Improvments needed
I should be able to work between my ipad and PC with an easy flow.
There are bugs that need fixing
Bug 1: Raster scene export does not stay true to the scale selected for the export. Bug 2: Hybrid mode exports a faulty scaled raster and a non faulty scaled vector as the same time which causes some sort of weird duplicated overlayed mismatch. Bug 3: sometimes when zooming out through objects or around object, it randomly zooms me out way too far to the point that I can’t even see my project anymore. Bug 4: when in a draw operation, after entering in numbers with a keyboard, if the user clicks control+z to exit the operation, the letter z shows up in the dimensions box and stays there till I click a different tool, when this happens, clicking any short cut key types the literal key’s letter into the dimensions box instead of grabbing the tool associated with the shortcut key. The user has to select a different tool without using shortcut keys to get the dimensions box to reset and make it work normally again until you click control + z again . I pay for this product, it’s annoying how many bugs I’ve had to deal with on this app. Do y’all even care about the customer to fix some of this bs?
App glitch
Push/Pull works inconsistently on iPad. It works perfectly in test models, but often fails in my actual model. I cannot cut window openings through the wall, even when the face is closed. Instead, it creates a grey surface instead of cutting the hole.

Not user friendly and it will not let you use anything unless you pay there ridiculous prices. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anybody

Usually I don’t have any problems with SketchUp for iPad nut recently any time I try to modify or delete something in my model its crashes and kicks me out of the app and doesn’t save the changes I did. Please fix this bug.
No serial or license number
I have been trying to get in touch with this company for over 3 weeks now I have not heard back from them I’m unable to log into my account or even able to find a serial or license number this website used to be good now they are in a huge black hole and I’m unable to find the projects I have created

I updated my ipad to 26.6 few days ago. it keeps crashing once I open my files. Plz fix it I don’t know what to do now plz😭😭

The updates have made it easier to use, and I still have to work my way through the learning curve to take advantage of the interesting features in Studio.

Frustrating. Can’t get out of editing a group
This app seems to work pretty well upon first trying it, but it is very frustrating if you have a group and you want to edit the group. It won’t get out of the editing mode. It will not work. Every time I edit a group, I have to close the app and open it again if I want to stop the editing mode. I have tried every option that is available. I have researched through AI. Double tapping outside of the editing area, single tapping outside of the editing area, etc. I’m using it on iPad. And it’s making me crazy. Extraordinarily frustrating.

They could list pricing prior to download. Instead, I have to download it then select if I want the free version or the paid version. The free version is only for viewing. No alterations, no creation, nothing. I can’t see paying $20 per month just as a general user. I’m out. Great idea though.

Don’t waste your time.
Went through an entire sign up process only to find out you can’t even use the app to create anything without signing up for a subscription that you have to pay for. What a waste of time and sorry excuse for an app. Do better.
Need bug fix
SketchUp on iPhone 15pro need a bug fix, opening a file in a portrait orientation and changing it to landscape app gets crash.
Appalling customer support so far
I purchased SketchUpPro when google owned it. Have a password etc. Now Trimble want to send me a code to allow access, but my work email ISP changed. It says contact support. Well support has now wasted a week of my time with either dumb ai or dumb person responses.

Moving from desktop to IPad Pro on SketchUp
Really enjoying designing my cabin and various other items on sketchup. I guess I utilize about 5% of sketchup features, but that’s enough for me not to hv to hire an architect! I’m 59 and hv taught myself how to work on sketchup. Maybe google should consider a discount for non-professionals for my age group. Thx

Excellent App
I was waiting for such an app. The only slight glitch I think is iPhone 7 is getting slightly heated up while in use. The UI is best suited for iPad. Delighted to see the Scenes Manager, measurement etc. Note: I am not an architect but as a house owner I modelled the plan and now I can show this to my Architect to get more clear understanding.
