My favorite game
This has been my stress reliever for many years. I like knowing what I need to do to accomplish the goals. I especially loved working towards the ornaments on the tree. I guess I’m done though because I’ve got three stars on every level and my tree is full and I can’t make anymore ornaments. I wish I could start all over! I love this game!

Disappointing
Thought it was going to be a fun relaxing game. It isn’t. Every two or three levels has an advert, most of which you have to hunt for the way to get out of. This isn’t relaxing, it’s more stress inducing bs. I will not suggest it to Anyone unless they have more patience than a deity.
Apparently Stinks
Going by what I have been reading under your reviews the general consensus is that your game stinks. But apparently you are not taking the public seriously. So I am joining the ranks of others and deleting you once again. I sincerely hope someone else starts a fair and reliable game like yours and all of us disgusted customers will load theirs and you won’t have anyone. You won’t listen and you won’t fix any glitches….so what’s fair is fair. Too bad!
Not worth the hassle
I don’t mind some ads, but if I’m spending as much time trying to find the nonexistent X, to close the ad (instead of it forcing me to open my App Store app) and return to the game — well, it just isn’t worth it. I actually spent more time playing the advertised game than I did the actual game. Sorry to have to delete the app, the game is fun, but ultimately not worth the hassle of trying to play.

Level Failed AFTER watching the ad
Your ads no longer have the little X to exit out once finished so that I can get back to my game, it’s happened three times where there’s no x and I have to just completely get out of the app, losing my game. Please fix.
Issues
I’ve played the game for a few years and generally enjoy it but there are frustrating glitches. When you decide to use the option to increase time it often takes one of your turns but does not increase time.
So frustrating
I have enjoyed playing but when I get 3 stars it never records it I have 3 on many levels but end up on a game I mastered. The horrible glitch isn’t fun either. Please correct this for me there are numerous levels I have 3 stars on but it never shows when I select a level that shows 1 or 2 stars. Frustrating!!!
Ads Keep Freezing
So frustrated with the way the ads (particularly the Vita Jigsaw ads) freeze up, causing me to actually restart my iPad and lose any progress I had made before the ad froze everything. Also, when that happens, I lose the progress I had made on the ornament challenge. And it makes me start over. Please fix that! I’m about to delete this game.

A Fun Game but……
The images are a bit too small. Could see them better if they were larger. Hard for older eyes to focus.
Renewing time is broken!
You can get down to only one or two squares left and an ad pops up to renew time. But it doesn’t register properly so even if you watch the 30-45 seconds ad, you loose the game and have to start over. Very Frustrating!

I love this game but 1) it freezes up a lot and then I have to start the level over and 2) it says I’ve failed because I’ve run out of time and the timer is showing lots of time left. Plus I do the ad thing to get extra time. I’ve deleted it. Hope when I try again it’ll be fixed.
Level 433 , 435 , 439
These levels has frozen up on me more times than I can count, it’s so frustrating. I love this game but I’m about to delete it. Because you can’t enjoy it for fear of freezing the heck up!! Please fix if possible!! There’s an ad that freezes up dealing with some privacy acts and it freezes up just about the time you’re cleared the dang board. Why would you run an the freezes the yuck up?? Will you PLEASE fix Level 855 needs to be fixed! Dang, it’s like if you don’t download a game you’re punished because the game will immediately tell you you’ve run out of time. So frustrating because you have only one or two plays to go before you clear the board! I’ve been playing this game for quite some time now because I love it. I’ve deleted it but always find myself reloading it . I have finally decided I’m licked! Yeah, I give up on thinking you will see this malfunction and fix it. That sure didn’t happen. This old lady is signing off!!!
Very glitchy
The game glitches quite a bit. And when it does, there is no one contact. You’re just screwed. They’ll gladly take your money if you’re dumb enough to spend it, but there is no support at all.

I love this game and as it gets more difficult I find I need to watch the stupid ads. However, when I do and try to go back to the game, no matter what I do, it always just starts a new game! It never brings me to where I was in the game I was playing! Am I doing something wrong?

I have been playing this game for a while now and never had a problem. Now I had an update on my IPad and it won’t come up. If I delete it and install it again it will come up, but it starts all over from level 1. I am getting very frustrated.
Need fixes
Game doesn’t load. Takes 5 times before the candy cane shows and game can be played I can’t see the timer, it’s too small There is no information about how much time you have left or to start When it asks do you want to watch ad to add time if you say yes, you watch the ad, it says you are out of time. Please help. I love this game and spend way too much money on purchases but I keep playing
Freezes
I actually like playing the game. BUT I can almost be finished with a game and the ad(s) will freeze!! I try to fix it and I’m forced to start the game over 😳 It doesn’t happen every time but enough times to be annoying. Is this a fixable problem? Sometimes the game itself will freeze.🙄 It’s me again 👋🏼 Please stop repeating my boards 🙏🏼 OMG ITS FREEZING UP SO MUCH! Okay, I will soon delete the game and never return ‼️
Misleading
I’m trying to like this game but it says watch an ad for extra bonus time then if your lucky you get 5 seconds before it says you ran out of time. I tried several times, same thing. Too many stupid ads. But I’m not stupid. Not wasting anymore time on this deceitful game. DELETING ASAP

Too many technical issues
There are so many problems with thugs game, I cannot count them. Two major problems: you might try moving a piece one direction only to have the program move it in another; it shows you have x amount of time, but it quits with time left. It gives you a chance to watch ads to increase your time. Most games actually give you a goal to reach. I haven’t figured out what the goals are with this. It has been very poorly programed.

Love the game but is interrupted by way to many ads. If you don’t let them you have to start over. This is annoying. Why do we need to agree with it in order to keep playing this game. I give it a two because of this. Otherwise it is a great game if you have the patience to wait every few minutes for the ad to get done
Fun until it isn’t
It is fun for a few levels then it makes you watch too many ads to extend your time. Sometimes it hangs and the only way to continue playing is to reboot my iPad. Gave it too many chances then uninstalled it. Too bad, had fun while it worked.

I love playing the game, but hate the freezes and many ads. It’s getting more and more common that I finally beat a game and it freezes up, making me play the same game all over again. Too many ads as well.

I have played this game for years. I usually remove, a while after Christmas. I have been really into this game this year. But Saturday, it started crashing. Since then, I am unable to open the app. I get to the peppermint it shows while opening and then it blinks away and I am back to my Home Screen. I have purchased extras and they are still in the game.
Please fix the bugs
I enjoy playing the game but when I am offered rewards for watching a video ad, the game freezes or it doesn’t give any rewards at all! And when you are asked if you want bonus time to watch an ad, you are forced to watch 2-3 to get extra time. It is very challenging and I’m glad you get rewards when you play for 30 minutes straight.
Game Crashing
I also have problems with it crashing. I have been unable to load for days despite applying updates. Is there a fix in progress?
Fun but...
It keeps glitching after about the 27th level. The game won’t open. Starts to then shuts off. Tried deleting and reloading but starts from beginning and did the same when I got passed level 27. Sad cause I liked it.
