I use to love playing this game now I get a network error and can’t access it!
Great game, fun but recently…
I really like playing this game! I paid for no ads and that works. Sometimes I have to use the free option and watch ads. Well the ad for Solitare Cash won’t give a X to exit out. I get a black screen with option to install at the bottom. No other way to exit and go back to the game. I have to start the level over by exiting the app then going back to the beginning of that level. All other Ads seem to work as should. Hope you can fix it. Thanks.
Updates NOT welcome
Love this game but since the last update (around 09-Jun-23), the background is a nausea-inducing, flickering, static background. I thought this might be specific to the ‘underwater train’ level, but I suffered through the whole thing and the horrible static is still there for the next scene. Also have to turn off sound/music/vibration EVERY time I open the game. Please fix these things!!!
Network Error
I love the game but currently I’m stuck with a Network Error Code 502 and unable to move up in the standings. Also unable to access Travel Pass.

iPad
Issues on iPad and now can’t get past the landing screen. If I try to reinstall will I loose all my progress? Now I just get an error and have no access to everything I earned and purchased
Almost perfect
I would have gladly given 5 stars if there weren’t so many cut scenes between levels! There are so many when they could have easily been condensed
Crash
Nice game was until 135.level.This one impossible done because after half way left side all the time the top one just show grey couldn’t touch…..After restart lost everything…..I don’t know how people done this….

Not happy with game. Getting a code 502 for days now. Have lots of games that work and this one is one of my favorites to play and it won’t load. Help!!
Update in progress
After about 24hours the app finally updated and loaded new content so I could fully play the game. It’s enjoyable and fun however I’ve reached the point where I would need to spend money to continue and I won’t do that. I already paid for no ads. Below is my previous review. I just uploaded this app and enjoyed it through 2 areas. Now the next area won’t upload. My WiFi connection is strong. I keep playing the matching part hoping it will get corrected. I sent an email to support. I’ll give it a couple days then I’m trashing it. Unfortunately I spent the money for no ads.
Bugs
I liked this game. It has not been updated in 7 months. I have encountered the following bug a few times. You get to the end and there are a few tiles left to clear and they can be cleared. However, the game freezes and won’t let you clear. It tells you you have a streak gift of 2x yet you don’t get the double reward. On the photo challenge, etc when you to a level that rewards you with a box it does not show your standing until that level is passed. Instead it shows 5 boxes. It may have been left over from a previous version. The game used to be updated on a regular basis to add new scenes which is big part of the game. Since it has been 7 months since the last update my suspicion is that it is going away. That is too bad because it was a fun way to spend sometime.

I ABSOLUTELY FRIGGIN LOVE THIS GAME……I love it so much that it even though it’s been stuck and hasn’t loaded in over 6m’s, I STILL haven’t deleted it, and even try to log in like once a week to see if it’s working yet. When it was working I played SEVERAL times a day. I even paid for no ad’s, and I have to REALLY like a game to spend actual money on it. PLEASE de-bug, de-frag, reprogram, rewrite, tweak the data….(WHATEVER kinda super smart computer stuff it is that y’all designers, programmers and developers do) and PLEASE FIX THIS GAME!!!

Was sticking on the loading screen on my iPad Pro, that seems to be fixed now. However, I get past the loading screen and the level indicator comes up but the game now hangs with a spinning wheel and I can’t go any further :(
No rewards 2x
Once you reach master level, the rewards 2x, and rarely 4x, are not received.

Game issues
First, I love this game but I am once again frustrated because the game would not update so I could not play. I deleted the app as I’ve had to do a few times before. Now when I download it there is a network error with a 502 code. It won’t allow me to retry only quit. I think I’m done with this game. I’ve lost money and boosters more than once. I’ve had it.
Lots of fun
Creators have done a great job with this game, which is a fun game and not bombarded with repetitious ads. Of course it’s understood that buying some of what is offered is beneficial all around. The game keeps the player going in a cool way.
Constantly freezing and crashing
It’s great until it crashes. Then I have to reboot my iPad to get it to run. About half the time the game freezes when it is booting up. It’s a shame. I enjoy playing.

Fix the game
Game is frozen. I love it but it doesn’t work anymore. Hasn’t opened in weeks. I can’t even update it in the App Store.
Enjoyment and able to relax
My biggest complaint is that when I am being to relax other games being to interact and ruin my concentration and my relaxation. I wish these other game companies would stop interfering as for me. I now start till delete their games and this way I played your games that I did before and I really don’t care I’m just annoyed these companies do not understand when you hit the leave me alone which is the eggs from their games and they continue to interfere. I hope this something you can do about. Thank you.
Fun but could be better
This really is a fun game. However, it is frustrating due to the fact that often you cannot possibly complete levels without either using a booster or guessing. It rather should be about using you brain and keeping sharp. It is a missed opportunity for a relaxing and engaging game. The developers have taken part of the fun out of it. You should never have to guess to be successful on a level.

Please fix this app!!!
I am revising my prior review as this app has completely stopped. It’s been weeks now and I still cannot open the app! Whatever changes were made weeks ago caused this problem. The Master level automatically pushed out and the app hasn’t worked since! iOS is current and rebooting doesn’t help. I don’t want to lose everything I’ve achieved or purchased by deleting the app. I hope you can fix the problem and I can play again soon. Thank you!
Fun game, very glitchy
This is a fun game, but it glitches constantly!
Great Game
Finally found a game with little advertising and rewards are the best part because you don’t have to fork out money.
Glitchy
I used to love this game and played it a lot. Until the app got glitchy. It takes forever to load, crashes, and freezes up so that I have to close out the app and try going back in again. I have to do that several times before I can finally get any playtime in. I got so sick of doing it that I don’t even bother playing it anymore, unless its being run as a special extra game inside Word Crush. Then I can play without crashes.
Enjoyable but that stalls quickly
There are quite a few games out there with this concept and they vary in quality. I like this one because you have another goal to work toward other then just completing levels - building an aquarium. The graphics in this game are bright and colorful, which is important to help you find matching tiles. The music and sound effects are nice and somewhat calming as well. If you haven’t played a game like this, think of it like mahjong, but you have to match 3 tiles instead of 2 and you don’t have the restriction of having to have a tile clear on one side to remove it. My complaint with this game is it starts getting challenging quickly, and the power pieces (shuffle, undo, and clear a match) are few and far between, take forever to earn, and cost a fortune in coins. One of this games main competitors does this a lot better because the power-pieces don’t cost nearly as many coins, making it a game you can play for longer than 10 minutes once you’ve earned some coins. I can see I won’t be playing this one for long because once the levels get challenging enough, it will cost a lot of real money to move forward in the game.
