Stopped working on my iPad.
I have been trying to access this game on my iPad for quite some time…it kicks back to home page. I still have magic, but cannot play. I have contacted the company, but they won’t maintain the IPad version. I want to transfer my magic to my phone…but I don’t know how. No support from the company.

It stopped working on two different devices. An iPad and an iPhone.. I tap the icon and nothing happene.
Slow but could be interesting
Overall this game is different but oh, so slow. The pieces move slowly and the Free Fall is very long. There is no way to get out of it but the explanations are minimal so I don’t really know. The game is also dark. Maybe that’s intentional.
Glitch
Every time I finish a level I have to exit the game, re-enter, and download new levels to get the next level. Once this gets fixed I would definitely give 5 stars.
Just like the character - good and bad
I want to love the game and I do ... somewhat. Pros: Very pretty and lush feeling. I like the mechanics. Cons: It is very slow. My iPad is only a couple of years old, but the game feels like it is in slow motion. Plus every time you miss a level it tells you at least 3 times that you LOST A LIFE. It is irritating when you want to get on to playing. I expect these games to want money. That doesn't bother me. However, it would be nice to have just a bit of instruction for new game mechanics. If you want to see it all done right, play the "Villains Match" game. Well done and I love playing. Even when I lose (and I am in high levels, so it is harder). I like the ideas you have here, just please look into getting the speed fixed and being a pinch more descriptive. Also ... I know I lost a life. You can feel free to offer me lives for pay, but don't waste my time or I will just leave. If not pushed too hard, I will generally buy a few things in a game I like.

This game has been promising new levels for over 6 months. I’ve played all the levels in both books. The only thing that shows up is the same sad challenge levels that I have been seeing since I first downloaded it in 2020. They are supposed to be available for 6 days but if you’re lucky they show up for 2 days. Fortunately there are a lot of good match 3 games and I intend to find one I’m interested in playing. I can’t promise it will not be Disney related! Disney has always been family now it is synonymous with lying cheating and greed! Walt would be ashamed.
Love this Game but....
I’ve played this game for years but now I have to say goodbye. The ads are what’s ruining this game They’re either way too long or even more annoying is they won’t shut down and i end up staring at a black blank page at which point I have to shut the whole game down and start over again! I play other free games and the longest adds are 10-15 seconds. The graphics are still great but I’m more annoyed than I enjoy the game

The ads are getting absolutely ridiculous. Maybe it’s time to offer a paid, no-ad version, which I will be the first to buy! There are far too many free games that are ad-free, and you could be one of them. The ads are just becoming far too frequent, and extremely annoying and frustrating!

There’s always a developer problem
Every time I get up to seven or eight weeks in a row, there’s always a problem with this app where it crashes and then you don’t get your points anymore and when they finally get it up and running you go back to week one. I’ve been playing this game for a long time- I’m at a very high level and the developer can’t even think of any new and exciting games to add most of them are the same games from 5 years ago.

I enjoy playing the game very much. However, I bought the piggy bank for $2.99 but was not credited to my account. Please do so! As of today, 1/5/2024, I just purchased for 10.98 a package of magic but was not credited for it to my game.
Scam for money
The app says any purchase will stop pop-up adds. Well, it does for a while. I could play for a few months then all of a sudden they start popping up again. So a while back I made another small purchase and the adds disappeared but as of yesterday they are back. What a scam!

Daily rewards keep resetting
The daily rewards keeps resetting to day 1. You can’t build up reward points so you can’t buy magic items. Maybe time to give up on this game.
Needs a fix
So this has happened twice now I get the magic bundle pop up and I hit the X at the top and when I do that the game crashes and then when I log onto it again it continues to crash and I’ve lost all my progress twice please fix this
Lvl 1549 stuck
The level gets stuck firing the fireball back and forth and there is no way to stop to it. I have to quit the game to restart, but there is no way around it that I cannot continue on. * if you do not want to see ads just turn your Wi-Fi off.

I’ve been enjoying this game for quite some time but it’s been too long since the last update and there hasn’t been any of the mini games I’ve come to enjoy. I’ll keep checking back.
Just deleted it
Had not updated the game for a long while. When I did it demanded I accept giving it access to other accounts to “personalize ads”. Ads? Nope. Delete. Sad.

Since the new developer took over, all it does is crash. Not much point to new levels when you can’t get past 2775.
Please fix
Great game. Been playing for years, but the current update (9.13.2) crashes on open. Latest OS installed. Far too many adds, many of which disrupt or crash the game and are inappropriate for kids.

I’m sorry, used to love the game until I wasn’t given a choice to watch the videos. Even if I click no to watching one for free moves, it forces me to watch it anyway. These videos pop up after every level and it’s getting on my last nerve. Now with this latest update it won’t even open. Do you guys even read these reviews?!

I love this game but I find it so irritating that I have power ups sometimes but then other times when I need them they are not showing? It is also very annoying that the bonus awards of extra time don’t last until the next day.
