However since I’ve registered my device a few days ago so I could transfer it to a new one, I’ve noticed that when a priority challenge pops up I’m not able to go through the add and get a Priority challenge.. it only gives me a standard challenge.. Wir reden hier von einem wundervollen Spiel! Genau das richtige macht es ein Heidenspaß und ich genieße wirklich jede Minute, die ich mir nehmen kann, um daran zu spielen. Du bist nicht gezwungen die ganze Zeit vom Mond bis abends dran zu hängen und kannst jederzeit einsteigen. Was mich allerdings stört, ist, dass, wenn man Fehler und Probleme im Spiel findet vom Support und von der Fehlerbehebung keine Rückmeldung. Kommt beziehungsweise auch keine Anstalten diesen Fehler zu beheben. Wenn der Fehler behoben ist, gebe ich dem Spiel auch gerne die verdienten fünf Sterne
Schönes Spiel für Zwischendurch
An sich macht es schon Spaß, das Spiel zu spielen. Aber leider ist es nun zum zweiten Mal so gewesen, dass mein Spielfortschritt (ein Gebiet mit 8 Wachen und nur noch zwei fehlenden Fahrzeugen) und verbundenem Konto (über Apple) mein Fortschritt weg ist und ich von vorne anfangen muss. Das ist sehr schade😣

Outstanding game I’m addicted to it. Only thing is I would increase the chances of upgrading the depots and vehicles abit more so it is slightly quicker to upgrade other than that it’s a quality game

Seems like a lovely game, but twice it seems like it had pop up with lunar console, which no information about, made me delete!

Doesn’t load after update
Need to fix issue , after update no longer loads up have reinstalled and restarted phone since update it’s bugged!

It’s a great game but the only down fall so far is that I have brought a welcome pack for £7.99 and it still has not gone on and the welcome pack is 800 gems and 10000 coins and also 2 tokens each apart from the red which is only 1 token. Can you help with this
Idee ist klasse! Aber viel zu viel und lange Werbung!
Ich war echt begeistert, als ich von dem Spiel erfahren habe… in der Heimatstadt Einsätze koordinieren ist doch ne klasse Idee! Leider ist es sehr mühsam durch ständige Werbung, die man gucken muß. Läßt sich nicht überspringen oder abbrechen. Daher für die Idee 2 Sterne. Spielt lieber Emergency HQ! Das ist wirklich eins der besten Feuerwehrspiele für iPhone und Co! Und ist auch ohne Geld einzusätzen zu schaffen (klar dauert es dann echt lang)

I downloaded this game twice and on both occasions it did not work. It asked for my permission to use my location. I accepted this then it did not load game.
Games great but recent update caused error
I love playing this game but since the latest update, I am unable to open the game at all and it just stays on the loading screen. I’ve uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but still not getting past the load screen. Disappointed as I was about 2 and a half weeks into the daily rewards but now I’m missing out due to this error. Hope admin can get IT to sort out this problem.
BAD GAME!
I HAVE BEEN PLAYING THE GAME FOR DAYS AND I ENJOY PLAYING IT! HOWEVER, I HAVE A SIGN THAT SAYS MY SYSTEM IS OUT OF SYNC! ITS BEEN STAYING ON MY IPAD FOR MINUTES AND MINUTES AND IT STILL WONT GET OFF WHILE I HAVE INTERNET! THIS BUG IS VERY ANNOYING AND IF THE DEVELOPERS DO NOT FIX THIS, IM DELETING THIS GAME!
Good game but too hard to advance
I enjoyed the game very much for a little while but certificates (specially yellow) are almost impossible to earn and you cannot advance in the game. If they fixed this it would be a very enjoyable game.
Love the game no Canadian location
I really love the game, I can’t find the Canadian location where I am from, can you fix that? Location is not working and e-mail didn’t go through
Tried to build a hospital twice
Both times an error popped up that I cannot build there - no explanation of where I can build. Game had charged me tickets and money to build twice, but no hospital has been built. I have no tickets for a third try! I’m too scared to try though. User the FAQ to submit a contact form and it went to a 404 error page. So what do I do now? Terrible! Operator: TheLittleSquidge

I would love this game if it was easier to upgrade things. I am feeling stuck at the same point because you need the green thing to upgrade everything, but it is impossible to get. i have been playing this game for days now and cannot upgrade anything past level two or buy new cars.
REVIEW - 9 out of 10
As a serving emergency response worker this is one of the better games on the market the only thing I would suggest is when you get the opportunity to pick up a call actually some conversation multiple choice optional replies in order to “grade” the job. But other than that outstanding game, I’m addicted.

Fun but unrealistic
it would be great if the stations covered a larger portion of the map as they are upgraded because you wouldn’t have so many units just covering a small area. I tried to put the stations at the real locations in my area but they don’t cross over because the area they cover is too small but it’s a good game if you ignore the map scale

Needs improvement
Player experience has to be enhanced by potentially creating on a unit a flashing markers as if they’re respond lights and siren, will change my review as per future improvements, the developers should see 911/112 operator game for ideas toward enhancement. In addition new siren sounds and vehicle skins should be added. In addition implementing 3D maps.

Love the game but why can’t I use it out of portrait mode, my road layout and my own preference make landscape a better option but I cant do it 😕 really annoying and as my game grows suspect it will get worse until I give up because it’s too much of a pain
A okay game that has potential
A okay game that can become quite addictive, but sadly I have yet to find out how you can build more than two areas (as in cities or towns) and the zone each building covers is very frustratingly small and needs to be improved. Game does have a lot of potential though and love how you can use real life maps to build your setup.
Fun but frustratingly slow!
I’ve been playing this game for a while now and whilst it’s fun and the graphics are great in that you can choose your location to play in, making the roads recognisable, it is starting to become quite frustrating in how hard it is to get green tokens in order to progress. I have 93 blue, just 10 green, 31 yellow and 32 red and it is sooo hard to get the last 2 green tokens I need to buy a new depot. You need 850 emeralds to buy just one blue, green and yellow token, that’s just crazy! Please do something to make it easier and more even as to which colour emeralds you are awarded for completing tasks. I’m afraid the progress is so slow I am near to deleting the game and I don’t want to do that. Thank you.
A fantastic game overall
I absolutely adore this game. I can play it for hours! It’s so relaxing and uses just the right amount of brain power. One criticism that I do have, though, is the contracts system. I would much rather just use coins to pay for upgrades. And the colours don’t seem to make sense. For example, at present, I have 92 blue contracts, 10 green, 0 yellow and 12 red. It’s very frustrating because it’s quite hard to earn contracts, even when I play for hours. Still, I definitely give this 5 stars! I just wish it were a little more balanced. 😅

the game plays SOOOO slow. its boring to wait for units to arrive. wait for buildings to upgrade. not have the certificates to upgrade. I feel this game could be so much better. i deleted after 2 hours of trying to like it.

The game itself is pretty good and addictive. Having played another well know dispatch game for nearly 4 years this come as a good little switch up. However, I changed my phone and while my account was saved with my setup I lost all my emeralds, tickets, coins, levels and also my 6 months VIP. Message sent to devs and still no reply. Very poor support service so if you enjoy the game don’t update your phone. Makes it more annoying that I actually paid real money and lost everything.

Lack of missions, 10 hours not playing and only get 1 mission. Many times sat here with no missions to do but they say it’s normal! Get used to not playing much
Promising Start
I have been playing this game for about 9 hours straight to see how it is, and these are my thoughts alone after progressing a while into the game. The controls are very intuitive and easy to understand, and the gameplay is simple, though it is a bit grindy. The papers mechanic is a bit tedious as well, as the chance that you get the specific papers (particularly yellow and green) and red) you need to upgrade a unit or station is slim even with max response rate which gives the chance of all papers. First thing I would give advice on is to raise the chances of papers as a natural reward for a mission. There also isn’t that many interesting things regarding the missions themselves, though some of the titles are very interesting. The usage of parks is a bit woeful since it appears that they don’t add anything other than being there, which is a bit of a shame. Missions themselves are manageable, though waiting is a bit annoying and the time for missions to appear is inconsistent. The game could use some work by adding things like moving missions and environment affecting the rate and difficulty of missions. Some interesting details about missions could also be interesting to see, such as targets moving or short storylines that focus on several missions. This is only a surface review, so it’s not touching in much, but this game is still promising and I hope to see more updates soon.

I didn’t fully understand what I was doing and now can’t undo or change the decisions. It should recommend to place fire hall on the location of your neighborhood firehouse which would make more sense than having it on “my street”. >> can’t move the station after it’s placed I thought the call sign was for the second fire truck not for my global avatar and now I can’t change me call sign Cool local interactive game play and accurate street directions and buildings
