Me encanta!
Ads ads ads
I get they want me to buy the full version. But asking 6 times to purchase before one meditation is a little over the top.
Good in theory but the stories are too short.
The stories are too short, you have to play them over and over to get a decent massage.
Not many updates
We love the app. We love getting points for putting the bear to bed and doing activities. However you reach a certain point and there are no updates. Jokes are repetitive. There is only so many times you can listen to the same jokes. We wrote the team and they thanked us for the feedback so they do seem to be proactive. I will change my stars when an update happens. They did have great stuff for Christmas countdown but again the putting Tao to bed is very repetitive and once you purchase so much with the coins you earn then you just accumulate money for nothing.
Customer Service Review
I would love to leave a review, but I didn’t end up finding the time to try your app. I very much appreciated the refund and prompt and courteous customer feedback. I will leave a review regarding your customer service (just not your product).
Disappointed
I was charged $70 plus but nothing of the stories played.
No answer
I suscribed for a year and I still have no access, I have tried to reach more than 5 times and there is no answer from customer support.
It’s storybook
Love it it is the best I listen too it before bed with my son!
Frustrating
We liked the one week free trial and I saw a code for 50% off which I used. But I got charged the 50% off cost and the regular cost! Over 90$ for this app. And the worst part is the app stopped playing stories as soon as I paid. I’m disappointed and so are my kids. I’m hoping I get a quick refund and they fix this app so nobody else gets scammed.
Needs new jokes, stories, etc
If the kids are supposed to do this every night for 365 days, then you should have 365 new jokes and more opportunities to gain prizes for Teo, and more stories, etc. it was great at first but now my kids have earned the top prize for Teo and have nothing else to spend their money on so they’re not motivated anymore. And the jokes keep repeating so they don’t even care to go on to hear the jokes. Please update so we can continue getting use out of the app. We’ve only had it for 2 months.
Still got charged after cancelling
I tried the 7 day free trial option . As soon as I opened the app it wasn’t what i expected so I went straight to cancelling the 7 day free trial subscription and even sending an email as it prompted me to do so . However I still got charged and I can’t get a hold of customer service . ****Update : I ended up getting a response back and getting a refund so that was very good. However there should still be a number you are able to get through to talk to a customer service member or a an email stating they will get back to you with your concern when able to .
Really like the meditation
We really like the meditation. Please add more. We listen to each one every night but we would like new ones
Complete scam - don't answer emails
This app doesn't work it's a complete scam. signed up for free trial and ended up getting billed $65 won't respond when I'm trying to cancel
Buena
No recomiendo
Story time bedtime
Customer service was unparalleled, the continuous communication for support with the app process. Highly recommend this company and their efforts in assistance
Total Scam
If there was option to select no stars, I would do that. I registered for a two month free trial and got charged approximately $65 for the full year only after a week. I have tried to email multiple times with no response. Terrible service.
3 estrellas
No me salen las horaciones
Love the app
Even though I am not using the paid version but I still able to get some of the free stories for my 3years daughter and free affirmations I highly recommend 👏👏
Paid but got no access.
Could not find a way to gain access after answering all the questions, following the prompts, and paying from my credit card. They had no problem taking payment and yet made it difficult to actual use the app. Customer service can not be found either. And was always led back to signing up AGAIN. Really?! Disappointed, I couldn’t get to try it support my 8 year old son.
No me deja avanzar
Perfect for my Lil one
Cute stories match massages with light music, wish more was free tho.
Prepare to be charged- even if you cancel within the 7 days of their “free” trial
I was sad to see I’m not the only one who was charged the full $64.99 despite cancelling on the first day of the 7 day “free” trial that they offer. Parents and caregivers be warned! I sent a message about it through their app (because the link on their receipt was a dead end and wouldn’t even load) but I still haven’t received a response back!? Customer service really needs to step it up here and clear these unnecessary charges on our credit cards ASAP!! 2 weeks is way too long to have to wait to even get a response back, but it’s certainly way too long to have a charge on our credit card that should NEVER have been processed in the first place!
I loved ❤️
Buenísimo a my hija le encantó lo súper recomiendo ❤️❤️👍👍
Disappointed
This app wouldn’t let me open any stories and nothing would load.. only could get the music and white sounds.. disappointed..
