wieder. Man bekommt aber auch keinerlei Meldung, was man ggf. Machen muss, um die Aufgabe zu erfüllen. Gebäudeaufwerkungen dauern anfangs eine Woche und länger. So darf man mit einem Fahrzeug warten bis man dann mal ein zweites bekommt. Bockt leider null. Grafik und Bedienelemente sind auch eher mau.

Great Game, Hard to Progress
Hello, I am writing to share my thoughts about the game. It has an excellent concept and does a great job making you feel like a real 911 operator, especially with the realistic-style CAD. My main concern is the progression system. It is very time-consuming and difficult to advance when playing solo. This becomes more noticeable after reaching the station cap, where building costs increase significantly. At that point, the most effective way to progress is by joining an alliance and sending units to calls generated by more experienced players. I believe the game would benefit from a more accessible progression system so that new players can continue advancing without losing interest. Good but I have a suggestion for Dev
Amazing game, helped me understand more about the first responder system and what the name of each vehicle is. But a note to the Developers, please give a limit of 200 patents for when we make a large scale alliance mission, because I wanted to do some of them since I have a lot of coins. So I did one in LaGuardia airport titled “terrorist bombing in an airport”. I wanted to do 120 victims but the limit is 100. I also have plans to make a event titled” tanker ship hits cruse at port and catcher fire .
In game purchases
It’s a good game but when you first start some of the missions require multiple police cars and they don’t go away until you complete them if you make 2-300 per call how is it possible to invest $1million so you can get more police cars you literally can’t make enough money to progress unless you spend actual money on the game

Most of the game is just waiting, upgrade time is way too long dispatch time is fine but a little long, it takes too much time to get anything done in the game.
Great game
I have been playing this game off and on for about a year now building my hometown‘s fire and police department now that I’ve moved to a different city. I’ve started working on that fire and police department as well as I’m sure you can guess I’m obsessed. I will say here recently in just these last two weeks. The game is being really buggy. Unit response is delayed units. Won’t appear on the map when you’re responding to calls and sometimes Calls won’t even appear until I close and reopen the app not sure what’s going on. Everything‘s up-to-date including my phone. I have an iPhone 17 Pro Max so I’m not sure what’s wrong. Don’t let that deter you though this is obviously a temporary problem. This game is amazing and you will get obsessed with it.
Too many bugs, no contact from Devs.
I really want to like this game but there are just too many bugs to make it an enjoyable playing experience. There are so many server issues, it is a total lottery if you are even going to be able to log on to play On top of that, I’ve just waited 5 days for a training course to finish only for it to be stuck saying a few seconds left, totally unable to use those personnel. Contacted Devs but no reply. Should be a great game but playing experience totally ruins it.

Interesting game, awful ux
The game is definitely interesting, but has some of the worst interface design I’ve seen in a game like this. Inconsistent back buttons, multiple presses to do a single thing, scroll containers in scroll containers. They badly plastered a website into boxes and called it an app. Ignoring most of apple’s native surfaces and elements to provide a better experience. One of those games I don’t want to play just because of the interface

Great Game, possible addition
The game is great but one problem I have is when I have a big call that needs a lot of units it takes forever to dispatch them. Because of this could yall add a “dispatch all” button that dispatches any available units no matter where they are?
Money bait.
Game is excellent, after playing it for a while it starts to demand things like critical care which can only be purchased as the jobs block up the game. Developers don’t answer messages.
Minor flaw
Game itself is awesome, but it won’t let me switch accounts. It loops me back to my first account. It’d be great if this is fixed because I prefer using the app over the website. If you’re a app developer of this games reading this, I’d appreciate it if you fix this
