Great game but…
It’s really good game but is missing major ports like Felixstowe, UK and should add routes that have more than 2 stops. Other than that it is a great game! Also, you should add the Chesapeake and Delaware can for small ships because it would save much more money on fuel for the smaller ships.
Broken
I created a user id when I first opened the app, but the app freezes when opens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app 3 times and it is still stuck at same point. Don’t know why it doesn’t work. I play airplane manager and train manager and they work great. Make this one work for me and I’ll change rating.

Listen… you want people to not immediately install your game? STOP making the shop pop up every other time we open the app! People will spend money on a mobile app when they actually plan on keeping it longer than a week! When you make the store pop up often like this all we want to do is uninstall it tell everyone not to get it and give you 1 star! You’re sabotaging yourself get rid of it nobody likes it and you just look desperate. This is why mobile games are nearly dead. Premium map modes are you serious? Come on let us play the damn game
White screen
Im logging in and then it’s just a white screen i restart my iPad still doesn’t work fix it please
Good game
When I choose a route to a port near or in the the Suez Canal it says 20 hours and would make the ship go around same with the Panama Canal, needs new ports like in the Great Lakes, it has port names but not able to make a route to those ports
Tiny print
You need to make it so we can zoom in to see what is being said on the screen or allow us to adjust the size of the font there's a lot of reading in this game I can't even see it without really straining my eyes. Since I can't see to read it I won't be playing that's a bummer because I like these kind of games. Please make your print bigger or let us adjust the sizes of the print
Pls add more ships and docks/ports
Recommendation by Grady Berry. It would be nice to have more ports my personal favorites being on the Great Lakes like Duluth harbor MN and also maybe Indiana harbor Indiana USA or maybe also some other harbors on the Great Lakes and also some lake freighters would be nice like the Arthur m Anderson and the Edmund Fitzgerald and also maybe other lakers like that great game but needs more please change this and add more. In the video ad of this game it shows blue prints of a ship that ship in the blue prints on the ad is the SS Edmund Fitzgerald it was a famous lake freighter that sank on Lake Superior in a hurricane AKA gale of November. It sunk on a November night on November 10 in 1975 taking the lives of all her 29 crew members. I think it would be cool to have something in the game that is in the video ad. It would be nice to bring it back to life at least by putting that lake freighter in this game along with some other ships that sail the Great Lakes specifically Great Lakes designed freighters like the older ones with pilot house in front like the Fitzgerald and maybe some newer ones also and some Great Lakes ports would be nice you could have your fleet of lake ships hauling iron ore, limestone, coal or grain or etc making money just on the Great Lakes so you could have money being made on the Great Lakes while money also being made around the world with the current ships and ports. Please add this it would make this game way better.
Recent Changes
After playing for years, I’m not sure what has happened recently to the game mechanics, but in the past month or so, without making any changes to the business or strategy, i have lost over a billion dollars and nearing bankruptcy. (Before that i had a very successful business). I guess i will stop playing and paying since it’s not escapable?

Great Game
I love this game! There is a suggestion I have though. What if y’all made a game, just like this, where you can create and manage your own cruise line. You would be able to choose and create cruise ships, and you can choose which port it sets sail from, and its destination(s). That’s all I have.
Waste of time
Great game when starting then it’s dies due to lack of development. Bait and switch dead end game.
Good game, improvements needed
Great game, but it could use some improvements, particularly in the UI. It would also benefit from more ways to enhance your reputation. Additionally, introducing routes with multiple ports of call (e.g., Rotterdam to New York to Miami and back to Rotterdam) would add more depth to the gameplay.
Pay to progress
It spoons becomes apparent that unless you are prepared to spend real money you will just stagnate. Just sending ships from port to port with raising up the ranks.
You guys might have messed up your coding
The messages,buttons, and interactions are under the format of global/Name instead of the name and the tutorial is simply Titorialtext.txt

Love the game has good graphics, but it would be nice to have more ports and vessels. But over all great game
Don’t buy
The game is 1.) not fun and 2.) a huge money grab. Most things don’t make sense in this game. I got audited in the game which was never explained in the game and it cost so much that I can only keep playing this game if I use real money. Safe yourself the time. I’ve been playing awhile to pass the time but what they did to me was criminal
Good but needs 1 major improvement
Really good simulation game. However, there is no button to have the vessels running 24/7. You have to manually depart the vessels, instead of them arriving at the port, discharging, loading and then departing by themselves, which would be a very good function to have!
No allegiance in alliances
A player can randomly get kicked out of a so called alliance for no explanation. Developers should make it that is a player is removed from an “alliance”, that rational must be given.
Coding
All of the buttons are titled in their original code, because of this a lot of the buttons take up to much room and I can’t see the rest of them. However I think it would be a good game if this was fixed, maybe you guys can advise me as to how to fix this myself.

Glitch and customer support - ouch!
I love this game and I have played for months. Even spent real world $ on it. But something happened in the last two weeks that is frustrating me to the point of considering quitting the game. The price of fuel changes regularly. The price was very high, and it changed to very low. My fuel tanks had been empty so I filled them all the way to the top - after the price changed to very low. I noticed all my money was gone, The game had accidentally charged me the very high price from the previous period. I took screenshots of the low gas price, and the amount I was actually charged, and submitted it to tech-support . Two weeks later, we are still having back-and-forth discussions via e-Mail where “cathy” waits 24 hours to respond, asks vague questions that don’t help drive clarity, or sends unformatted data tables. I am a loyal, paying gamer. I am raising an issue that will help Trophy and other gamers… but I am being treated as if a liar instead. Booooooo!!! @Trophy if you respond to this, respond with a supervisor and not Cathy please.
Fun
Good game, would be cool if it incorporated local economies such as the great lakes; as well as implemented some form of overland shipping (rail/tractor trailer).

Has potential but…
This game is from the same creators as Airline Manager and Train manager both really fun and engaging. This game is however just ok… I guess running a shipping company is just a really boring and unprofitable endeavor. Accumulating much of anything is hard and time consuming and watching boats float slowly isn’t even fun (the basic map option doesn’t event show where their headed you just see the boat not its route and I see no reason in spending $$$ for a better map). The cost of fuel and marketing/Lobbying fees are typically so high that you barely ever break even on this game even if you spend real money (which gives you very little to spend in the game). Overall this game can be fun as the other titles from the creator. However this specific iteration is simply too basic, too slow and cumbersome to be either a deep strategy game or an idle game.
Great game, could use improvement.
Overall a very solid game. I find it boring however, to sit around for 5 hours waiting for my ships to reach ports to depart again. But it is realistic. Id like to see maybe a cruise ship side added to this game.
Use to be fun!
Could be a fun game, however, the hijackings destroy it. When you have a ship hijacked every 5 minutes, it begins to feel like money grab.
Why must I need to use a website?
This is probably going to be a good app, but I cannot access it because I have to use a website and my websites are blocked(restrictions) so I do not know what the game is like . four stars

Good game, but the progress of the game is very slow unless you spend more money.

Bulk
Love this game but we need an option to add our own ship pictures to new ships, and add a new category of bulk ships. I think that would be a very good addition to the game 👍🏾
Game stopped working
I was playing and it said to reload game cause I have a old version I pressed the reload button and it keeps saying the same thing over and over again
Excellent as expected
However it would be 5 stars if there were not so many bugs, and one other thing when you touch a vessel to bring up the pop up window of info the x to close it is located in an awful place meaning you constantly open the company information tab while trying to close the pop up window with this badly placed little tiny x. It should be just swipe away it is 2024 I find it to be extremely racist that there is a 0% chance of pirates in the nato regions of map but only where people of colour reside ie South America Africa and Asia are full of pirates total racism from the developers
SLOW!
Il gioco magari è anche bello, ma è lentissimo, volevo vedere per comprare qualche mappa in più per vedere che magari c’è qualcosa di interessante, ma il video non va, si apre e mi fa vedere 2 minuti di un’immagine, dal primo momento che sono entrato in gioco è lentissimo tutto, a caricare i menu, a caricare il negozio, a caricare qualsiasi cosa con cui si interagisce, l’unica forse non lenta sono le impostazioni. Ho un IPhone XR, sicuramente non l’ultimo uscito, ma nemmeno il più vecchio, mi girano tranquillamente e senza problemi giochi con qualità grafiche molto più dettagliate, questo gioco invece che è formato solo da menu riesce a non caricare, ottimizzatelo Perfavore. Continuerò a provare a giocare finché non mi stuferò di aspettare i caricamenti. Ma sicuramente non comprerò le mappe, dato che non posso nemmeno vedere l’anteprima.

Although there is only portrait mode in the game it plays well but developers please produce landscape mode that are designed for the iPad as it would play better. Do this and it would be 5 stars from me.

There’s billions of dollar to be made in the shipping industry and I thought I should give this game a shot to get myself familiarized with the business and it did not disappoint.

I earned almost 1000 points by an offer for signing up Now I can’t open the app at all. I’ve reset my phone and everything. Smh please help
Great game but has one flaw that makes it kinda unbearable to play
I love playing airline manager and shipping manager. I’ve played airline manager since the first version came out a couple years ago. With shipping manager and the new airline manager there is one flaw that makes it horrible to play. 80% of the time when I try to play the game it either takes over 5 minutes to load or just never loads at all. Most of the time I’ll just be trying to log on for a minute or two to depart my ships or planes. Other than this these two games are by far the most fun games I have on my phone. If there is any way the developers can fix this it will make this game so much better. I am only giving 4 stars just because of this. I haven’t seen this issue with previous versions so I don’t know what’s going on. I have tried fixing it on my phone to see if it’s just me by freeing up a lot of space and restarting it a lot but nothing helps. Please fix this.

Needs music
The game is great. But the game really needs some music. Same goes with the other games you make
So slow, it’s unplayable
I consider myself a patient person, but when a game consistently only has maybe three minutes of gameplay at a time with hours of downtime in between (even in the easy mode) it’s not even worth it. Maybe if you wanted to spend a lot of real money to buy fake money to move things along faster, that’s your choice, but it’s not worth it

Game seems great but i can tbe asked to play 3mins every 3hrs is there a speed up button
Feels clunky
Has the makings of a very immersive management simulation. But the interfaces feel clunky and some of the features and key aspects of the game aren’t exactly clear or intuitive which makes the game slow and boring. Making of a 5 star game
Potential
This game has potential just seems to be a few bugs. Recently my ships have been stuck at dry dock for days! The counter shows to be going down, but if I close the app and reload, they are still at dry dock. What should have taken 24 hours is taking 2-4 days at times. I’m just starting to lose interest. After 20ish ships it becomes a rat race of making money, maintenance, or fuel/CO2. Pretty realistic coming from someone who does this for a living. Keep at it
