THIS IS IT!
I really don’t want to write a long review, Im just super excited to have come across this app, I can’t explain how long I’ve been looking for something like this. All I will tell you is, “TRIAL IT”, I know you’ll love it. Mauricio is awesome, feels like you actually know him. Lol
Disappointed
I love in person Zumba classes, and have been trying to figure out how to do more exercise from home. It's very hard to follow along from my phone, I struggled to get content to play when casting to my tv, and then got the zumba app for my tv and nothing will load. I feel like I wasted money on this subscription.
LOVE ZUMBA
I love Zumba and these classes but I’m having hard time access to these classes because the app is kind of difficult. The first page that always comes up is sharing my classes but I can’t get away from that issue. Even on my smart TV I try to access the class and it say’s it’s not available.I don’t know if I’ll subscribe again because I feel like I keep spending so much of my time trying to access the class.
No longer connecting to Apple Watch
Since the last update, the app is not connecting with my watch anymore, so I cannot track my movement, etc. automatically.
App Crashes
The workouts are amazing but there are too many bugs with the app that cause it to crash, not sync, or miscount workouts.

I would have given up if I didn't stumble onto Mauricio's step by step. I'm almost a pro and I get better every day. I smile like he's here and I love it!
Poor Customer Service
Cancelled my subscription before the free trial ended. Saw confirmation of cancellation on the website, and unfortunately it did not register with me that I didn’t receive an email confirmation as well. Zumba charged me the full annual price and when I reached out for assistance refund got some generic stonewall response about how they couldn’t refund me because the payment already processed. Mind you, I emailed them less than an hour after my account was billed. Customer service refuses to work with me and I haven’t been able to receive any of my money back.
So far so good
I knocked one star off because the majority of the dance classes are 50 mins long. I prefer 30 and I wish they had more shorter durations when time is limited. Otherwise, I love it. I’m only doing the cardio dance moves now until I get more equipment to join on some of the weighted classes.
Workouts don’t record
I love the actual workout, but I did the welcome out two days ago and it prompted the next day that I would be starting some program and it’s been two days and my welcome workout has not recorded the program that I was interested in is not there because I have to complete the welcome program which I already did. I was told that it could take up to two days but now it’s been more than two days and I want to do my workout. I think bodi he’s getting Zumba so I can cancel this app.. their app records everything. Update: so I’ve done more workouts. None of them record. I’m just going to delete the widget and cancel this after a year since I paid for the deal. And I see a lot of people having the same problem and their support people only have the idea to delete the app and add it again, which was just a waste of time and took an extra 30 minutes out of my day because I didn’t remember the password and I was on with support and it didn’t even work. So the workouts are great. The app is super disorganized and dysfunctional. Like I can’t find the next workout in the series that I started anytime so I guess I’m doing a random ones. And it still keeps prompting me for the welcome workout, and I tried to “schedule” it for next year, and it still keeps prompting me for it. It’s infuriating cause I’m pretty in shape so i don’t wanna keep doing entry level stuff. There’s no classes anywhere near me unless I want to join a gym which I don’t.
Great instructors but music is meh
The instructors are good but the royalty free music is not the hype. I would pay a little extra for listening to popular or top hit music.
Best Thing Ever!
I wish I had lost weight. That would be nice. However for sure I feel so much better. I am in better shape and it’s also amazing for mental health. It is easy to get motivated to do a work out because I know how much better I will feel when I’m done.joining the Zumba app is truly one of the best things to happen to me. After 8 months of regular use 11/10 would recommend!
Terrible Customer Service
*Edit: Work on your customer service skills! I don’t appreciate your condescending reply. You were not clear in the terms of your subscription details so maybe you should work on that instead of talking down to your customers!! And I would like to add that I don’t believe for a second that you will share details with your team nor do you care. You already have my money so you got what you wanted. This app is something I will never use and I will never recommend to anyone. They don’t let you do a free trial for a weekly subscription-only a yearly-which I think is shady on its own. I thought I had one more day to cancel and cancelled within a short time after apparently being charged and customer service refuses to budge! Awful in my opinion. This is ridiculous as I have had apps in the past that will refund you if this happens. This app seems to only be in it for the money. I didn’t get much use out of the trial and now I’m out $100 for no reason.

WARNING TO OTHERS: I canceled this app on day two of the free trial due to personal circumstances—well before the trial period ended. Despite that, I was still charged $100 after the seven-day trial. When I reached out, I was told my cancellation “didn’t go through,” so I canceled again—multiple times. Now they are refusing to issue a refund, claiming the cancellations were not valid. What’s especially concerning is that this appears to be a common issue, based on similar complaints reported through the Better Business Bureau. This experience has been extremely frustrating and feels misleading. I made several attempts to cancel within the trial period, yet I was still charged and denied any resolution. Use caution before downloading. My experience with their billing practices and customer service has been very enraging.
Pas convertible sur iPad
Je suis super déçue car tout dé l’application a l’air génial, je voulais me mettre à la Zumba sur mon iPad pour un résultat plus immersif et impossible ! Même sur iPad les vidéo sur une format iPhone donc bien trop petit… j’espère qu’il y aura une version adaptée pour iPad
Did something change??
I LOVED my zumba workouts but now on my fire TV there is a serious lag between the actions on TV and what the instructor is saying and doing. Its weird and just started this week. Trouble shooting and chats with zumba ai did NOT help. So I tried to put the app on both a MAC and an HP and could NOT get either to work. I really dont want to look at a tiny phone to workout so am frustrated that the lag is consistent on all zumba classes. What happened? Cables are not loose. I have reset multiple times.

Total rip off, zero stars.
Interface does not allow you to cancel subscription. Do not recommend a membership. The app will say it is canceled but you will be charged a year later anyway. Not worth the money. Dishonest company and policies. They tell you to contact them and refuse to fix the situation and give you a refund.

Mi trovo benissimo ma seguo sempre le stesse lezioni perché le trovo tutte poco ballate e facili.. Lezioni come quelle di Zoor ce ne sono pochissime. Vorrei che ampliassero un po più la scelta di livello avanzato ballato

Good App, Needs More Options
The app itself is good and works well. It would be better if the app stayed up to date with your account on all devices. I use the app on my fire stick logged into the same account on my phone but I have to manually update what I’ve done. Also if there was more variety of Strong Nation and CIRCL Mobility that would bring this app from 3 to 5 for sure!!!

Alright app
I tried several options, they were fun, I’m not sure how much time it will take me to explore all the videos before I have seen everything, probably several months What I found frustrating is their weight loss program, they just recorded 5-6 videos and mix and match and combine them to present it as a 6-week program, that does not sound right I also do not like that there is no information about instructors, you cannot check them out and see who they really are Another point is that there is no way to leave any feedback on the video, for example, one of the times I was exercising and the instructor was doing some gibberish, so despite the fact that I’m fairly athletic and the training level of the video was beginner, I still did not understand the instructor, I re-watched it several times and I would like to write a review for this video, but there is no way to do it
Just videos
I got the 7 day free trial but will not extend. The app is just a collection of videos and I might as well watch them on YouTube for free, the only thing the app offers is an overview how many sessions you have done per week. On an iPad the video format is terrible and you can’t watch full screen.

Zumba avec musique libre de droit, aucun sens à ça! Le reste du concept est bien. Avec soucis du détails. Il serait peut être mieux d avoir moins de choix en session pour des musiques sympas

Absolutely incredible! Love the positivity and all the moves and levels. Something for every age and stage. There’s just no other workout like Zumba.

Je suis encore dans la periode d'essai gratuite, j'aime beaucoup le contenu proposé mais pour le prix je m'attendais à avoir plus de vidéos disponibles. Je m'abonne pour l'année donc on verra par la suite s'il y a du nouveau contenu qui sera ajouté, car si c'est toujours les mêmes vidéos je vais me tanner assurément.

After having the app for a year. I was not given any advance notification when my subscription would be renewing. When I tried to cancel via the app it told me I had to cancel via the App Store or website. I checked the App Store no subscription for Zumba. When went to the website it said there was no account linked to my info. I ended up being charged. I called customer service who said they couldn’t help me as they don’t deal with those issues only info on becoming an instructor. The only way to reach anyone was via email. So I email and get the well it’s policy not to give refunds as there was no cancellation. Couldnt cancel cuz the software sucks. This company is trash and so is the software. What company doesn’t send a reminder before charging a $100 YEARLY fee??? Then no refund regardless of the issue.
Great workouts, hopeless connectivity
I love the workouts, instructors and music but despite trying everything and various devices I can’t connect to a tv or link it to my steps/heart rate!
Too bad they don’t have an iPad format
The only way to view the content is in you phone because the format of the screen don’t adjust to the iPad screen 🥲
Love it!
I’ve loved Zumba for a long time. But the classes around were scarce or I had to join an expensive gym. But no more! This app is o worth the money. This class is particularly fun and challenging. I’ll exercise to Thai many, many times before I even think about getting bored with it. The leader is so engaging and the movements more fun than work. I love it!
Do not use this app
It’s clunky and the company does not warn you when they auto renew. Terrible customer service and refusal to refund me.
Like it but
I really like the workouts. I am doing the challenge and I seem to be doing the one workout over and over again till the app decides I have done it. The app does include the number of workouts I have done. However when I go into the week it does not mark the workout done. So after 4 weeks of using the app , I am still in week 2. Admittedly I can increase my intensity when I have learnt the routine.
No Full Screen with Tablet
In itself, the idea of the app is not bad and the content is also good, but it is not designed for the iPad mobile device, i.e. the view is small and does not cover the full screen. This makes it difficult to see when using the app while dancing. I would like to see an improvement in this respect.
My favorite way to move my body!
I love Zumba! So great for cardio but also for strength! There are a lot of different workouts at different levels if you deeply explore the app. I’m adding weighted arm bands soon to tone my arms more while dancing. Yay endorphins and strength!
Free trial is a grift
I cancelled during the free trial. They charged me anyway.
Great workouts, poor syncing
I generally really enjoy the Zumba app, and the workout videos are excellent. The app also works well on the TV, which is a great feature. However, a major issue for me is that the data doesn’t sync correctly between the TV app and the mobile app, even though I'm logged into the same account on both devices. This lack of synchronization can be quite frustrating and demotivating.
