Why make us pay
Worthless 1 star
Wast of money
Bought a pay per view for preseason and it wasn’t and it didn’t work
Widgets
It would be sick if you guys could add widget’s, nevertheless liking the app but could be better aesthetically.
Mehhhh
My beloved Arsenal. First they strike a new deal with a very questionable company for their shirt sleeve ‘billboard’ then they change their perfectly fine, easy to navigate app for whatever we have now…..sigh. At least both the men’s and women’s squads have not digressed! At least the app is free 😐COYG👊🏽

So I am a big Arsenal fan, so me and my family use this a lot. Unlike most other reviews, it’s actually kinda good for me, because I use an iPad, which makes it good for me. The fixtures, live games and videos make it useful. The good thing is, most football apps only include the Men’s team, but this is actually nice that it includes the Men’s team, Women’s team and Academy team. + any Tottenham fans reading this, North London is Red, forever ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Awful app.
The Arsenal app just got even better. Update for….blah blah. Not hard to get better than being possibly the worst most useless app on my phone.
Arsenal App
Would be a five star. Unfortunately the Arsenal player no longer works after recent update.
Can’t bring myself to love it as much as Arsenal
I want to love the app, but the recent changes have made it tough. Please just refocus on user experience and not on big “branding moments”. I just want to come to the app to find the content I’m looking for, not some over-engineered “experience”. I’ll still come back as I love The Arsenal, but you’re make it harder to do so.
Solid but requires refinement
Love the idea of the updated app but navigating and finding the things you want to see is a challenge, also clicking full screen for videos makes it bounce from landscape to Portrait! Also a better way to find latest videos and news would be great!
Predict first teams line up
The app is not really fun tbh You need to add predict line up and score line for the fans .. Points should be accumulated for predicting lineups and score line .. More points will allow you to view some exclusive training vids and pics and also more points should allow you to send good wishes messages to players and staff before and after each matches. Add some more fun activities for the fans so people can use the app more and stay glued to it ..
Terrible
Not sure why arsenal changed the App to a more complicated one that is not user friendly, chaotic and poor performing. Someone needs to get a grip of this.
MORE INFO ON INJURIES
nice app for gunners you have almost everything you want but info in injured players , how they are recovering and also home match live video may be 🤪
Poor
Despite an update the league table is still unchanged. Come on arsenal
Too commercial
This app is just a means to sell merchandise with some team content bolted on. You must do better.

App update
The new app is really bad - it’s harder to navigate and less responsive. I don’t know why it was changed to make things more difficult!? I just want to logon to my membership and read some articles…
Good app
I would have given it 5 stars but for some reason after the latest update) the audio player no longer plays in the background if you switch apps. Still great to listen to for non-televised cup games.
Poor Update
Updated app has bugs and frustrations. Preferred the old app. Don’t like this redesigned version.
Keep Iterating
I trust that this was part of a journey in terms of redefining the app experience. The For You page can be a bit fiddly when you just want the news or to navigate to Tickets but that can be improved. The new media focused experience is the right direction and I applaud it. Maybe not quite what the finished article should look and feel like. Keep iterating, you’ll get there. Don’t be discouraged by the super negative feedback. You’re charging something people feel close to.
Bring the widget back!!
Love the app but I’d really like the widget back so I can see all info on my Home Screen
Champions Team. 4th Division App
Just open the app and you realise that thank you for putting time and money into the team. Cos the app is dreadful. You can find any real news. Fixtures and tickets are pages away. It’s all a load of rubbish.
Good App
Has most features we want as Gunners. One suggestion would be to include videos of previous seasons as well in Arsenal player. Love to watch the FA cup finals again and again. Also we should be able to choose the quality of video to be played. Another suggestion would be to show the TV channel that broadcasts Arsenal matches in India in the Widget. As an Indian in India, it makes no sense to me seeing which UK channel is broadcasting Arsenal matches.
Needs a rethink
Not enjoying the newer layout at all, particularly on an iPhone. Everything has been streamlined, to the point where it’s hard to find things and not user friendly. Quite ‘buggy’, video buttons not working, chaotic layout and not logical at all. Expect better from The Champions, come on guys, listen to your fans and ask for feedback in future.
App not got it
If you have a phone in your hand 24/7 and listen to everything then this app is fine. I prefer an article based app not one for which something has to be watched or listened to. The website is better although that has seen some unremarkable changes of late. Get a grip AFC.
Good app
If your a arsenal fan, use this I guess.
No live coverage
Sorry but the withdrawal of the live coverage is rubbish. Now it’s no longer worth the money. I’d give it zero stars if I could
Media quality
There should be an option to change the video quality in player section
Old app was better
It’s slow, unintuitive, difficult to find things, just a bit of a mess.
Not a fan of the new app
I definitely prefer the old app. This one is really difficult to navigate. I liked when I opened the old one you could see exactly the countdown to the game.
Great app
To be honest, if you want Arsenal news this is perfect for you.
Still awful
Sack the team / agency, start again. The new app is RUBBISH
Nice
The app is good but we need a reminder option for the upcominng matches
Terrible App
I bought a £15 PPV pass and the app broke down. Purchase successful but couldn't provide me with my pass. Waste of time and money while just trying to support my club. 👎
Landscape view
Could you please provide a landscape view option for iPad? It works when opening a video but it would be nice to have it for all the other pages as well. Thank you.
As a gooner
I really like the new update I think it’s given the app a cleaner look although some more information readily available on matches would be nice. I also miss match countdown clock. COYG
Turn off the video
There’s too much going on with the app. When I’m listening to music or a podcast I don’t want it to stop as soon as I go into the Arsenal app. The video/sound should only play for someone that actively click on them
Great but what's going on?
This app is normally amazing... Normally faultless. But for the past few days I literally haven't been able to open it?! On either my iphone or ipad.. Frustrating!! Moreover, they need to move with the times and upload the highlights in HD, they look terribly pixelated on retina display or through Apple TV. Hope this gets rectified soon!
Viewing on TV
Not only do you not have an app for Apple TV, you then don’t allow us to airplay/cast preseason games from our phone after we PAID TO WATCH THEM
It’s decent but a couple of things…
Hi Arsenal, I probably tried to sign in for like a week, until I actually called you guys up and sorted the situation out and by the way, you guys have very rude staff. There should also be a system where you can predict the score, Manchester United’s app has it and it’s a really cool feature and I’d like to make predictions on the games the gunners play! You guys also need to make a favouriting system, where I can press a button on a certain player like Saka for example, there should be like a star next to his name and when I press that, I want to get notified with all the details on Saka! I liked the way the app was in the older times. Other than all of that the app is completely fine and no issues whatsoever with anything else! Go The Gunners ❤️🤍 Thank You!
Signing out problems
The app was absolutely perfect although I often encountered a problem where I would keep getting signed out and this would happen probably every fortnight but other great app
Does not update results and no info before match
There is no info before matches like lineup etc all blank. It show us with 3 points last night now all blank again. It would be nice to be able to get fixture info on the different competitions rather than wading through month by month. Maybe list view its easily done
Good but...
I really like the App, the downside for me is that if I don't want to know the score when I'm at work and want to wait for the repeat on Tv, I have to ignore my ipad as it has the score in a button telling me. Rather frustrating! For that reason I'm giving **** instead of *****
Update a big step backwards
Unfortunately after several weeks of using the new version of the Arsenal app, I have to say they have missed. It’s a UX thing. It used to be pretty good, with a few glitches when using video content, or being a bit clunky with links and integrations. Now it’s just really hard to find the things you need without having to wade through irrelevant content. As an example I just went on the “latest” tab and it’s an article on Mikel Arteta’s presser from the 1-1 draw against Bayer Leverkusen from the 11th March, 4 months ago. I’m on a new iPhone, so it’s not a ‘me’ thing. A club of our size should have enough budget to get the basics right at the very least. If I was in charge of the app team I’d have rolled it back to the old version, got them all in a room and, after a good old-fashioned hairdryer, set out my app non-negotiables: 1. Stop trying to impress Tik Tok, he’s never going to date you. 2. No embarrassingly out of date content, especially when it’s hilariously meh. 3. Enough with the incessant old videos already. 4. Remember people HAVE to use this thing to manage their Arsenal life, SOME of those people just want to transact, THINK about those people when you build feature. I’ll defend Arsenal to the hilt on most things, but it’s frankly exhausting being forced to use a bad app every day.
Game times in local time.
Hi guys, Can we change the game start time back to my local time. Saves me having to work out 1945 in London translates to in Sydney, Australia. I’m sure it was okay last season, and my other sports apps show my local time. Thanks
Best team
Love this team
Shame on you
Absolutely disgusting way to treat the Arsenal fans with such a poorly app. Why the live updates and commentary disappeared from the app. Not everyone has the possibility to go to game or even to pay the extra money to watch it on TV. So the app used to give the live commentary during the game. Very disappointing last night not being able to listen to Arsenal Coventry commentary. Shame on you for treating the fans like this.
Awesome
Squad page needs an update
Better than the website
The app is slightly better than the website. I find the website very difficult to navigate. It is certainly not very user-friendly. Poor standards for a world-class club such as Arsenal!
Please update up for IO7 plus users
Apps great but looks old and dull. Please update for a better arsenal experience. Thank you.
