wouldnt be bad
game is slow, takes time to learn as barely show. what means what, hard to achieve anything without soending money, although it is interesting for slow players over long term although the game server keeps crashing and i think if that keeps happening will have to delete it, good didnt soend anything as of yet and seen the game needs alot of work, but probably got good future if delevopers will improve make it more interesting and stop it from crashing all the time..

Sometimes, missions spawn, but I dont have the necessary vehicles to complete it, so the only way to get rid of the mission is by using my coins. Can you add like a cancel mission button to solve this? overall, great game.

You just changed the colour from red to blue and you just use MissionChief instead. This is basically a knockoff version of MissionChief. What the hell?

First it was fantastic, but it very quickly gets harder to work without spending real cash to get going. I wish games wouldn’t do this :(

First suggestion Lower the time it takes to like upgrade/build a building, like why I gotta wait a whole week just to just finish a Fire Department Upgrade Second Add daily rewards like 2-3 coins a day or cash But overall the game is good

I love this game i just redownloaded it i lost my account but i dont care cause i wanted to start fresh anyways but when i go to create another account i cant because my email is “already taken” by fire mission cheif so im stuck with a guest account which most alliances dont except so idk what to do now because i cant just use some random persons email

Love this game, but please bring satellite mode back. It seems to have gone away with latest update.
Shocking
My game keeps crashing and won’t load I send pictures as proof and nobody responds for ages. When they do reply I just get the message saying “the issue should be fixed try restarting the game” guess what it never is. The customer service is terrible and the game has many bugs

I love the game but I want to delete my account and it keeps saying ‘Credentials are incorrect’ when I typed it in exactly… and I contacted the supporters but they haven’t responded yet.

Game had recently lagged over a 10 min period meaning I am now fighting harder to finish one mission and daily task. Can’t load chat in alliance / can’t load missions. I have to manually go on the map and locate my missions causing unnecessary delay

So I deleted the police station I made to move it and then I didn’t have enough money for a new one so can you please make it where you can make a new game ( so what I said I take back but I had to delete my account but i can make a new one )

This has great potential however 1:No need to use your personal location to set up a station & 2: The interface for controlling/building is sadly not set up well & confusing. Pity really
Fun but has some issues
The game is fun but there are several issues with it. The hospital is supposed to release a patient after an hour, none of my patients have been released and I have to spend coins to free up space for new patients. Also, the police stations do not have any cells and I cannot find a way to put prisoners in them. I have to release prisoners which doesnt allow me to complete the mission to collect my reward. Other than that the missions pop up fast and the game is engaging.

Till the 15th January, my game generate mission with a ratio of 100km, due of “too many station of the same type are built to close to each other” I don’t have and the technical service confirm I don’t have. Apparently they can do nothing for the moment :-( It’s a shame!!!

Major complaint
So tonight i went to go back on my game and continue as usual only to find out it’s not only totally logged me out but seems to have wiped all my progress and I held rank of chief inspector several police fire and ambulance stations and countless units Get this sorted out or the app will be deleted end of story cause at the moment as it stands the only thing I would recommend is not to install this app
Amazing but very long
I love the real life aspect of this game and almost everything else about it. Only issue is that money is extremely difficult to make especially in the early stages and all upgrades take forever to complete. Its also difficult when you have missions that require units you don’t have. Right now all of my missions are clogged up with missions that need K-9 units or something else specific that I don’t have anywhere.

Mission Chief in general is bad
In this game I get harassed a ton, I leave an alliance to get away from harassment only to go to another one and get mistreated there. Definitely a ton of alliances to avoid, then go over to the board and it’s run all by the top alliance in the game and I get mistreated over there for no reason. Support sure doesn’t help when I small them. Legal action I would take but isn’t possible.

Absolutely garbage, enjoyed this game for a small period of time but having now spent a considerable amount on the over priced in game purchases my account appears to have logged out or deleted itself and I am now unable to retrieve the in app purchases I have made. Complete and utter cowboys, would NOT recommend, you will have to spend a fair bit of money to get anything done in this game and you will then run the risk of you losing your money anyway so avoid.

A fun game but as far as functionality and ongoing interest I have to give this game 3 stars. For one it cost WAY to much money to play this game and advance on a fun level, no special packs or offers just a straight price for what you want. Compared to what I have parent on here compared to other games, I have enjoyed those others way more. Also the developers need to add more interesting content and do something way more interactive with the interface. This game has awesome potential but need a lot more thought through ESPECIALLY when you charge as much as you do for basically nothing....like games from 2010. Will update if things get better here.

The game takes a little time to get used to I am just beginning and I am not a pro yet but I can tell you this my city is crime free and clean of all fires. I’ve had a lot to learn like how to sell a car that I no longer need at my station the instructions are a little vague but I have common sense so I’ll be able to figure it

Enjoyable, but limited.
You’re basically a dispatch controller ordering units around with the ability to decide where stations are located. While this is enjoyable, there’s no function for automatically dispatching units, so I predict the larger your organisation gets, the more frustrating micromanagement will get. Would be great if as you promote, lower level missions can be completed for you, maybe by using the patrol function. ie if a unit capable of completing a mission below your rank is patrolling within a set distance from an incident, they will attend. This means you move from dispatcher to manager, carefully creating routes to predict where units may be required, while still controlling new level missions and keeping the game fresh. One really good aspect it using real life maps. I think that is really unique and adds enjoyable location recognition; it did make me smile when an animal attack was occurring across the road from my house!
