Sucks
App sucks. Will only show me motion detection pics and can’t see an actual live video
Camera resolution
Not perfect, but I can see pretty clear,, keep updating good work team! 💪
App streaming failure
Ive had the cameras, monitors and app for 7 years. But the past year have been miserable! Cameras are connected but one of the following issues occurs very frequently: 1) cameras not live streaming on app but live on monitors. 2) cameras not recording history. My internet network not changed but the package/ capacity/ speed have been upgraded few times and my speedtest shows very good results therefore its definitely app issues. Have been contacting app support frequently yet very slow to no response received.
Connection problems
Most of the time camera goes off I have connected my phone camera with the Hubble camera but it shows on my phone the connection problem it’s take ages to connect again. Need to fix this issue.
Best ever
I have this camera 9 years now and it easy to set up ever clear I recommend any one to buy this camera
Bad app, bad customer service
This app is an absolute travesty. Long loading times, poor connectivity, need to restart several times to turn the music on or off. Now it’s asking for a fee to continue to use it. I bought the camera based on the fact it came with an app for streaming. Changing the conditions several years later is baloney, and anyone working for this company should consider a different job.
Kitty cam
Pretty good, little finicky hooking up.
Connection to internet
Used to like this app and the cameras. Recently cameras no longer connect and it takes hours to fix even with a strong WiFi connection.
Camera will not connect to app
The camera is working and will connect to the monitor but not the app.
Baby monitor
This is a great baby monitor. I have a special needs child. Who is 21 years old. This is the only brand of camera that has lasted years. Well worth it!!!
Disappointed
Since streaming went from free to $10 I have not been able to get my camera to connect to the app which is extremely disappointing. It would be helpful for the app to actually work if you are having to pay for it.
Proper
Proper
Annoying Push Ads
This app has recently started pushing daily ads for its baby monitor. It seems you can’t turn these off without turning off important notifications (‘motion detected’) so you have to either deal with push ads or a useless app.
So upset
This app has worked no problem for 2 years and now out of nowhere it crashes every time I open it.. I’m not sure if it has anything to do with not being compatible with the iPhone 16 but Hubble you need to do better and fix it!!
Great video
Can't beat it for the price. Easy to set up.
Will not stream and no link to app customer support
Cameras will not stream and no customer service for app is available
Mine
It’s a little lag but I am extremely happy
Newest update crash settings
Unable to access side application settings to turn on background monitoring. All options/buttons are non functioning in the side panel completely. Can’t even logout of subscribe for plans if I wanted to.
Las fotos de alerta
No están funcionando las fotos que toma no se ven actualicen por favor
Great Camera
I’ve had my Hubble Motorola Camera for some time now. The picture quality is great and I can actually talk to my pet if I see him getting in to something. You can play music through the Camera if that relaxes your pet as well. All the time, you can catch a would be intruder as well! Love it....
Horrible. Worst app
This app is the worst. Constantly disconnecting to cameras even when your right next to them The cameras themselves are great and work great with their hand held monitor. But this app just sucks. Stick with the legit monitor your cameras come with or buy one that is compatible with do NOT use App
Need a new version for iPhone
It no longer opens on iPhone after the latest update for iPhone
Can’t recommend
These cameras in the past few years I’ve dealt with poor app reliability and connectivity issues, short battery life on parent units, and expensive subscription fees. Now they want 9.99 just to see what I already paid for. The power supply always needs to be connected for the handheld screen or it dies. I can’t recommend anyone to buy these cameras or the app.
Secure watch
If people only knew how good this camera works no doubt this is the best for the price
Backdoor charging
We bought a camera 4 years ago because we wanted one that would work with both and app and a monitor, and only bought this because it included live streaming. It worked pretty well for what we needed. We continue to use it as a bedroom activity monitor on an as needed basis. The recent update to force charge everyone for live streaming, for a service that was provided previously upon purchase, is disgusting. So glad we don’t need this any more
No Notifications since update
Since update the notifications don't come through.
Steaming
I can’t view the live feed it keeps going off I can’t use the monitor if I can’t view it from anywhere
Simple and effective!
Love Hubble!
Charge $9.99
Are you charging $9.99 or its a scam?
CCTV
This is a nice simply system with exception of the subscription fee 👍👎
Push Ads spamming
It was a good app for a while aside from the odd connectivity issue but now the app spams daily for subscriptions and it's become obnoxious.
Buena

Good picture
Deceptive company
We spent a premium on our Hubble monitors for the capabilities and the ability to livestream from the phone. They just discontinued the live stream unless we pay them…
Good app
Have used it for a number of years, just for on-lime monitoring on occasions. It met the purpose and was OK while free. Now the switched to pay with limited # of cameras reduces the overall satisfaction
Scam
Have been using for a few years. They are now asking you to pay a “one time fee” to keep using the wi-fi streaming services. Even though I am mad I tried to pay and the screen just circles and circles. It doesn’t process the payment and I can’t get any help from their website. Very frustrating that I can’t check in on the cameras when I am not home
Great
Great cameras last foreva
Class action lawsuit waiting to happen!
Changing to 1 star years later. I hope they get sued. Myself like many others paid for live steaming when purchasing the monitor. I paid for the more expensive version that offered it! Now they want more money as a “one time fee” — This was too expensive of a monitor for this! I already paid the one time fee when I purchased the monitor!!! What’s next, a second fee down the road? Come on! Cannot wait to see this company go down!
Motorola mobile app
Great picture ! Takes a while to log into camera though .
Payment required to stream
Camera works ok with the exception of temperature, which is temperamental. However, I received an email out of the blue giving me notice that if I wanted to continue to stream from the camera, as a ‘valued customer’, I needed to pay a ‘one-off’ charge of $9.99 within 4 days. Not wanting to be left with a useless camera, I signed up to pay, where the price was then quoted at GBP£9.99 ($12.65). And when my card was charged, it was actually for GBP£11.99 ($15.20). I wouldn’t be surprised if a few months later, I’d be scammed for another ‘one-off’ payment. I’d never have bought the camera if I knew this would happen.
Sorun
Merhaba, uygulamayı uzun süredir kullanıyorum. Önceden etkinlik geçmişi bazen olup bazen olmuyordu.problem olduğunu düşünüyordum. Artık uzunca bir zamandır etkinlik geçmişi hiç yok. Bunu neden göremiyoruz?
no doubt
The only one I use, work for me!
Sudden Stream Charge
I have had this monitor for years and the streaming service was free. Now all of a sudden we are required to pay for the app streaming, very disappointed and will look elsewhere to competitors with better options. I would give this zero stars if possible.
Good
It works, need more time to see , first time on it
App doesn’t work well on iPad
I have this on both my iPhone and iPad. There’s something glitchy with the iPad version, I can’t turn the camera on with it. I need to use my phone. However once it’s turned on I can use my iPad to view he stream. Super frustrating.
Price point too high
I agree with others. Local security companies are providing higher quality video equipment for entry and home for less per month.
