タイルゲームが好きでいろいろ試したのですが、初期配置から（コレ、無理なやつじゃない…？）という配置はやめて欲しいです。 アイテムを一つ使ったくらいではクリア出来ない事も。 タイルの柄が似通った物があり、タイル自体の表示も大きくないので他のゲームと同じ感覚でぼんやり遊んでいると｢えっ…｣となります。（紫の本と紙パック等） これは慣れれば問題無いと思います。 クリアに必要なギミックも面白い物があったりするだけに、配置の問題だけ残念です。 この手のゲームが運ゲーになっているのは残念だと感じます。

Hi,I love love love this game but when I delete it,it does not delete the data.so I cannot start over at the very beginning.Can you delete my name and data so I can start over at the beginning as a brand new player?Maybe you cauldron update and put a button in the settings that will allow players to delete their game,that way they can start over from the beginning as a new player.Please respond to this feedback

I love this game. I’ve put a lot of money into it too. But it literally crashes ALLTHE TIME and the game will literally take a life! Please fix this?!

The game is fun, but it keeps freezing after watching the ad and you can’t X out!
Adds won’t close
Game is good but the adds don’t close out so you always have to reset the game. If you select boosters then an add pops up and won’t close. Now you’ve lost your boosters

False Advertising
This game is nothing like the ads. It’s so pathetic when a developer has to show an ad for a completely different game than the one they made. Usually, it means the actual game isn’t good enough to attract gamers if they show a truthful ad, and that’s the case here.
Great with one exception
I love this game & I love all the competitions & rewards! However with all the competitions going on, there is a pop up for each one that plays when you first start up the game & even in between each levels. It’s starting to get annoying to have that many pop ups… especially since I paid for no ads

Since the last update a few days ago app won’t load, goes to claim reward then restarts over and over . Unable to play game, have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and still not working. Love the game and have been playing for year and 1/2 very disappointed

絵、イベント等、会社が違うtoonblastのような感じ 難易度も程良く楽しいは楽しいが 次のレベルに早く挑戦したいのに無駄だったりやりたくないイベントがレベルクリア時や起動時に次から次へと表示されて鬱陶しい toon blastと違い飛ばせないため2〜7個のイベントのポップアップを消してる間にやる気が失せる時がある 設定かなんかで各イベントの演出オンオフ出来たらもっといいかな。

I like the game but it’s not what I exactly expected
Buyer beware!
I loved this game and decided to purchase the beginner’s pack to go ad-free. I never received my purchase. I am still getting ads and do not have the other items in the pack. I tried force stopping, reinstalling and restoring purchases but it didn’t do anything. I attempted to request a refund since I didn’t receive anything but it was denied. This truly was a cool game but now I just feel like I was scammed out of my money.
Well polished!
One of the most polished Tile Matching Titles i’ve played so far. Feel and Progression are well made. Forced Ads really break my flow and make me end my sessions earlier. Replacing those with more rv options in the game and focus more on iaps might make the game even more enjoyable.
Frustrated
This game was great until the most recent update. Automatically shuts off. Super frustrating.
鬱陶しい…
早く次に進みたいのに、課金のPOPやらパスの受け取りやら報酬の受け取りやら、立て続けに表示されて面倒くさいです。クリア報酬等は一括で後で受け取れるようにして、さっさと次に進みたいです。難しいステージでも30秒あれば解けるのに、1つクリアするたびにテンポ悪く何度もこんなに引き止められたら続かないです。

Frustrated!!!
I have now bought the no ads twice, and yet I’m still receiving ads. The game took my money but never gave me what I purchased!!!!
App stopped working
Loved playing this game until it stopped working. I open app. Claim and reward and then the app restarts again. Removed and reinstalled and nothing. I can’t get to the feedback screen in the app or do anything anymore. The developers fixed this within 24 hours, which is great!

Fun for awhile
Within a few weeks, after you may get “hooked”, the game is programmed to make it improbable, technically not impossible, to win. Fun becomes frustrating pretty quickly. One time, I foolishly spent $36 just to complete a level, so I had to delete the game!

I’ve had this app for sometime AND paid a lot for add on and extra features. I can no longer get into the game unless I give them permission to access my whole phone in its entirety!!!!! Why on earth would I do that???? Now, I’m out A LOT of money because I won’t give permission to that. What is going on????
Love the game, but…
Your advertising showed moving symbols that required i select the 3 symbols before they moved out of range. I NEVER see moving symbols. Why do you advertise a game different than the choice you give me? Hence only 4 stars..
Fun but not as advertised
After getting to level 600+, expected to find the “variety” of puzzles as listed in the description of the game. I currently have only the one style of game variant and disappointed as I chose the game based on the puzzles advertised but not found.

Very addicting & fun
I absolutely love this game. It’s taken over all the other long term played games I log into. It’s fun, addicting, with multiple difficulty levels mixed together. I do spend some money on the game by choice, but absolutely no need to if you are patient or on a team of extremely active members. 1. That said I do wish the “areas” could be updated faster. Until a week ago, nothing new in terms of scenes had been changed once I finished the available ones. Which was fairly quickly. 2. Future requests for this game and any others that are “team based”. PLEASE for the love of mindless gaming, write into the T&Cs of these games that if a user account is inactive for 180 days that user would be removed/dropped from the team they are on. There are tons of people that start playing these games then never touch them again. It’s frustrating being on full teams and only a handful of people are actively playing the game. I just feel this is a benefit to the game & the gamers to remove inactive gamers from teams. Adding a complimentary warning email to the email address they registered the game to, requesting them to continue to play their current game or risk being dropped from their team due to inactivity at 180 days, would go a long way. Those who want to keep their team will resume playing, those who do not won’t. 3. Long term, it seems this would also make sense to users who no longer access these games or put in appropriate updates to continue play. Using the same concept, maybe deactivate their profile if they are inactive for 365 days. Once they log in, do necessary updates and are active they can start where they left off but would have to join an open team. Thanks, Jill Alfrey

I love this game! However, the past month or so every time I go into the game it tells me it needs updated, but when I look, there are no updates. It’s already been updated. I have to delete it and reinstall every time I go in!

This is a lot of fun to play, and it’s very challenging. However, sometimes when I purchase coin packages I am charged a LOT more money than what I wanted to buy. Just now, I purchased the $6.99 pack of 5K coins and was charged $40.03! There’s a lot of difference between those two figures! Can you please fix this glitch? I want to continue playing and purchasing items. It would be great if this big problem could be fixed. Thanks.

It’s a fun game when it works. Seems to have a lot of bugs. Can’t get on without it crashing after their latest update. Done all of the trouble shooting. The problem is definitely on their end. Can’t reach out for help in the app though because it crashes before you can get to that screen.

I am the mother of a child who was playing this STUPID GAME!!! and I cannot believe the prices being charged a child! She came to me asking for a ridiculous amount of money, and when I asked her what it was for she told me that it was for this game that she was playing! I cannot believe that you actually charge children these prices! How dare you do this awful thing to children!
