Top tier results
Pay to listen?
As if i now have to PAY to listen to the live game commentary?! This has always been free and the only reason i have the app! Whats the point of it now? Might aswell listen on something else
Scam Subscription
They refuse to honor their subscription just to get more money out of you. I have an annual subscription and when they increased their prices they won’t honor my subscription.
Downgraded App
Is this a cost cutting exercise? Old app was so much better so can’t understand why it was changed. Can’t even get the scores to fit in boxes. Basic elements poorly done - this should be a high quality app for a club of Utd’s size. Do better!
Lost features
It used to be you could see the results and fixtures of all teams in the premiership. Now you can only see united which isn’t great when you want to see the results for rivals and their form against each other and how many point they might get from the rest if the season. I would love for it not to matter but it does so please put this feature back in. Thanks
Man utd
Great team
Absolutely horrendous
New app is absolutely awful - so bad it must have been created by a city fan. Horrible to navigate and find anything at all. What a waste of money on this upgrade!!!!
Brilliant except.....
This is a brilliant and useful app except the calendar used to also show what TV channel, if any, was showing the match. Now it doesn’t. Come on team, let’s keep all the TV information available as before, it’s very useful.
Manchester United Official App
I am an iPhone user and I really don’t enjoy this current App. All features of the old App needs to be restored, My Man Utd etc. This current one is not interesting and interactive like we had before. It has just soured my anticipation of a new season starting soon ☹️
Video issue
MUTV Stream appears to time out after 5 minutes of playing.
United app
It’s great to hear it is back better than ever and do we continue to have our number of daily streaks retained when it was closed down.
Unable to link subscription
Yet more rubbish from Man United Digital Services. Paid £30 and unable to link the app to my subscription. Avoid
Good but could be better
Long time United fan love the app but when trying to get tickets on buy tickets this part could be improved, each match once pressed has a choose seats for me but this could be much better served on the main part where you see all matches this way fans can get matches for each member sitting together rather than go into each match to do it, fans don’t really mind what match they go to as long as they can and all family can sit together, edit June 2026 Ticket section in app does not work shows normal tickets available however when I look it’s actually only hospitality there even when hospitality is unticked
The new design is very hard to navigate
The new design of the app needs a serious rethink and is far worse than the previous design. The app is filled with unnecessarily large graphics, which although look nice make it so you have to scroll through content you may not be interested in just to get to info you want to access such as the fixture and squad list. Furthermore, there is no way of searching for specific content or info, leaving you endlessly scrolling in hope of finding what you’re actually looking for. This makes the app frustratingly hard to use if you’re doing anything except browsing for the latest news. The bug fixes for the video software are much appreciated though.
Disappeared
Bit disappointed with the new update I used to love the points you get for coming on every day and producing the scores
Best club ever
We so good that we can we win there priemier league every day
Poor navigation
This is not an improvement! It is hard to navigate and find key information, such as u21 and u18s profiles, predictions etc. really frustrating.
Dark mode needed
Dark mode
Too slow
Slow ,glitchy and I moved house but the app won’t let me change my address.
No more spoilers, please!!!
I love having the ability to watch recent and past matches, historical highlights, documentaries, etc. However, I have two major issues with this app: I log on to the app to watch recent matches that I missed. The problem is that it’s nearly impossible to open the app and navigate to the match replay section of the app without inadvertently seeing the match score and ruining everything. It’s so aggravating! As soon as you open the app, that match score is right there in your face. That may be great for many fans, but not for me. The other issue is with match replay. The app is designed to give you the ability to pick up watching a match or video where you left off. However, nearly 100% of the time, it starts the match over, rather than allowing me to resume from the point I left off, so I have to find the right spot manually. This is very frustrating for someone who doesn’t always have the ability to sit down and watch a full match all at once.
PRECISELY NICE
YES
The app
The new app looks cheap and is not as easy to use as the old version. Very disappointing.
Games
Trying to post predictions, new app I can’t figure how I can do it again. Please reply
Now rubbish
Can no longer stream to TV through Google Chrome, which works perfectly with all other apps…
New version
Why was the fixtures and results for all teams removed. This new version is also terrible to navigate
Wow
Absolutely amazing app easy to listen to podcasts and matches and good content thank you for making this app
A decent app ruined!
The latest app update has made the app much harder to navigate - some commonly used features have been buried inside an opaque menu system and other features have seemingly been removed entirely. I couldn’t find the academy team news or academy news in general. Where is the full MUTV schedule? Where are the latest news items - the latest I could find was a day old? The list goes on and on… Update 24th August The new app version (still poor) loaded a few days ago has now denied me access to MUTV even though the app clearly lists my active subscription. It worked fine for the pre-season games!!! Still can’t give it zero stars so it remains at one star!!!
Great
App interface is awesome but can’t seem to find where predictions are anymore
MAN UTD APP
It pains me to say this but I think the latest ‘version’ of the MUTV app is the worst it has ever been. As a subscriber since the 1990s, I simply cannot navigate it. Any chance of reverting to the last version, please?
Worst UI ever
Who even approved this design? Everything is confusing. And where can I see the other teams scores? 😭😭
Must get this app
Great game definitely recommend
Very buggy
Can’t log in. Stuck in an endless loop of misery. Additionally, trying to buy an item from store & keeps throwing me to previous screen & then prompting me to log in. I’ve logged in about 5000 times! As with other users new app functionality is poor, fixtures etc. was better before…
New update terrible
The new update is terrible. Made the app worse than before. Terrible look a one of the biggest, if the biggest club football brand in the world. A good example is the premier league table that used to well updated based on live scores as games were going on. Don’t know what you did to it. It a a total mess now. I don’t know how to club got into such a mess both on and off the pitch. Oh I know, the Glazers.
Poor
Better before the upgrade removed useful info!
Best reds ever,,
I think the app is five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️up red s
Don’t like it
This new version I do not like it at all. The old version was way better. I cannot do my math day predictions so I lost all my daily streak all my points and all that my levels and everything that I took pride in doing. Why did you change it cause it’s actually a lot cheesier than it was before it was a very masterful app. It didn’t need changing.
It’s lost all the good features
This app has now become just a merchandising platform. All the good features, like predictions, have gone and it is just as easy to get information from the news and sports media. Very disappointing.
Predictions
Just make leagues all we’re asking no one could complain
New version stinks
Why would they change the app so drastically with just a few games to go in the season. Apparently to ramp up the merchandising and cross sells. I enjoyed using the app for game related content and the predictions game. That’s all either gone or so difficult to navigate I’m not liking it at all.
App gets stuck while playing video
Every time I click the play button on the thumbnail for a video, it starts playing, but it doesn’t expand to full screen and neither does it play the audio. I then have to force close the app. The issue keeps repeating.
Manchester United
This Man Utd new app doesn’t prediction column like the old one where you can enter and start the team prediction ( line up, score-line, first goal scorer and e.t.c )
Awful
This might be one of the worst app changes I’ve ever seen. Now almost completely unusable, previously able to use tabs to look at players from various age groups, easily navigate to the matchday stuff. Now everything is a massive effort to find anything. Absolute garbage. Whoever designed it 🤦🏻
Video player
The app works brilliantly. My only gripe is with the video player, the addition of making it full screen and not just limited to 16:9 would be amazing and the navigation bar does not go away. If those changes are made it would be top quality.
Features
Since the new upgrade of this app, I no longer can play the prediction game and viewing the present game again unable. This new update made this app unlikable. 😒
Videos don’t play on United Now
It has been over a month and I thought you’d see the issue and fix it but the videos on United now still don’t work and hang the app!
Live games
We want to watch all games live
New app
I hate this new app! It won’t let me submit match predictions, nothing flows as it should & there is no option to add reactions to any of the stories as there use to be. It’s frustrating to use. The old app app was so much better!
Top class app .
I’m an old age pensioner, slightly disabled and supporting Man Utd since approx 1957, certainly before Munich , and proud of that fact. It’s great to be able to sit at home and have accurate information directly to my phone. Unfortunately, I’ve never visited Old Trafford, but maybe someday.
No Longer User Fruendly
Whomever designed the current version of the MU app should have their collective expertise totally revoked. The app lacks so many things that made the replaced version so much better. The current version is absolutely abysmal.
Watching a match
It’s annoying when you are watching a match then it will sometimes pop up saying you have to be subscribed
