Game crashing
The game is crashing for the past week.
Ads
Take something fun and make it not fun anymore. Truly sad. Its the wave of the future. Stuff as many ads as you can to make people hate your app. Developers don’t care anything about the people who play. Just stuff as many ads down their throat as you can.
Great game
I love this game. My only complaint is Jazz is needy and whiny but I just turn the volume down whenever he comes on screen. Just shows how greedy animals can get with food.
Why the ad change?
I don’t know why they changed how you can close off the ads but now it is annoying trying to get back to the game. I get that you have to have ads on a game, but after you watch it for the amount of time required you should just be able to click an X. Now I have to click on open store wait additional time and then hit an X. Why was it changed to this? I am uninstalling because of this.
Gross ads are ruining it
This game is fun but the disgusting ads are turning my stomach. I’m close to deleting it altogether.
Nice 🤙
This game has thousands of levels and it doesn’t constantly prod you for money. It does have an opening reminder about extras you can purchase, but after that, it’s all game with minimal ads. They also hand out lives like candy and have good incentives to return daily.
Bugs not fixed for months
I love this game…maybe too much. But in March of 2025 I submitted a bug report on the game’s Tournament play, where gold tickets I had earned over YEARS just disappeared. I can report any time and they’ll freebie me 5 tickets, but as I’ve reported, the game will use one of those tickets and the other four will disappear, so if I want to play the tournament I can only do so by reporting again, which I have done at least five times. It is now late December 2025 and this bug still is not fixed. (It is the same for all 3 colored tickets, but I only mention the gold for brevity).
Rotation
I have to add my name to the list of people that find the game not desirable to play in portrait mode. The way I hold my iPad is landscape. My fingers can both support the iPad comfortably and reach across the screen comfortably; Not so in portrait. I hope it was not a choice to do away with the rotate ability as it was more playable the other way. Also the screen is more crowded in portrait.
Lost everything
After latest update I lost all coins and boosters
The ads are killing me.
Used to be one of my favorite games. It is now become one of my dreaded games. The majority of ads on this game are broken. Your only way out is to completely shut down the game. I see the same ads on other games and they are not broken so I have to believe that it is the negligence of this apps team to keep broken ads out of their system. And the advertisers have gotten smart. The complaint button at the bottom left stopped working so you can’t complain that the ad is broken. Sometimes an ad may run for as long as three minutes. I was told they have a standard that no ad should run longer than 40 seconds and there has to be the closure button clearly visible. None of their standards are being followed. Fix it! Don’t bother contacting the app developers,I did, still failing in following through with their standards.
My favourite game, 8 years in a row.
I’ve been playing this game since I was a kid, and I’ve always loved it. Once they introduced ads, I was hesitant to play again - but these ads aren’t invasive; if you don’t want to watch, you don’t have to. All the ads are skippable & not required. Love it!
Way too many adds and no add free version
I used to love this app, but now there are so many adds and in app purchases it makes it hard to even play a level. I'd buy an add free version but they don't have one so I am gong to remove it again.
Rotation part 2
I am another one who has played this game for years and suddenly cannot rotate it on my iPad. I even deleted it, giving up all my rewards I had accumulated, and reinstalled it. Same problem. I’ve tried reinstalling several times and it’s always the same. I can get vertical but not horizontal. Please fix!!! (And no, I do not have rotation lock on)
Latest update killed it?
All coins and previous boosts suddenly vanished after update and ads came back. Loved this game, but it’s unplayable now.
Fun game
So I grew up watching Looney Tunes where Elmer Fudd shot Bugs Bunny. And I could go on and on. Once I became an adult, I couldn’t believe my parents let me watch such violent cartoons. There is some of that here. Where Simon slaps the guy with a baseball bat and I’m reminded of my childhood. Have we not moved forward in society where we can have games that appeal to children and ARE NOT violent??

Up to level 15 or so without problems. Just wondering if I get to a level where there is only one solution of if it is random puzzles. Worth finding out. Several years later, and it is a daily treat! *** updated several years later **** CANNOT PLAY IN LANDSCAPE MODE ANYMORE! **** is it time for a new game???
Least favorite of the Simon’s Cat games
Cute game but the long ads ruin it. There are 3 THREE 12 minute ads back to back in between every game. That’s too long. It takes the fun out of it for me.
REALLY??! Treat Heist is 15 now?!?
I have had fun with this game for years, but I can’t believe you made Treat Heist require FIFTEEN games to win, as opposed to five. How obnoxious!!
Awesome game
I’ve been playing this game for years and love it. From the animation, to the daily challenges, tournaments, and the fact that one can opt out of the ads for a small fee all contribute to a great experience. One can also choose to watch an ad and get extras and not pay anything. The developers also are extremely helpful whenever there’s an issue. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a family-friendly fun game.
Deleting because Help person is rude
I’m sure their Name isnt really Dany but I am deleting this app after years of playing directly because of them. I’ve had to reach out to the help tab only twice and both times they have been very condescending, rude and makes it seem like you getting glitches in the game is your fault. They then will not listen, will get it wrong and then blames you.

Long time player finally quitting
I’ve been playing this game on an almost daily basis for years (since 2017, apparently) and I’m done. So many of the things that I liked about this game have been changed for the worse. I loved being able to play in landscape mode and that’s gone. The ads were present, but pretty unobtrusive and easy to close, and those have been replaced with more and longer ads that are increasingly hard to escape out of. The worst part is the addition of banner ads in levels, because these really impede gameplay. I now make so many “mistakes” because the formerly smooth play is so choppy and unresponsive because of the banner ads. Again, I have played this game almost every day, practically since it came out, and the frustration level is just so high that it’s not worth it, even just to play the daily challenge. Enjoy your ads, I’m done.

The ads are very persistent, extremely hard to close. Very annoying.
View modes gone
I love this game and will continue playing for sure, but have not seen developer comments regarding a lot of players issues with portrait/landscape mode now locked, can this please be in a new update???
No more Chapter’s in “Blast Time” version? Why?
I have played all of Simon’s Cat games. Started on my phone, uninstalled them when they stopped updating with NEW LEVELS. Not all of Simon’s Cat games have synched to my Tablet. That is why I’m leaving a Review about “Blast Time” here. - I really enjoyed “Blast Time”, but ran through all chapters of the “Story Book” (finding Elves) and completing the additional items to be found on each of the Chapter’s pages. I am very disappointed, I L💖VE Simon’s Cat❣️ But if the Developer’s are not going to add new levels, and/or challenges, I will not be RE-INSTALLING them 😢 Please reply with an explanation.
Can’t turn my iPad no more to play
Since the last game update, I can’t play landscape position at this game. Has been playing on this side of my iPad over 10 years. Now need to put it portrait. It’s a bummer… hope it will be corrected, because I love that game!
Bring back landscape mode
Like many reviewers have said already, I am extremely disappointed that the game is no longer available in landscape mode. This ruins the experience when playing on an iPad. I have been playing this game for years - I absolutely loved it - it’s my means of relaxation! It’s no longer enjoyable to play. Please bring back the landscape option! Thank you for your help. Daily quest crash: 2nd notice
Have been enjoying this game for a long time, so would normally give it high marks, but for the past several days, trying to start the Daily Quest causes it to crash and close on my iPad. Not sure if something new was done to the program that’s causing this, but wanted to advise others about it and its tech support of the problem.

New Levels
New levels every week? Where are they? I’ve done everything to update the software on my iPad but still no new levels. Am getting frustrated now and will be uninstalling. Shame as I’ve played this game for a long time.
Ads are ridiculous!
I have played this game from near the beginning of release. But it has evolved into a hassle to play. Very frustrating! The ads are absolutely ridiculous! There are way too many! They advertise games without ads while continuing to increase them on this game. Also, there are many offensive ads pushing agendas that only a few people hold. Agendas don’t belong in games. Then there are the ads where there is 3 in a row that you have to click next on so they will advance to the next one. When you open the game app you’re bombarded with a bunch of stuff you have to click off on just to play the game! I just want to play the game & relax. Some levels are nearly impossible to pass! I just played level 6813 & it is impossible to pass! I wasted all of my helps & coins-about 1,250!
Landscape mode gone
After all the years I have been playing this wonderful game. I am probably going to have to stop. I love landscape modes on games because it allows me a much better view when using an Ipad etc. Squinting and moving my eyes up and down on the Ipad does bother me more then reading right left to right. Hello, all - I have been bemoaning that the game was no longer working in landscape mode, but today I discovered a fix: click on the gear icon on the bottom of the game and you will find a “switch to landscape” button! Why didn’t the developers let people know about this? Who knows… but at least it works now. If you want to go back to portrait mode, just go back to the gear icon. Hope this helps everyone missing landscape mode! Cheers!

The only 4 lives thing is completely stupid. Especially on the hard levels.
Grammar
Could someone clever please clear up the grammar in this and pop time? Protect your heart, acknowledge what it’s feline should probably swap that for what. Otherwise a great game. This would make it way less annoying.

One of the best games in the Draw match Genre if not the best! I love the art, interface and graphics! The gameplay is so smooth I love it so much! I love saving my progress to Apple ID as well too!! I only wish there was a profile where you can see stats and a leaderboard, which would be cool for them to add.. please keep this game going keep adding infinite levels!!!!!
Do not update game😕
I recently updated the app and when it was done, I lost all of my coins; I had over 40,000 and received 450. Then all of my boosters also were stripped away!!! I had several hundred stored as I use them sparingly. I am very disappointed with this! I have been playing this game for years and this has never happened in the past. My current level is 5172.
Adverts
Love this game, I’m on level 7468, but it has far too many adverts now, especially Royal Kingdom, or something like that, please sort it out.

I love this game, but as someone who plays on a iPad, please, please bring back landscape mode! Playing in portrait mode on a ipad makes everything too large for the screen!
Forced to click on an ad
Let it be know, any ad I am forced to click on, especially several times, to move forward in the game: I will never use or purchase that product. If I have previously used that product I will stop using, purchasing. I do love the game, some of the ads are too much. Do like the new portrait format. Landscape format at was a nicer game. Why did the last update lock out landscape mode?
It’s far more comfortable to play in landscape than portrait when using an iPad.

Every time I log in, the game keeps giving me boosters, deals, counts treats, spot the difference, fox hunt, 10 level nonsenses, I just want to play the game. But because of all this I don’t have time. Deleted. Game designers- you guessed it, kill yourselves.

Can’t link account / resolved
I actually really enjoy the game. It would have five stars if I hadn’t recently bought a new iPad. There is absolutely no info regarding transferring my current game to the new pad. Even Google couldn’t find the info. All my other games were easy. Two of the four I regularly play, transferred automatically. One took a little research. But this game…I either have to start from 0 or maybe move on. Unless the developer can shine a bit of light on this subject. I imagine I’m just missing something. Surely the game, including the player’s content, must be able to be transferred to a new device. Update 11/29: finally figured out how to link. In game settings, I found where to log in with my i.d. And I needed to log into the old pad and the new one, both. Anyways, figured it out just as I received messages from developer. Thank you, Tactile, for those responses, here, as well as, through email. It’s a fun game deserving of five stars or I wouldn't have gotten so upset, lol. Update 2.0 2/15: reducing stars because for some reason they decided to change to a portrait view rather than landscape. Now, if I admit that I haven’t looked into settings to see if I have a choice. But I logged into the game a day or two ago to find this change. Maybe for some this isn’t a big deal but for me it is…Just checked settings and there is no choice to be found. I will play the game again when this matter is resolved.
Glitches
This is one of three games I play. I really enjoy it, even after a number of years. However, there have recently been several glitches in accessing bonus boosters and playing Daily Quest. Hoping all is well soon. Formerly 5 stars.
