💗thanks
My kid has to have a filling and she has healthy teeth now . Thank you
Points reset every day
Would have been great for my kids. But the points are resetting everyday so they can unlock any new characters. I’m going to have to break this to them tomorrow after working hard for a week trying to get the next book they want. No support page to log issue for either.
Harry Potta
They could add Harry Potter and Ron Weasley, but otherwise great app. Also no ads! U don’t even need to pay for anything!
Great app but could be better
Ultimately this is a great app which encourages our child to brush their teeth. What lets it down is the fact you can’t sync over multiple devices so the child misses out on rewards for streaks and the new sticker book rewards. Parents nowadays share the load and aren’t always doing mornings or bed times together
It fabulous
It’s amazing for other children like me and I love you should get it every night. I would stay awake until my iPad was at least charged to 30% so then I could do it recommended to parents who are trying to make their children brush their teeth
App not working
Says internet connection required when clearly my phone is connected and all other apps are working fine
Good
Good app, however needs ability to delete a days entry in parent settings.
Nach Update Totalausfall
Wir haben lange mit der App geputzt, nach dem letzten Update lässt sie sich noch nicht einmal mehr komplett öffnen. Nicht mehr funktionsfähig! Schade. Dann müssen wir uns wohl etwas neues suchen.
Where did all the characters go and why no new ones
I had this app for my oldest and then added my 6yo when she started brushing her teeth.Whist it is great for getting children to brush for the right amount of time, All the characters I had when the oldest was younger have gone, ones we had collected over the years, and there have been no new ones for ages now. Bring the old ones back!
Disney magic timer
Amazing app
No_Loc
Every option within the app has the letters No_Loc. Makes absolutely no sense what-so-over! Whilst the app is useable, I have no idea what I am selecting. Everything, I mean everything has No_Loc!!
Need to be able to sync progress between devices
It’s really great for teeth brushing but you need to be able to sync the progress between devices! I’ve been able to go in and add the stars in but he’s lost all the coins he’d got for his streaks and all his stickers!
Don’t unlock Darth Vader - crashes the app permanently
My 5 year old is devastated (lots of tears). He was on a 92 day streak and had unlocked most characters. After unlocking the Darth Vader character, unfortunately there is no content to download. App can no longer launch as it is constantly attempting to download content that isn’t there. Ultimate fail.
Used to be good but increasingly gamified. Defeats purpose.
We have been using this for a couple of years. It used to be a good way of getting my son to brush his teeth in the morning/evening without too much hassle but there are now added features with collecting coins etc that mean he now wants to spend 5x as long as he did brushing his teeth messing about with it afterwards. It used to be a time saver but not any more.
Surprise timer by oral-b
Best way to get rid of the germs
Lost all progress
Switched my phone to a new one, even tho I backed up my whole phone I lost all the characters unlocked over the past year!
Great app with crucial feature missing.
This app really helps my kids brush their teeth. But if I want to change the device it looks like I lose all progress.
No option to transfer to new phone!
My little boys loves brushing his teeth since getting his new toothbrush and loves collecting the coins and collecting the character stickers. I’ve just upgraded my phone but I’ve lost all the characters we collected since Jan!! 😱 Is there any way around this?
Please can you update the game or you are going in a pie like I’ did your Dad Disney .
I support Disney thanks love Lila w
No camera option to scan
There is no camera button on the home page to scan your products. Please advise what to do, thanks.
Last update broke the app
Disappointed with the latest update of this app as now I cannot rotate the mobile and the camera stays on the top left corner not on the bottom right corner to balance it better.
Won’t stop loading
My wee one loves this but after today’s update it won’t load at all, it keeps coming up with the bar that says it’s loading new content and keeps loading again and again. Really frustrating as we have loads of stickers she’s gotten but if the app doesn’t work anymore then why keep it??
More pictures
I think the kids should have access to all the sets
This app is amazing
The app tells your kids and you how long to brush your teeth it’s an amazing app!SO GO AND GET IT !you can get different charenters
Wish there was an option to save the profile
I’ve just got a new phone and switched everything over and my daughter had done lots of brushing and unlocked new characters now unfortunately she has lost all of this and we are having to start again there needs to be option to save your profile so you don’t lose everything :(
Good but why is everyone saying every parent when I’m 7
Really amazing app! When I got your oral b for my 6th birthday I used this app and this is not a parents phone that I am reviewing on it is MY PHONE so yeah JUST CHANGE YOUR DESCRIPTION AND MAKE IT EASIER WITHOUT SAYING YOUR KIDS BECAUSE I AM 7
Needs improvement
Some characters refuse to scan no matter how many times I try. There also needs to be a way to save your progress to an account and to link to other devices. If you delete the app you have to start all over again
Great App, but Scanning is terrible
I love this app, but scanning doesn’t work. I have tried so many times to scan images on Oral-B branded toothbrushes and toothpaste, but the app always tells me it doesn’t recognise. It drives me insane.
Stitch toothbrush and time
It help my kid to brush 2 times a day
Kids love it, app terrible
It only plays sound if my phone is off silent mode
Great app but broken
The latest update has been excellent. Previously it was impossible to unlock new characters without buying the specific brush heads for each one. The update offers a new route through collecting coins that can be spent to unlock features. My son has been using this app for quite some time now and it’s the only thing that gets him to brush his teeth. HOWEVER, unfortunately the app has stopped working and won’t move past the Home Screen; it’s stuck on ‘downloading content’ and just keeps glitching on this. This is incredibly frustrating because now my son will lose his streak which is currently at almost a year. Hopeful a new update can be released immediately to fix this current bug.
Issues lately
My son normally loves this app but over the past 2 months the 5 day streak award will not work. He feels so let down and I feel so bad for him.
Good but needs work
Me and my brother got this app for the 2 of us we were expecting a cool surprise like 2 stickers and the app always say (TIME TO BRUSH when we haven't even finished breakfast or dinner and we didn't get yo change the time! Please fix the app as soon as possible and do a update Kind regards-Lila and max.
Thank you
Helps my child brush there teeth amazing the timer is a great help in our home
Won’t scan the toothbrush at all
The app won’t scan the toothbrush at all rendering the app as useful as a chocolate teapot.
Gio
I don’t like that you can not pair A device so that you have the same progress
Great idea but has lot of bugs
The app at times does not give stars after brushing , grownup setting has an override option but it doesn't keep counting the streaks. Jasmin does not have the intro video. At times stickers are not unlocked.
Great concept
It does get the kids brushing for sure but the disappointment on their faces when they have worked so hard to get their say 30day streak done and for some reason the app glitches and doesn’t record it. You can override it but it doesn’t keep counting the streaks and looses the sparkle. Very disappointed kids. Then the app looses its value to them. Fix the glitches!! Now January 2023. Still no fixes to the glitches. Used the multiple brushes part but it only allows you one of the kids to gain the sparkles. Disappointing that no one seems to be on her looking at reviews or following up on issues.
Super
Super awesome and very very very educational
No sound
Just downloaded this for my kids and no sound is coming out at all. The music is turned on in the setting but no sound.
AMAZING but plz add more characters
I absolutely love this app, it is so helpful for me and my siblings, but I only gave it 4 stars cause I would love it if you would add more characters plz! But everything else is absolutely AMAZING. Would definitely recommend.
No sound
Sound not working
Great
Great way to get my kids to brush their teeth! They love getting achievements and completing all the stickers
Write a review!
I think that this app is great for kids even adults because actually I use it! And it is just soo good!
Disappointed
Good marketing because I have intentionally purchased products because I could scan them, but unfortunately I cannot scan anything into the app.
Great
Son loves this app to help him brush his teeth longer. Really annoying that we keep getting repeat pictures in the same day- he gets super annoyed when he gets the same picture from the morning again in the evening.
Crashing
The app keeps crashing and then half the characters that have been unlocked need to be unlocked again. Kids are disappointed but it does help with teeth brushing
One min timer? Seriously?
This okay but/except there is a one minute timer . Fix that bug please
