Terrible app
The camera itself is great, but the app is terrible. It’s glitchy and more often than not says my camera is offline when it’s not. My husband will be looking at the monitor, on and working, while my phone says that the camera is offline. If a decent mobile app is something you want with your nursery camera then go with a different one. If you just want the camera/monitor then it’s great!
Pretty good monitor
For the most part, it works great. Wish it had more free features.
Fine at best.
It is ok. When you are on a live view it’s good at best. When you’re not? It’s a 1/5. The camera quality isn’t good. Even though I pay for the subscription the clips are incredibly short. They are grainy. For some reason it demands access to your entire camera roll to save photos/videos which is wild. Every other app you can either limit access, or use “private access” where you can see them but they aren’t shared. Why does Motorola want to access 50k photos from the last 15 years of every moment of my life for me to download a clip? It’s insane. Just feels like the app is from 2005 and not catching up to the rest of us in 2026.
Music volume
I’m no longer able to adjust sound volume from my phone . This just started happening I don’t see an option for music or stories . Also the camera shuts off every now and then.
It’s fantastic
It is our 2nd baby we use this same nursery crib camera without a need for repairs. It works great! I especially love the app. When not at home, including out of state, with the motion notification, I am still able to see our baby when sleeping in their crib. The picture & video recording is a LOVELY bonus👌🏻🩷. I do wish the battery on the remote monitor would last a bit longer but we’ve had it for 3years. A bit of longevity loss is expected. The charging instead of batteries more than makes up for it. I give it a FULL ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️star review❗️
Freezing
I’ve been using this can and app for 3 years. It freezes randomly, didn’t record movements properly, and its user interface needs a redesign bad.

I carry the monitor every way I go around the house and if I’m not home , I can still watch from my phone, audio is clear, price plans are great
On when it works
It does what I need it to when it actually works. But more often than not I have to close out of the app completely, take myself off of WiFi get back into the app, wait, then maybe it will work. I don’t recommend getting this camera or use the app if you need to see your child quickly.

It buffers EVERY TIME I open the app to check on my baby, what it’s supposed to do( allow me to check on my baby in real time) does it poorly, there are no updates. I’ve messaged the support team and nothing

Absolute Trash
This is the Windows 95 of baby cam monitors. Never works, despite our home with extremely high-quality Internet connection and Wi-Fi. This product is sloppy trash. I suppose they put it on the market just to try to get some half-added income. They probably figure those people will buy the hardware before they download the app and realize it is absolutely unusable. Total garbage.
Needs subscription
The app and camera work well, you just need to pay for a subscription to keep the recordings
Too many Tech glitches
We wanted to lover this because of the price, but there’s so been so many tech glitches that we’ve experienced since day one of getting it and installing it (audio issues, monitor screen not displaying, issues connecting).

This app malfunctions more often than it works. It is constantly losing its connection to the camera. Really, really glitchy product.
Bug in 26.1
Good app only since I have it installed on my iPhone 17 latest iOS 26.1 it consumes way to much battery especially in background.
Video doesn’t load
Over half the time the video won’t load when you open the app.

All of a sudden recordings are part of a paid subscription, which is very annoying. It’s hard to read the temperature on the app, as it’s backed by gray shading, which is hard to see in night vision. Also what is going on with that temperature gauge??? Always off by at least 3 degrees. It’s saying my son’s room is 80 degrees right now when the conditioner is on and set to 71. My other thermometer says it’s 73.

Camera is good and does its job , the app is bad though. Laggy and glitchy , brightness goes all the way up or all the way down and continues to change without your control which is very frustrating

Used for my first child who just turned 4 without issue. Used on and off in last couple of years. Just set up for my second child and there’s now a subscription? Why should I pay for a service I have already been using for years

I would like it had an option to use a SD card for local storage. You must buy a plan if you want to save the recordings.

The app sucks, the monitor is awful and doesn’t work 90% of the time. Too late to return. Absolute waste of money.

Better security
Video and audio is sufficient to the cost of the unit . However We were consistently using this system for 2 to 3 weeks until my wife woke up to hearing somebody talking through the camera. Whether it was on the app side or the Wi-Fi side, there should be more security protocols put in place so people can’t eavesdrop on my family.

Look elsewhere
If you’re shopping for a baby monitor look elsewhere and read ALL the reviews. We received a 1510 as a gift. The reception is awful (we lived in 700 square feet and were constantly losing reception), the “lost video” signal could wake the dead, the neon green light indicating noise lights up the entire room, and the temperature gauge is no less than 5 degrees wrong at all times, but usually more. Spend the same money elsewhere and get a better monitor.

I use it for the camera only. It works ok. Too bad I can’t move the camera up and down. I only have the possibility to move it left to right. With the display monitor this is possible tho..
Camera is okay
The battery is awful so the screen has to basically stay plugged in. The app works maybe 10% of the time. And the parent screen has really bright indicator lights that you can’t turn off and they make it hard to have the monitor close by when sleeping. Its a descent camera and the picture quality and noise detection are really good, but I think value for money is lacking and there are probably others that might be a better option in this budget range.

I love this camera! The only two things I would say is “flawed” is sometimes it takes forever for the screen to load so by that time you could have already gotten up to check the baby and laid back down lol and you only get like 6 month of being able to rewatch the recorded video for free after that you have to pay monthly. Aside from those two things, I think it’s a great camera choice!

App functionality is completely gone
The app keeps saying server error when I attempt to log in. I only need to login because the app wouldn’t allow lullabies to play or for me to disconnect and reconnect the camera.

App needs work. Does not load first few times
When I first open the app it rays to load but doesn’t I have to close it and try again. It takes a view times to open and see live feed. Live feed is getting slower and slower. Not very useful. Motorola need to update the app.
Disappointing
Monitor screen continually lags and struggles to load, we have used the monitor and app for nearly two year…..the app has a long way to go! Baring in mind what it is for, you’d think it would work a lot better than it does.
Works as expected
I love the connection speed and camera image clarity.
Other products out there
Hardly ever connects, has an extreme delay, doesn’t pick sound or motion up very well, just switched to 24h premium to go back and view past events and it hasn’t recorded a single event the entire day. Plenty of better products out there on the market. If you want something that disconnects on its own, doesn’t actually record when you pay for a premium service and causes frustration, this is for you.

To be honest when it has finally loaded its a pretty decent app, I appreciate the fact you can track and log everything but unsure why the sound keeps cutting out and why it takes forever to load. The stories and sounds are extremely useful but could do with a few more stories. All in all it is decent if you can put up with the lagging,loading time and sound cutting
