Cool remote
One of the best purchases I’ve made so far. It’s sooooooooo useful for almost everything you don’t have hands for. I use it all the time, definitely worth every penny ❤️
Recent UI update is terrible
I really don’t like the recent UI update. For some reason, the keyboard is now designed for Mac. No more ctrl, alt, or window. lol.
Long-Press to Drag should not not disengage after letting go
UPDATE: The dev listens. So changed review from 3 stars to 4 stars. There is some hitching issues when moving the mouse horizontally. I move the mouse to the right and it hitches back to the left as I continue moving right. Maybe the unified server program on windows and Linux needs updating. I wish the server program was better at working on windows and Linux (Steam deck/machine) as soon as the computer is started and it on the Lock Screen where I put in the password. But I’m glad we’re getting updates after 5 years of nothing. Happy I paid for the app back then. Prior to the new update, long-press to drag would allow you to continue dragging after lifting your finger. You would need to long-press again to disable the dragging. This was very useful when dragging windows from one side of the screen to the other while having your phone in portrait mode. Please reinstate this feature or at least allow us to have an option in settings for it. I used the hold to drag feature everyday but now it takes forever to drag a window since everything I lift my finger after moving it to the edge of my phone, and reposition my finger on the opposite edge of the phone to continue dragging, then the drag would disengage and I would have to long press again. The long press takes at least a second to activate, and the phone will vibrate, so having to constantly reengage the long press leads to a lot of time to do a simple thing like drag a window to the other side of the screen to snap it in place. Please reenable this feature.
Recent updates broke functionality
Been using Unified Remote for years across all platforms, and after the most recent update it doesn’t function at all. Also not stoked about having to buy it across all platforms to utilize the full function. Cross purchase seems applicable here. 1 stars for every 5 years I’ve been a user.

Дизайн обновленной программы ужасен. Сделайте возможность вернуться к старому варианту дизайна. При управлении мышкой, сделали очень маленькие кнопки вызова клавиатуры и управления звуком. При клике постоянно кликается курсор мышки( ставится пауза в плеере) это очень бесит. Также при вводе текста с клавиатуры, раньше текст отображался на телефоне, а сейчас нет, показывается только на компе. Это тоже не удобно, так как в моем случае текст на компьютере очень маленький и приходится подходить близко к телевизору что бы увидеть что написано.
Amazing update
I have used unified remote for years and love it. This new redesign/remake update though is amazing. The update adds a beautiful polish and qol fixes to an already great app
YOU RUINED IT
Basic input is now unusable. The tiny bar at the bottom for the leyboard/volume control is so small I just constantly tap the touchpad area and pause whatever I’m watching. It’s legitimately so unusable. I hate that I paid for this and used it for years, then overnight it’s a broken app I can’t use anymore. It’s how I control my entire tv system.
Abandoned App
UPDATE: Sock is in mouth, they finally updated it! Changing to four stars from my initial one star review. With time and proving they are here to stay and keep improving, I’ll gladly give it five stars. I still think over four years to get this update is beyond insane when development for Android never stopped… ORIGINAL: It barely gets the job done and does technically function, but still paywalling features when there hasn’t been an update in over 4 years…insane. Android has been getting updates and new features like crazy though. I did reach out to the devs several months back to see if they would confirm or deny if they abandoned iOS officially, but all I got back was a ChatGPT crafted response with the classic overly nice response that quotes your talking points back to you almost verbatim. For the record, the email response did state that iOS was still on their roadmap and I do think a human was involved in the response, but I just don’t know if that part was human or AI. I’ll gladly put a sock in my mouth if they’d ultimately prove me wrong with a new release. This is one of the few apps I’d be willing to pay a subscription for if they’d just pay any attention to it at all… RIP to what could have been.
Wake-on-LAN still doesn't work..
UPDATE: After latest update patch to fix it, it still doesn't work.. Tried all the same troubleshooting steps including reinstalling both app and server client.. Never had an issue for years until these latest updates.. Added a star for dev response and the quick patch release, but it remains as of now, still broken ORIGINAL: Latest update broke this, doesn't matter what MAC I add or change, or the format I add it as.. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling app, server, drivers. Tried removing/readding server both automatically and manually.. Everything works except Wake-on-LAN.. Please fix!!
Mostly works
The android version of this app is perfect, the the iOS one is a little buggy. When you click the audio control, it’s hidden behind the top gray bar, the two fingers and swipe to scroll doesn’t work, nor does clicking a dragging when turning the mouse buttons on. I want so badly to use this for my home pc to tv setup, but without those features, it won’t work.
Used to be 5 stars
Have been using this app for years with my favorite remote being remote screen viewing and being able to use touch screen mouse controls. Latest update removed that functionality. Yes I can still use the mouse from my phone but it no longer see what I am doing while using the mouse.

I really enjoy this app and my only complaint is 2 things. 1 being that it sometimes switches from servers and doesn’t work one one server and the other server does and i keep removing the one that doesn’t and it somehow comes back. anyways what really makes this a 4 star instead of a 5 star is that 2nd thing is i wish this had a feature to turn off pc at a certain time. like a button for “turn off pc in an hour” and it automatically opens cmd and types in the code to do so. It’s just the little things when ur not home and need to update something and don’t want ur pc on the whole time. Other than that i really recommend this if you’re trying to use ur setup as a TV while ur in bed or just want to control ur pc with a mouse on ur phone. This app saves a lot of time and energy and its heading towards the right place.
New Overhaul Update
before the most recent update, i loved the app and it was very nice to use, but after the fact the app no longer suspends properly and if i tab out for even a second, the app will fully restart when i re-enter it with no permeability, leading me to have to re-find the remote i was using and to close the sidebar, which isnt a massive deal in of itself but gets annoying over time, and the interaction with the app itself has degraded with the new UI, keys are now smaller and harder to hit on the screen, the prompts to upgrade to the premium version are more intrusive and the app runs slightly slower, though thats much more the fault of my old ipad 7 so i cant blame the developer for that one, but overall this update renders a much worse user experience and i hope to see these issues resolved soon as the app is still tremendously useful
Constantly Disconnects
I want to love it but man this thing disconnects like crazy.

Update- love the new update it’s really full featured and rewarding us for buying features in the past! Only issue is the mouse trackpad works really poorly now when it was perfect before (despite an update that says it was fixed) The server sometimes has issues lately starting and connecting on its own but hopefully won’t be a major problem
Doesn’t work
TL;DR - use RemoteMouse (remotemouse.net) instead. This buggy app bills itself as plug and play, but despite following the instructions the spending another half hour trying to configure “external LAN” and “bindings,” I still couldn’t get it to work. RemoteMouse worked instantly first-time.
Sleep timer
Please add a sleep timer so i can set a timer for how long until the pc automatically turns off 🙏🙏🙏

Generally good, but desperately needs updating
Most frustrating thing is that there doesn't appear to be a way to close the keyboard from the basic input remote. Other than that it seems to work mostly fine.
Amazing app
I had been searching forever, when I found this app and it had everything I needed! That was years ago and its been working perfectly since! After seeing the new update it felt like I should say how much I love the app. I thought it was abandoned for a lil bit!

Issues with iOS18
Unified Remote features were available in the shortcuts app on iOS17 but on the new iOS version 18 nothing can be accessed through the shortcut app. A real shame :(
Great app but needs an update
Love this app best remote for pc available however one issue persists. I am unable to close the keyboard again once opened. This function use to work but I believe an iOS update has broken it.
Newest update is a complete game changer
Every single small issue I’ve ever had with this app has been fixed with its latest iteration. The keyboard not going away, never knowing if I’m connected to the server, the scrolling being finicky, it’s amazing. I never bothered to reach out over these bugs because the last update was 5 YEARS AGO, but I’m glad the developers did it themselves. Amazing!!
Not showing up in shortcuts app
I used to be able to control with siri using the shortcuts app and now it’s not working
almost perfect
functions very well for me. however, if the function bar with the kbm and media controls could be set to move up when the keyboard is active so that it sits atop the keyboard or the keyboard could be easily dismissed to bring the function bar back into view/accessibility, this would easily be a 5/5.
Good but
I love the app but it regularly gets buggy thinking a single finger click is a double finger click. Which then makes it unusable. Before this started happening I was fond of it. Deleted it now that it has this bug
Just stopped functioning
After a week of using this app it just stopped connecting to any servers.

Holy surprise update of the decade. Massive ui overhaul mid 2026? I already was so in love with this app and have used it for over 8 years. I never in a million years expected an update. Best $15 I’ve ever spent.
Will Not Work with Google Fiber
I recently switched to Google Fiber and it no longer works. Worked like a champ before that. Did every troubleshooting step I could find, nothing worked, it simply refused to see my computer.
Really cool app but new features and bug fixes arent released enough

Unable to restore purchase
I can’t restore purchase. I already bought the full version for $4.99 a while ago which it was working up until now since I started to use the app again after like a month or two since that purchase. I tried restoring purchase and it said something like “Error” or something along with lines of “invalid”. Since that didn’t work I tried reinstalling the app and now I don’t even get a prompt from the app about anything when I press “restore purchase”. Please help.

This app is a scam
I got this app because i liked it on android. But the ios version is very buggy with frequent disconnects. I bought the pro version. Its like throwing your money down the drain. The app is not usable at all. Not recommended. Looking for other alternatives
Great app. Some UI fixes needed.
Useful App and has wide range of controls for common PC applications. The “send anonymous statistics” option keeps sliding back on after turning off which is a bit annoying...
It works, but just barely
Upgraded from a Samsung S10+ to an iPhone 14 Pro and this app is terrible on iPhone. The curser has a predictable delay/lag that makes it a challenge to do anything. Scrolling is nearly impossible. It’s a real shame because this app is a big part of my life as it’s how I primarily use my PC at home. This forces me to always have my S10 at arms reach which is annoying. I regret paying for it before realizing how bad it is. Maybe this is only an issue for new iPhones?
More development needed
Overall it does what is says. But I found the free version works just as well when it comes to Netflix , Plex remote controlling. Also there is no mention that the Netflix remote for windows 10 app is not complete and missing majority of its function. (Again offers the same as the free version) and that you should use the Netflix web remote.
Long term user, first time caller
I’ve been using this app for 10-15 years and it works perfectly.
A useless app
First, the app worked with both Bluetooth AND WIFI connections; then it worked only with WiFi, and Bluetooth was basically useless. Now, the app got rid of Bluetooh and is left only with WiFi which is trashy, connecting errors ALL THE TIME on the SAME network, whether on iOS or Android. What had happened? Please remove the app. 🙏🙏🙏

Screen remote no longer works, you click and nothing happens, they might fix it eventually then I can use this app again, but until then its useless to me now, literally can’t do the basics like click on the screen
Great app but new update did something
App used to work amazing but ever since most recent update not registering mouse click with single tap only double tap but then computer also registers double tap . Have to use greyed mouse buttons now the ones that appear after turning off multitouch. What happened with the update.

Clunky scrolling

Some media buttons not working
Previous, Next, Stop and Pause/Play are not working somewhat. Same issue both on iPhone and iPad. Needs a fix
Great, but it has flaws/bugs
It works great for all devices and OSes. A terrible bug that destroys the apple version is the Right click seems to stop working after one or a few taps. It requires closing the app and relaunching it. It does fix it, but it becomes tedious after 5 times in a row with a minute. Great app other wise. 3/5
